²⁹ Iesus answered, and sayd, Verely I say vnto you, there is no man that hath forsaken house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands for my sake and the Gospels,

¹ For the Lord had said vnto Abram, Get thee out of thy countrey, and from thy kindred, and from thy fathers house vnto the land that I will shewe thee. ² And I will make of thee a great nation, and will blesse thee, and make thy name great, and thou shalt be a blessing. ³ I will also blesse them that blesse thee, and curse them that curse thee, and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

²⁰ Also regarde not your stuffe: for the best of all the land of Egypt is yours.

⁹ Who said vnto his father and to his mother, I haue not seene him, neither knewe he his brethren, nor knewe his owne children: for they obserued thy word, and kept thy couenant. ¹⁰ They shall teach Iaakob thy iudgements, and Israel thy Lawe: they shall put incense before thy face, and the burnt offring vpon thine altar. ¹¹ Blesse, O Lord, his substance, and accept the worke of his handes: smite through ye loynes of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not againe.

¹⁰ Blessed are they which suffer persecution for righteousnes sake: for theirs is the kingdome of heauen. ¹¹ Blessed shall ye be when men reuile you, and persecute you, and say all maner of euill against you for my sake, falsely.

¹⁸ And ye shall be brought to the gouernours and Kings for my sake, in witnes to them, and to the Gentiles.

³⁵ For whosoeuer will saue his life, shall lose it: but whosoeuer shall lose his life for my sake and the Gospels, he shall saue it.

²⁸ And yee are they which haue continued with me in my tentations. ²⁹ Therefore I appoint vnto you a kingdome, as my Father hath appointed vnto me, ³⁰ That ye may eate, and drinke at my table in my kingdome, and sit on seates, and iudge the twelue tribes of Israel.

²³ And this I doe for the Gospels sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.

²⁴ By faith Moses when he was come to age, refused to be called the sonne of Pharaohs daughter, ²⁵ And chose rather to suffer aduersitie with the people of God, then to enioy the pleasures of sinnes for a season, ²⁶ Esteeming the rebuke of Christ greater riches then the treasures of Egypt: for he had respect vnto the recompence of the reward.

³ And thou wast burdened, and hast patience, and for my Names sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.
