³⁰ Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all ‘the tribes of the land will mourn’ when they see ‘the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven’ with power and great glory.

¹³ The Vision of the Son of Man“I continued to observe the night vision—and look!—someone like the Son of Man was coming, accompanied by heavenly clouds. He approached the Ancient of Days and was presented before him.

¹⁰ I will pour out on the house of David and on the residents of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and of supplications, and they will look to me—the one whom they pierced.’”
Mourning in JerusalemThen they will mourn for him, as for an only son. They will grieve bitterly for him, as for a firstborn son.

²⁷ The Son of Man is going to come with his angels in his Father’s glory, and then he will repay everyone according to what he has done. ²⁸ I tell all of you with certainty, some people standing here will not experience death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.”

While Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately and said, “Tell us, when will these things take place, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

⁶⁴ Jesus told him, “You have said so. Nevertheless I tell you, from now on you will see ‘the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power’ and ‘coming on the clouds of heaven.’”

⁴ “Tell us, when will these things happen, and what will be the sign when these things will be put into effect?”

²⁶ Then people will see ‘the Son of Man coming in clouds’ with great power and glory.

⁶² Jesus said, “I AM, and ‘you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of the Power’ and ‘coming with the clouds of heaven.’”
⁶³ Then the high priest tore his clothes. “Why do we still need witnesses?” he asked. ⁶⁴ “You have heard his blasphemy! What is your verdict?” All of them condemned him as deserving death.

²⁷ Then they will see ‘the Son of Man coming in a cloud’ with power and great glory.

⁶⁹ But from now on the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the mighty God.”

¹¹ They asked, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking up toward heaven? This same Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you saw him go up into heaven.”

⁷ and to give us who are afflicted relief when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels

⁷ Look! He is coming in the clouds. Every eye will see him, even those who pierced him, and all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of him.So be it! Amen.
