⁴ For you, O Yah Veh, cheer me through your deeds; I shout in the works of your hands.

⁶ to reign over the works of your hands and put all under his feet:

¹⁰ the just cheer in Yah Veh and seek refuge in him; and all the straight in heart halal.

¹⁶ show your deeds to your servants and your majesty to their sons;

³¹ The honor of Yah Veh is eternal. Yah Veh cheers in his works.

³⁴ pleasing is my meditation of him; I cheer in Yah Veh.

⁴⁷ Save us, O Yah Veh our Elohim and gather us from among the goyim, to spread hands to your holy name and to laud in your halal. ⁴⁸ Blessed - Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El from eternity to eternity! And all the people say, Amen. Halalu Yah.

³ Yah Veh worked greatly for us - whereof we cheer.

⁵ I remember the days of antiquity; I meditate on all your deeds; I meditate on the work of your hands:

⁶ and say of the strength of your awesome acts; I scribe your greatness: ⁷ they gush the memorial of your great goodness and shout of your justness.

² to call out the year of pleasure of Yah Veh and the day of avengement of our Elohim: to sigh over all who mourn; ³ to set to them who mourn in Siyon; to give to them adornment for ashes; the oil of rejoicing for mourning; the mantle of halal for the spirit of heaviness; and he calls them, Mighty Oaks of Justness - the planting of Yah Veh to adorn. ⁴ And they build the original parched areas; they raise the former desolated areas; and they renovate the parched cities - the desolated areas of generation and generation. ⁵ And strangers stand and tend your flocks, and the sons of the stranger are your cultivators and your vinedressers: ⁶ and you are called, Priests of Yah Veh: of you is said, The Ministers of Our Elohim: you consume the valuables of the goyim and exchange their honor: ⁷ Instead of your shame, double; and shame they shout in their allotment: so in their land they possess the double - eternal cheerfulness is theirs. ⁸ For I Yah Veh love judgment; I hate stripping for holocaust: and I give their deeds in truth and I cut an eternal covenant with them: ⁹ and their seed is known among the goyim and their offspring among the people: all who see them acknowledge them, that they are the seed Yah Veh blesses. ¹⁰ In rejoicing, I rejoice in Yah Veh; my soul twirls in my Elohim: for he enrobes me with the clothes of salvation, he clothes me with the mantle of justness - as a bridegroom decks - as a priest with ornaments - as a bride adorns with instruments. ¹¹ For as the earth brings forth her sprout and as the garden sprouts the seedling thus Adonay Yah Veh sprouts justness and halals in front of all the goyim.

¹³ So thus says Adonay Yah Veh, Behold, my servants eat, and you famish: behold, my servants drink, and you thirst: behold, my servants cheer, and you shame: ¹⁴ behold, my servants shout for goodness of heart, and you cry for pain of heart and howl for breaking of spirit:

¹⁰ You, rejoice with Yeru Shalem, and twirl with her, all you who love her: rejoice for joy with her, all you who mourn for her: ¹¹ that you suck and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations; that you suck out, and delight with the full breast of her honor.

⁷ For thus says Yah Veh: Shout with cheerfulness for Yaaqov and resound among the chief of the goyim: hearken, praise, and say, O Yah Veh, save your people, the survivors of Yisra El.

¹¹ For Yah Veh redeems Yaaqov - redeems him from the hand stronger than his: ¹² and they come and shout in the height of Siyon; and flow together to the goodness of Yah Veh for crop and for juice and for oil and for the sons of the flock and of the herd: and their soul becomes as a saturated garden; and they add not to languish. ¹³ Then the virgin cheers in the round dancing - both youths and elders together for I turn their mourning into rejoicing, and sigh over them and cheer them from their grief:

¹⁴ Sing, O daughter of Siyon! Shout, O Yisra El! Cheer and jump for joy with all the heart, O daughter of Yeru Shalem! ¹⁵ Yah Veh turns aside your judgments; he faces your enemy: the sovereign of Yisra El, Yah Veh, is midst you: you see no evil any more. ¹⁶ In that day they say to Yeru Shalem, Awe not! Siyon, slacken not your hands!

⁴⁷ and my spirit jumps for joy in Elohim my Saviour:

²² And so indeed, you now have sorrow: but I see you again, and your heart cheers, and no one takes your cheer from you:

And charism be to Elohim, who always causes us to triumph in the Messiah and manifests the fragrance of his knowledge through us in every place.

²⁰ Rejoice over her, O the heavens and you holy apostles and prophets; because Elohim judges your judgment of her.
