⁷ Now they know that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are from thee:

¹⁶ Jesus therefore answered them, and said, My teaching is not mine, but his that sent me. ¹⁷ If any man willeth to do his will, he shall know of the teaching, whether it be of God, or [whether] I speak from myself.

²⁸ Jesus therefore said, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am [he], and [that] I do nothing of myself, but as the Father taught me, I speak these things.

²⁹ My Father, which hath given [them] unto me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch [them] out of the Father’s hand. ³⁰ I and the Father are one.

⁴⁹ For I spake not from myself; but the Father which sent me, he hath given me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. ⁵⁰ And I know that his commandment is life eternal: the things therefore which I speak, even as the Father hath said unto me, so I speak.

⁷ If ye had known me, ye would have known my Father also: from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. ⁸ Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. ⁹ Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and dost thou not know me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; how sayest thou, Shew us the Father? ¹⁰ Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I say unto you I speak not from myself: but the Father abiding in me doeth his works.

²⁰ In that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

¹⁵ All things whatsoever the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he taketh of mine, and shall declare [it] unto you.

²⁷ for the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came forth from the Father. ²⁸ I came out from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go unto the Father. ²⁹ His disciples say, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb. ³⁰ Now know we that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.

¹⁰ and all things that are mine are thine, and thine are mine: and I am glorified in them.
