⁸ Then Moses tooke the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold, the blood of the couenant, which the Lord hath made with you concerning all these things.

⁶ Then Moses tooke halfe of the blood, and put it in basens, and halfe of the blood he sprinckled on the altar.

⁷ By whom we haue redemption through his blood, euen the forgiuenes of sinnes, according to his rich grace:

¹⁸ Wherefore neither was the first ordeined without blood. ¹⁹ For when Moses had spoken euery precept to the people, according to the Law, he tooke the blood of calues and of goates, with water and purple wooll and hyssope, and sprinckled both the booke, and all the people, ²⁰ Saying, This is the blood of the Testament, which God hath appointed vnto you. ²¹ Moreouer, he sprinkled likewise the Tabernacle with blood also, and all the ministring vessels.

⁴ For it is vnpossible that the blood of bulles and goates should take away sinnes. ⁵ Wherefore when he commeth into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offring thou wouldest not: but a body hast thou ordeined me.

²⁰ The God of peace that brought againe from the dead our Lord Iesus, the great shepheard of the sheepe, through the blood of the euerlasting Couenant,
