³ And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are thy works, O Lord God, the Almighty, righteous and true are thy ways, thou King of the nations.

¹ And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him: 'I am God Almighty; walk before Me, and be thou wholehearted.

¹ Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spoke, saying: I will sing unto the LORD, for He is highly exalted; the horse and his rider hath He thrown into the sea. ² The LORD is my strength and song, and He is become my salvation; this is my God, and I will glorify Him; my father's God, and I will exalt Him. ³ The LORD is a man of war, The LORD is His name. ⁴ Pharaoh's chariots and his host hath He cast into the sea, and his chosen captains are sunk in the Red Sea. ⁵ The deeps cover them - they went down into the depths like a stone. ⁶ Thy right hand, O LORD, glorious in power, Thy right hand, O LORD, dasheth in pieces the enemy. ⁷ And in the greatness of Thine excellency Thou overthrowest them that rise up against Thee; Thou sendest forth Thy wrath, it consumeth them as stubble. ⁸ And with the blast of Thy nostrils the waters were piled up - the floods stood upright as a heap; the deeps were congealed in the heart of the sea. ⁹ The enemy said: 'I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil; my lust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them.' ¹⁰ Thou didst blow with Thy wind, the sea covered them; they sank as lead in the mighty waters. ¹¹ Who is like unto Thee, O LORD, among the mighty? who is like unto Thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? ¹² Thou stretchedst out Thy right hand - the earth swallowed them. ¹³ Thou in Thy love hast led the people that Thou hast redeemed; Thou hast guided them in Thy strength to Thy holy habitation. ¹⁴ The peoples have heard, they tremble; pangs have taken hold on the inhabitants of Philistia. ¹⁵ Then were the chiefs of Edom affrighted; the mighty men of Moab, trembling taketh hold upon them; all the inhabitants of Canaan are melted away. ¹⁶ Terror and dread falleth upon them; by the greatness of Thine arm they are as still as a stone; till Thy people pass over, O LORD, till the people pass over that Thou hast gotten. ¹⁷ Thou bringest them in, and plantest them in the mountain of Thine inheritance, the place, O LORD, which Thou hast made for Thee to dwell in, the sanctuary, O Lord, which Thy hands have established. ¹⁸ The LORD shall reign for ever and ever.

³⁰ And Moses spoke in the ears of all the assembly of Israel the words of this song, until they were finished:

³⁰ How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had given them over and the LORD had delivered them up? ³¹ For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges. ³² For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah; their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter; ³³ Their wine is the venom of serpents, and the cruel poison of asps. ³⁴ 'Is not this laid up in store with Me, sealed up in My treasuries? ³⁵ Vengeance is Mine, and recompense, against the time when their foot shall slip; for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that are to come upon them shall make haste. ³⁶ For the LORD will judge His people, and repent Himself for His servants; when He seeth that their stay is gone, and there is none remaining, shut up or left at large. ³⁷ And it is said: Where are their gods, the rock in whom they trusted; ³⁸ Who did eat the fat of their sacrifices, and drank the wine of their drink-offering? let him rise up and help you, let him be your protection. ³⁹ See now that I, even I, am He, and there is no god with Me; I kill, and I make alive; I have wounded, and I heal; and there is none that can deliver out of My hand. ⁴⁰ For I lift up My hand to heaven, and say: As I live for ever, ⁴¹ If I whet My glittering sword, and My hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to Mine adversaries, and will recompense them that hate Me. ⁴² I will make Mine arrows drunk with blood, and My sword shall devour flesh; with the blood of the slain and the captives, from the long-haired heads of the enemy.' ⁴³ Sing aloud, O ye nations, of His people; for He doth avenge the blood of His servants, and doth render vengeance to His adversaries, and doth make expiation for the land of His people.

⁵ So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD.

⁴⁹ (6:34) But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of burnt-offering, and upon the altar of incense, for all the work of the most holy place, and to make atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

⁶ And the king called for Jehoiada the chief, and unto him: 'Why hast thou not required of the Levites to bring in out of Judah and out of Jerusalem the tax of Moses the servant of the LORD, and of the congregation of Israel, for the tent of the testimony?'

¹⁴ and madest known unto them Thy holy sabbath, and didst command them commandments, and statutes, and a law, by the hand of Moses Thy servant;

⁹ Who doeth great things and unsearchable, marvellous things without number;

¹² Marvellous things did He in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.

¹⁰ (85:11) Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other. ¹¹ (85:12) Truth springeth out of the earth; and righteousness hath looked down from heaven.

⁴ The strength also of the king who loveth justice - Thou hast established equity, Thou hast executed justice and righteousness in Jacob.

