¹⁴ And Joseph said unto them, It is as I spoke unto you, saying, You are spies:

⁹ And Joseph remembered the dreams which he dreamed of them, and said unto them, You are spies; to see the nakedness of the land you are come. ¹⁰ And they said unto him, Nay, my lord, but to buy food are your servants come. ¹¹ We are all one man's sons; we are honest men, your servants are no spies.

²⁴ Why hide you your face, and hold me for your enemy?

¹¹ He has also kindled his wrath against me, and he counts me unto him as one of his enemies.

²¹ Then Jesus went from there, and departed into the regions of Tyre and Sidon. ²² And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same regions, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, you son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a demon. ²³ But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she cries after us. ²⁴ But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel. ²⁵ Then came she and worshiped him, saying, Lord, help me. ²⁶ But he answered and said, It is not right to take the children's bread, and cast it to dogs. ²⁷ And she said, True, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table. ²⁸ Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is your faith: be it unto you even as you will. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
