¹⁷ Honour all men: loue brotherly fellowship: feare God: honour the King.

¹¹ Then Abraham answered, Because I thought thus, Surely the feare of God is not in this place, and they will slay me for my wiues sake.

¹² Then he said, Lay not thine hand vpon the childe, neither doe any thing vnto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing for my sake thou hast not spared thine onely sonne.

¹⁰ The beginning of wisedome is the feare of the Lord: all they that obserue them, haue good vnderstanding: his praise endureth for euer.

⁷ The feare of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fooles despise wisedome and instruction.

¹⁷ Let not thine heart bee enuious against sinners: but let it bee in the feare of the Lord continually.

²¹ My sonne feare the Lord, and the King, and meddle not with them that are sedicious.

² I aduertise thee to take heede to ye mouth of the King, and to the worde of the othe of God.

¹⁴ Then brake I mine other staffe, euen the Bandes, that I might dissolue the brotherhood betweene Iudah and Israel.

²¹ They sayd vnto him, Cesars. Then sayd he vnto them, Giue therefore to Cesar, the things which are Cesars, and giue vnto God, those things which are Gods.

³⁵ By this shall all men knowe that ye are my disciples, if ye haue loue one to another.

¹⁰ Be affectioned to loue one another with brotherly loue. In giuing honour, goe one before another,

⁷ Giue to all men therefore their duetie: tribute, to whome yee owe tribute: custome, to whom custome: feare, to whome feare: honour, to whom ye owe honour.

¹ Seing then we haue these promises, dearely beloued, let vs clense our selues from all filthinesse of the flesh and spirit, and finish our sanctification in the feare of God.

²¹ Submitting your selues one to another in the feare of God.

³ That nothing be done through contention or vaine glory, but that in meekenesse of minde euery man esteeme other better then himselfe.

¹ Let as many seruaunts as are vnder the yoke, count their masters worthie of all honour, that the Name of God, and his doctrine be not euill spoken of.

¹ Let brotherly loue continue.

²² Hauing purified your soules in obeying the trueth through the spirite, to loue brotherly without faining, loue one another with a pure heart feruently,

⁵ Likewise ye yonger, submit your selues vnto the elders, and submit your selues euery man, one to another: decke your selues inwardly in lowlinesse of minde: for God resisteth the proude, and giueth grace to the humble.
