³ And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are thy works, O Lord God, the Almighty; righteous and true are thy ways, thou King of the ages.

¹ And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

¹ Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the LORD, for he hath triumphed gloriously: The horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea. ² The LORD is my strength and song, And he is become my salvation: This is my God, and I will praise him; My father’s God, and I will exalt him. ³ The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name. ⁴ Pharaoh’s chariots and his host hath he cast into the sea: And his chosen captains are sunk in the Red Sea. ⁵ The deeps cover them: They went down into the depths like a stone. ⁶ Thy right hand, O LORD, is glorious in power, Thy right hand, O LORD, dasheth in pieces the enemy. ⁷ And in the greatness of thine excellency thou overthrowest them that rise up against thee: Thou sendest forth thy wrath, it consumeth them as stubble. ⁸ And with the blast of thy nostrils the waters were piled up, The floods stood upright as an heap; The deeps were congealed in the heart of the sea. ⁹ The enemy said, I will pursue, I will overtake, I will divide the spoil: My lust shall be satisfied upon them; I will draw my sword, my hand shall destroy them. ¹⁰ Thou didst blow with thy wind, the sea covered them: They sank as lead in the mighty waters. ¹¹ Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? Who is like thee, glorious in holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders? ¹² Thou stretchedst out thy right hand, The earth swallowed them. ¹³ Thou in thy mercy hast led the people which thou hast redeemed: Thou hast guided them in thy strength to thy holy habitation. ¹⁴ The peoples have heard, they tremble: Pangs have taken hold on the inhabitants of Philistia. ¹⁵ Then were the dukes of Edom amazed; The mighty men of Moab, trembling taketh hold upon them: All the inhabitants of Canaan are melted away. ¹⁶ Terror and dread falleth upon them; By the greatness of thine arm they are as still as a stone; Till thy people pass over, O LORD, Till the people pass over which thou hast purchased. ¹⁷ Thou shalt bring them in, and plant them in the mountain of thine inheritance, The place, O LORD, which thou hast made for thee to dwell in, The sanctuary, O Lord, which thy hands have established. ¹⁸ The LORD shall reign for ever and ever.

³⁰ And Moses spake in the ears of all the assembly of Israel the words of this song, until they were finished.

³⁰ How should one chase a thousand, And two put ten thousand to flight, Except their Rock had sold them, And the LORD had delivered them up? ³¹ For their rock is not as our Rock, Even our enemies themselves being judges. ³² For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, And of the fields of Gomorrah: Their grapes are grapes of gall, Their clusters are bitter: ³³ Their wine is the poison of dragons, And the cruel venom of asps. ³⁴ Is not this laid up in store with me, Sealed up among my treasures? ³⁵ Vengeance is mine, and recompence, At the time when their foot shall slide: For the day of their calamity is at hand, And the things that are to come upon them shall make haste. ³⁶ For the LORD shall judge his people, And repent himself for his servants; When he seeth that [their] power is gone, And there is none [remaining], shut up or left at large. ³⁷ And he shall say, Where are their gods, The rock in which they trusted; ³⁸ Which did eat the fat of their sacrifices, [And] drank the wine of their drink offering? Let them rise up and help you, Let them be your protection. ³⁹ See now that I, even I, am he, And there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I have wounded, and I heal: And there is none that can deliver out of my hand. ⁴⁰ For I lift up my hand to heaven, And say, As I live for ever, ⁴¹ If I whet my glittering sword, And mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine adversaries, And will recompense them that hate me. ⁴² I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, And my sword shall devour flesh; With the blood of the slain and the captives, From the head of the leaders of the enemy. ⁴³ Rejoice, O ye nations, [with] his people: For he will avenge the blood of his servants, And will render vengeance to his adversaries, And will make expiation for his land, for his people.

⁵ So Moses the servant of the LORD died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the LORD.

⁴⁹ But Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of burnt offering, and upon the altar of incense, for all the work of the most holy place, and to make atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

⁶ And the king called for Jehoiada the chief, and said unto him, Why hast thou not required of the Levites to bring in out of Judah and out of Jerusalem the tax of Moses the servant of the LORD, and of the congregation of Israel, for the tent of the testimony?

