²⁶ And he that overcometh, and he that keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give authority over the nations;

⁸ Ask of Me, and I will give the nations for thine inheritance, and the ends of the earth for thy possession.

¹⁴ (49:15) Like sheep they are appointed for the nether-world; death shall be their shepherd; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their form shall be for the nether-world to wear away, that there be no habitation for it.

¹³ But he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved.

¹³ And those on the rock are they who, when they have heard, receive the word with joy, and these have no root, who for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away. ¹⁴ And that which fell among the thorns, these are they that have heard, and as they go on their way they are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection. ¹⁵ And that in the good ground, these are such as in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, hold it fast, and bring forth fruit with patience.

²⁹ and I appoint unto you a kingdom, even as my Father appointed unto me, ³⁰ that ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and ye shall sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

²⁹ Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

³¹ Jesus therefore said to those Jews that had believed him, If ye abide in my word, then are ye truly my disciples, ³² and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

⁷ to them that by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and incorruption, eternal life:

³⁷ Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

³ Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more, things that pertain to this life? ⁴ If then ye have to judge things pertaining to this life, do ye set them to judge who are of no account in the church?

⁵ For this cause I also, when I could no longer forbear, sent that I might know your faith, lest by any means the tempter had tempted you, and our labor should be in vain. ⁶ but Christ as a son, over his house, whose house are we, if we hold fast our boldness and the glorying of our hope firm unto the end.

³⁸ But the righteous one shall live by faith; And if he shrink back, my soul hath no pleasure in him. ³⁹ But we are not of them that shrink back unto perdition, but of them that have faith unto the saving of the soul.

²⁰ But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith apart from works is barren?

¹⁹ They went out from us, but they were not of us, for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they all are not of us.

²³ And this is his commandment, that we should believe in the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, even as he gave commandment.

⁵ Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

⁷ He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches. To him that overcometh, to him will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of my God.

⁷ He that overcometh shall inherit these things, and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
