¹⁹ a little after. And the world seeth me not, but you shall see me; for because I live, you also shall live.

⁵⁶ He who eateth my body, and drinketh my blood, abideth in me, and I in him. ⁵⁷ As the Father the Living (one) who hath sent me, and I live by the Father, even so he who shall eat me, shall live, too, by me. ⁵⁸ This is the bread which hath descended from heaven. Not as was the manna that your fathers ate, and are dead; he who eateth of this bread shall live for ever.

³³ Jeshu said, Yet a little while am I with you, and I go unto him who sent me:

²¹ Jeshu said again, I go, and you will seek me, and will die in your sins; and where I go you cannot come.

²⁵ Jeshu saith to her, I am the Resurrection and the Life; * and (he) who believeth in me, although he will die, shall live. [* Eno-no Nuchoma Va-chayee. The appellative Nuchoma is commonly rendered, "the consolation." The Syriac verb nachem is either consolatus est, or resurrexit. The rising of the dead was well called "the consolation!"]

³⁵ Jeshu saith to them, A little further time is the light with you. Walk while you have the light, that the darkness overtake you not. And whoever walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.

³³ My sons, a little longer I am with you, and you will seek me; and, as I said to the Jihudoyee, Whither I go you cannot come, so to you say I now.

⁶ Jeshu saith to him, I (am) the way, and the truth, and the life. No man cometh unto my Father unless by me.

¹⁶ A LITTLE (time), and you will not see me; and again a little, and you shall see me, because I go to the Father.

²² You also now have sorrow; but again I will see you, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.

¹⁰ For if, while we were adversaries, Aloha was reconciled with us through the death of his Son, how much more, then, in reconciliation with him,[Or, in his reconciliation.] shall we be saved by his life?

³⁴ Who condemneth? The Meshiha hath died and arisen, and is at the right hand of Aloha, and prayeth for us.

²⁰ BUT now hath the Meshiha risen from among the dead, and become the first-fruits of those who sleep.

⁴⁵ as also it is written, Adam the first man became a living soul, and the last Adam a life-giving spirit.

¹⁰ In all time the dying of Jeshu in our bodies we bear, that the life also of Jeshu might in our bodies be revealed. ¹¹ For if we, the living, unto death are delivered on account of Jeshu, so also will the life of Jeshu be revealed in this our body of death. ¹² Now death in us worketh earnestly, but life in you.

³ For you are dead, and your life is hid with the Meshiha in Aloha; ⁴ and when the Meshiha, who is our life, shall be manifested, then also will you be manifested with him in glory.

²⁵ And he is able to save for eternity them who approach by him unto Aloha; for he liveth through all time, and offereth up prayers on their behalf.

¹ WE announce [Mesabrinan.] to you that which was from the beginning, that which we have heard, and seen with our eyes, have seen, and touched with our hands, that which is the Word of life. ² And the life was manifested, and we have seen, and testify, and preach to you the eternal life which was with the Father, and was manifested to us. ³ And what we have seen and heard, we make known also to you, that you may have communion with us; and our communion is with the Father, and with his Son Jeshu the Meshiha.