⁵ For the LORD is good; His mercy endureth for ever; and His faithfulness unto all generations.

⁵ Remember His marvellous works that He hath done, His wonders, and the judgments of His mouth;

² The works of the LORD are great, sought out of all them that have delight therein.

²² The stone which the builders rejected is become the chief corner-stone. ²³ This is the LORD'S doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.

¹⁴ I will give thanks unto Thee, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; wonderful are Thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

⁶ And men shall speak of the might of Thy tremendous acts; and I will tell of Thy greatness.

¹⁷ The LORD is righteous in all His ways, and gracious in all His works.

⁶ (9:5) For a child is born unto us, a son is given unto us; and the government is upon his shoulder; and his name is called Pele- joez-el-gibbor-Abi-ad-sar-shalom; ⁷ (9:6) That the government may be increased, and of peace there be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it through justice and through righteousness from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts doth perform this.

¹ Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and as for princes, they shall rule in justice. ² And a man shall be as in a hiding-place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as by the watercourses in a dry place, as in the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.

²² For the LORD is our Judge, the LORD is our Lawgiver, the LORD is our King; He will save us.

²¹ Declare ye, and bring them near, yea, let them take counsel together: Who hath announced this from ancient time, and declared it of old? Have not I the LORD? And there is no God else beside Me, a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside Me.

² (3:32) It hath seemed good unto me to declare the signs and wonders that God Most High hath wrought toward me. ³ (3:33) How great are His signs! and how mighty are His wonders! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and His dominion is from generation to generation.

²⁰ (6:21) And when he came near unto the den to Daniel, he cried with a pained voice; the king spoke and said to Daniel: 'O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?'

¹¹ Yea, all Israel have transgressed Thy law, and have turned aside, so as not to hearken to Thy voice; and so there hath been poured out upon us the curse and the oath that is written in the Law of Moses the servant of God; for we have sinned against Him.

⁹ (14:10) Whoso is wise, let him understand these things, whoso is prudent, let him know them. For the ways of the LORD are right, and the just do walk in them; but transgressors do stumble therein.

²⁰ Thou wilt show faithfulness to Jacob, mercy to Abraham, as Thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.

⁵ The LORD who is righteous is in the midst of her, He will not do unrighteousness; every morning doth He bring His right to light, it faileth not; but the unrighteous knoweth no shame.

⁹ Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion, shout, O daughter of Jerusalem; behold, thy king cometh unto thee, he is triumphant, and victorious, lowly, and riding upon an ass, even upon a colt the foal of an ass.

¹⁷ For the law was given through Moses, grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

⁵ And Moses indeed was faithful in all his house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were afterward to be spoken,

⁸ And the four living creatures, having each one six wings, are full of eyes round about and within; and they have no rest day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is to come.

⁹ And they sing a new song, saying, Worthy art thou to take the book, and to open the seals thereof; for thou was slain, and didst purchase us unto God with thy blood, men of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation, ¹⁰ and made them kings and priests unto our God, and they reign upon earth. ¹¹ And I saw, and I heard as it were the voice of many angels round about the throne and the living creatures and the elders, and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands, ¹² saying with a great voice, Worthy is the Lamb that hath been slain to receive the power, and the riches, and wisdom, and might and honor, and glory, and blessing. ¹³ And every creature which is in the heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and on the sea, and all things that are in them, heard I saying, Unto him that sitteth on the throne, and unto the Lamb, be the blessing, and the honor, and the glory, and the dominion, for ever and ever. Amen.

¹⁰ and they cry with a great voice, saying, Salvation unto our God who sitteth on the throne, and unto the Lamb. ¹¹ And all the angels were standing round about the throne, and about the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,

¹⁷ saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God, the Almighty, who art and who wast, because thou hast taken thy great power, and didst reign.

³ and they sing a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no man could learn the song save the hundred and forty and four thousand, even they that had been purchased out of the earth.

⁸ And another, a second angel, followed, saying, Fallen is Babylon the great, that hath made all the nations to drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

⁵ And I heard the angel of the waters saying, Righteous art thou, who art and who wast, the Holy One, because thou didst thus judge: ⁶ for they poured out the blood of the saints and the prophets, and blood thou didst give unto them to drink; they are worthy. ⁷ And I heard the altar saying, Yea, O Lord God, the Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

¹⁴ These shall war against the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them, for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings, and they also shall overcome that are with him, called and chosen and faithful.

² for true and righteous are his judgments, for he hath judged the great harlot, her that destroyed the earth with her fornication, and he hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

¹⁶ And he hath on his garment and on his thigh a name written, KINGS OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
