³⁰ And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary; for thou hast found favor with God.

¹⁰ Fear thou not, for I am with thee, be not dismayed, for I am thy God; I strengthen thee, yea, I help thee; yea, I uphold thee with My victorious right hand.

¹⁴ Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I help thee, saith the LORD, and thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

¹ But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and He that formed thee, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name, thou art Mine. ² When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee, and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee; when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. ³ For I am the LORD thy God, The Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour; I have given Egypt as thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee. ⁴ Since thou art precious in My sight, and honourable, and I have loved thee; therefore will I give men for thee, and peoples for thy life.

² Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, who will help thee: Fear not, O Jacob My servant, and thou, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen.

²⁷ But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying Be of good cheer, it is I, be not afraid.

⁵ And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye, for I know that ye seek Jesus, who hath been crucified.

¹³ But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias; because thy supplication is heard, and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.

³² Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

⁹ And the Lord said unto Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speak and hold not thy peace; ¹⁰ for I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to harm thee; for I have much people in this city.

²⁴ saying, Fear not, Paul, thou must stand before Caesar; and lo, God hath granted thee all them that sail with thee.

³¹ What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

⁶ So that with good courage we say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear; What shall man do unto me?
