² 'And thou, son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD concerning the land of Israel: An end! the end is come upon the four corners of the land.

¹³ And God said unto Noah: 'The end of all flesh is come before Me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

²⁰ And He said: 'I will hide My face from them, I will see what their end shall be; for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faithfulness.

⁷ And he broke down the altars, and beat the Asherim and the graven images into powder, and hewed down all the sun-images throughout all the land of Israel, and returned to Jerusalem.

³¹ The prophets prophesy in the service of falsehood, and the priests bear rule at their beck; and My people love to have it so; What then will ye do in the end thereof?

¹³ O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come, the measure of thy covetousness.

¹⁰ And I will turn your feasts into mourning, and all your songs into lamentation; and I will bring up sackcloth upon all loins, and baldness upon every head; and I will make it as the mourning for an only son, and the end thereof as a bitter day.

⁶ And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars, see that ye be not troubled; for all these things must needs come to pass, but the end is not yet.

¹³ But he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved. ¹⁴ And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a testimony unto all the nations, and then shall the end come.

⁷ But the end of all things is at hand; be ye therefore of sound mind, and be sober in your prayers:
