⁴ Have all doing mischief not known? - who eat my people as they eat bread - who call not on Yah Veh.

⁴ Know not the doers of mischief - who eat my people as they eat bread? - who call not on Elohim?

²⁴ Pour your rage on them so that your fuming wrath overtakes them.

THE BURDEN OF BABEL
The burden of Babel Yesha Yah the son of Amos saw: ² You, lift an ensign upon the barren mountain; exalt the voice to them; shake the hand, so that they go into the portals of the volunteers. ³ I misvah my hallowed; I also call my mighty for my wrath - those jumping for joy in my pomp. ⁴ The voice of a multitude in the mountains, in the likeness of a great people; an uproar of noise of the sovereigndoms of goyim who gather: Yah Veh Sabaoth musters the host of the war: ⁵ they come from a land afar - from the end of the heavens - Yah Veh and the instruments of his rage to despoil the whole land. ⁶ You, howl! for the day of Yah Veh approaches; it comes as a ravage from Shadday. ⁷ So all hands slacken and every heart of man melts; ⁸ and they terrify: pains and pangs take hold of them; they writhe as a woman birthing: every man marvels at friend - their faces as flames. ⁹ Behold, the day of Yah Veh comes - cruel - with both wrath and fuming wrath to set the land desolate: and he desolates the sinners from it. ¹⁰ For the stars of the heavens and kesil halal not their light: the sun darkens in its going, and the moon illuminates not its light. ¹¹ And I visit the world for their evil and the wicked for their perversity; and I cause the pomp of the arrogant to shabbathize; and abase the pomp of the tyrant. ¹² I esteem a man more precious than pure gold; and humanity more than the ore of Ophir. ¹³ So I quake the heavens and quake the earth from her place in the wrath of Yah Veh Sabaoth and in the day of his fuming wrath. ¹⁴ And so be it, as the driven gazelle and as a flock, no one gathers: every man faces his own people and every man flees to his own land: ¹⁵ every one found is thrust through; and every one scraped away, falls by the sword: ¹⁶ and they splatter their sucklings in front of their eyes: plunder their houses and lie down with their women and rape. ¹⁷ Behold, I waken the Maday against them, who fabricate not silver; and as for gold, they delight not therein. ¹⁸ And their bows splatter the lads; and they neither mercy the fruit of the belly nor their eye spares sons. ¹⁹ And Babel, the splendour of sovereigndoms, the adornment of the pomp of the Kesediym, becomes as when Elohim overthrew Sedom and Amorah ²⁰ - neither to settle therein in perpetuity nor to tabernacle therein from generation to generation: neither the Arabiy tent there; nor the tenders crouch there: ²¹ and desert dwellers crouch there; and their houses are filled by howlers; and daughters of the owls tabernacle there, and bucks dance there: ²² and the island howlers answer in their abandonments, and monsters in their manses of luxury: and her time comes near, and her days are not drawn out.

The burden of the wilderness of the sea: As hurricanes in the south pass through; thus it comes from the wilderness - from an awesome land. ² I am told a hard vision: the coverter coverts and the ravager ravages. Ascend, O Elam! Besiege, O Maday! The burden of Dumah: A call to me from Seir, Guard, what of the night? Guard, what of the night? ¹² The guard says, The morning comes and also the night: if you enquire - enquire: return, come. ¹³
THE BURDEN OF ARABIA
The burden upon Arabia: You, stay overnight in the forest in Arabia, you caravans of Dedanim: ¹⁴ the settlers of the land of Tema bring water to confront the thirsty, with their bread they anticipate him who flees: ¹⁵ for they flee from the face of the swords - from the face of the drawn sword and from the face of the bent bow and from the face of the heaviness of war. ¹⁶ For Adonay says thus to me, Within a year, according to the years of a hireling, all the honor of Qedar finishes off: ¹⁷ and the survivors of the number of bows - the mighty of the sons of Qedar diminish: for Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El has worded.

The burden of Sor: Howl, you ships of Tarshish; for it is ravaged, so that there is neither house nor entering in: from the land of Kittim it was exposed to them. ² Be still, you settlers of the island; you whom the merchants of Sidon, who, passing over the sea, fulfilled. ³ And by great waters is the seed of Shichor; the harvest of the river is her produce; and she is a merchant of goyim. ⁴ Shame, O Sidon: for the sea says - even the stronghold of the sea says, I neither writhe, nor birth; neither nourish youths, nor raise virgins. ⁵ As at the report concerning Misrayim, they writhe at the report of Sor. ⁶ You, pass over to Tarshish; howl, you settlers of the island. ⁷ Is this your city jumping for joy - whose antiquity is of ancient days? - her own feet bear her afar off to sojourn. ⁸ Who takes this counsel against Sor, the crown - whose merchants are governors? - Whose merchants are the honorable of the earth? ⁹ Yah Veh Sabaoth counsels it to profane the pomp of all splendour and to abase all the honorable of the earth. ¹⁰ Pass through your land as a river, O daughter of Tarshish: there is no more girdle. ¹¹ He spreads his hand over the sea, he quakes the sovereigndoms: Yah Veh misvahs against Kenaan to desolate the strong holds. ¹² And he says, You, add not to jump for joy, O you oppressed virgin, daughter of Sidon: rise, pass over to Kittim; even there you rest not. ¹³ Behold the land of the Kesediym: this people was not; the Ashshuri founded it for the desert dwellers: they raise the towers; they strip bare the citadels; and he sets it to ruin. ¹⁴ Howl, you ships of Tarshish: for your stronghold is ravaged. ¹⁵ And so be it, in that day, that Sor is forgotten seventy years, according to the days of one sovereign: after the end of seventy years it becomes to Sor as the song of the whore. ¹⁶ Take a harp; go about the city, you forgotten whore: strum well-pleasingly; abound the song; so that they remember you. ¹⁷ And so be it, after the end of seventy years, Yah Veh visits Sor; and she turns to her payoff and whores with all the sovereigndoms of the earth upon the face of the soil: ¹⁸ and her merchandise and her payoff are holy to Yah Veh - neither treasured nor hoarded; for her merchandise is for them settling at the face of Yah Veh - to eat to satiation; and for antique covering.