¹⁴ and madest known unto them thy holy sabbath, and commandedst them commandments, and statutes, and a law, by the hand of Moses thy servant:

⁹ Which doeth great things and unsearchable; marvelous things without number:

¹² Marvelous things did he in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.

¹⁰ Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other. ¹¹ Truth springeth out of the earth; and righteousness hath looked clown from heaven.

⁴ The king’s strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.

⁵ For the LORD is good; his mercy [endureth] for ever; and his faithfulness unto all generations.

⁵ Remember his marvelous works that he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;

² The works of the LORD are great, sought out of all them that have pleasure therein.

²² The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner. ²³ This is the LORD’S doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.

¹⁴ I will give thanks unto thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: wonderful are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

⁶ And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts; and I will declare thy greatness.

¹⁷ The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and gracious in all his works.

⁶ For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. ⁷ Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with judgment and with righteousness from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts shall perform this.

¹ Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment. ² And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.

²² For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; he will save us.

²¹ Declare ye, and bring [it] forth; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath shewed this from ancient time? who hath declared it of old? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a saviour; there is none beside me.

² It hath seemed good unto me to shew the signs and wonders that the Most High God hath wrought toward me. ³ How great are his signs! and how mighty are his wonders! his kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion is from generation to generation.

²⁰ And when he came near unto the den to Daniel, he cried with a lamentable voice: the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?

¹¹ Yea, all Israel have transgressed thy law, even turning aside, that they should not obey thy voice: therefore hath the curse been poured out upon us, and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God; for we have sinned against him.

⁹ Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD are right, and the just shall walk in them; but transgressors shall fall therein.

²⁰ Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, [and] the mercy to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.

⁵ The LORD in the midst of her is righteous; he will not do iniquity; every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame.

⁹ Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy king cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, even upon a colt the foal of an ass.

¹⁷ For the law was given by Moses; grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

⁵ And Moses indeed was faithful in all his house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were afterward to be spoken;

⁸ And the four living creatures, having each one of them six wings, are full of eyes round about and within: and they have no rest day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, [is] the Lord God, the Almighty, which was and which is and which is to come.

⁹ And they sing a new song, saying, Worthy art thou to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and didst purchase unto God with thy blood [men] of every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation, ¹⁰ and madest them [to be] unto our God a kingdom and priests; and they reign upon the earth. ¹¹ And I saw, and I heard a voice of many angels round about the throne and the living creatures and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; ¹² saying with a great voice, Worthy is the Lamb that hath been slain to receive the power, and riches, and wisdom, and might, and honour, and glory, and blessing. ¹³ And every created thing which is in the heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and on the sea, and all things that are in them, heard I saying, Unto him that sitteth on the throne, and unto the Lamb, [be] the blessing, and the honour, and the glory, and the dominion, for ever and ever.

¹⁰ and they cry with a great voice, saying, Salvation unto our God which sitteth on the throne, and unto the Lamb. ¹¹ And all the angels were standing round about the throne, and [about] the elders and the four living creatures; and they fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,

¹⁷ saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God, the Almighty, which art and which wast; because thou hast taken thy great power, and didst reign.

³ and they sing as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures and the elders: and no man could learn the song save the hundred and forty and four thousand, [even] they that had been purchased out of the earth.

⁸ And another, a second angel, followed, saying, Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, which hath made all the nations to drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

⁵ And I heard the angel of the waters saying, Righteous art thou, which art and which wast, thou Holy One, because thou didst thus judge: ⁶ for they poured out the blood of saints and prophets, and blood hast thou given them to drink: they are worthy. ⁷ And I heard the altar saying, Yea, O Lord God, the Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

¹⁴ These shall war against the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them, for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings; and they [also shall overcome] that are with him, called and chosen and faithful.

² for true and righteous are his judgments; for he hath judged the great harlot, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and he hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

¹⁶ And he hath on his garment and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
