⁹ A Commitment to Wait on God“So justice is far from us, and righteousness does not reach us. We stumble at midday as if it were twilight, in desolate places like dead people. ¹¹ We all growl like bears; we sigh mournfully like doves. God Brings His Own Salvation “Then the LORD looked, and it displeased him that there was no justice.

⁴ The LORD told him, “Go throughout the city of Jerusalem and put a mark on the foreheads of everyone who sighs and moans over all of the loathsome things that are happening in it.”
