⁷ Who so reproueth a scornefull personne, getteth him selfe dishonoure: and he that rebuketh the vngodly, stayneth him selfe.

¹⁶ But they mocked the messengers of God, & despised his wordes, and mysse vsed hys prophetes, vntyll the wrath of the Lord arose agaynst his people, and tyll there was no remedy.

¹² A scornefull body loueth not one that rebuketh hym nether will he come vnto the wyse.

⁹ Tell nothinge in to the eares of a foole, for he wyll despyse the wysdome of thy wordes.