²⁵ So he pours on him the fury of his wrath and the strength of war: and it inflames him on fire round about, yet he knows it not; and it burns him, yet he sets it not to heart.

⁴ For sake of my servant Yaaqov and Yisra El my chosen, I even call you by your name: I give you an honorary degree, though you know me not. ⁵ I - Yah Veh, and there is no one else, there is no Elohim except me: I girded you, though you know me not:

²⁵ Pour your fury on the goyim who know you not, and on the families who call not on your name: for they consume Yaaqov - consume him and finish him off and desolate his habitation of rest.

²⁹ For, behold, I begin to vilify the city on which my name is called. And in exonerating, are you exonerated? You are not unpunished: for I call for a sword on all the settlers of the earth - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth.

So be the word of Yah Veh to Yirme Yah the prophet against the goyim: ²
MESSAGE AGAINST MISRAYIM

They stand not because Yah Veh exiles them. ¹⁶ He abounds the falterer; yes, man fells friend: and they say, We rise and return to our own people and to the land of our kindred from the face of the oppressing sword. ¹⁷ And there they call out, Paroh sovereign of Misrayim is but an uproar; his season has passed. ¹⁸ I live - an oracle of the Sovereign whose name is Yah Veh Sabaoth, Surely as Tabor is among the mountains and as Karmel/orchard by the sea, thus he comes. ¹⁹ O you daughter settling in Misrayim, work vessels for yourself to go into exile: for Noph becomes desolate and burns without a settler: ²⁰ Misrayim is as a very beautiful heifer: extermination comes - comes from the north: ²¹ even her hirelings are among her as fatted calves; for they also turn face: they flee together; they stand not: because the day of their calamity comes on them - the time of their visitation. ²² Its voice comes as a serpent; for they march with the valiant and come against her with axes - as choppers of timber: ²³ they cut down her forest - an oracle of Yah Veh though it cannot be probed; because they abound by the myriads above the grasshoppers - innumerable. ²⁴ The daughter of Misrayim shames; she is given into the hand of the people of the north. ²⁵ Yah Veh Sabaoth Elohim of Yisra El, says; Behold, I visit on the multitude of No and Paroh and Misrayim with their elohim, and their sovereigns; even Paroh, and they who confide in him: ²⁶ and I give them into the hand of them who seek their souls, and into the hand of Nebukadnets Tsar sovereign of Babel, and into the hand of his servants: and afterward they tabernacled therein as in the ancient days - an oracle of Yah Veh. ²⁷ And you, awe not, O my servant Yaaqov; and be not dismayed, O Yisra El: for behold, I save you from afar and your seed from the land of their captivity: and Yaaqov returns; and rests and relaxes: and no one frightens him. ²⁸ Awe not, O Yaaqov my servant - an oracle of Yah Veh for I am with you; for I work a final finish of all the goyim wherever I drove you: and I work not a final finish of you and discipline you in judgment: and in exonerating, I exonerate you not.

THE JUDGMENT OF THE GOYIM
So await me - an oracle of Yah Veh until the day I rise to the prey: for my judgment is to gather goyim; to gather sovereigndoms; to pour my rage on them - all my fuming wrath: for I consume all the earth with the fire of my jealousy.

³ and they do these to you because they know neither the Father, nor me:

²⁵ O just Father, the cosmos knows you not; but I know you: and these know that you apostolized me:

²³ For as I passed through and considered your objects of reverence, I found a bamah epigraphed, TO THE UNKNOWN EL - so whom you unknowingly revere, I evangelize to you.

THE FIRST PLAGUE
And the first goes and pours his phial upon the earth; and there becomes an evil ulcer to humanity having the tattoo of the beast - who worship his icon. ³
THE SECOND PLAGUE
And the second angel pours his phial into the sea; and it becomes as the blood of the dead: and every living soul in the sea dies. ⁴
THE THIRD PLAGUE
And the third angel pours his phial into the streams and into fountains of waters; and they become blood. ⁵ And I hear the angel of the waters wording, You are just, O Yah Veh, who is and who was ^*, because you judge these. ^{*most mss omit, and who is coming 6} Because they poured the blood of the holy and prophets; and you give them blood to drink; for they are worthy. ⁷ And I hear another from the sacrifice altar wording, Yes, Yah Veh El Sabaoth, true and just are your judgments. ⁸
THE FOURTH PLAGUE
And the fourth angel pours his phial on the sun; and he is given to scorch humanity in fire: ⁹ and humanity is scorched with mega scorch: and they blaspheme the name of Elohim who has authority over these plagues: and they repent not to give him glory. ¹⁰
THE FIFTH PLAGUE
And the fifth angel pours his phial on the throne of the beast; and his sovereigndom becomes dark; and they gnaw their tongues from pain; ¹¹ and blaspheme the Elohim of the heavens from their pains and from their ulcers - and repent not of their works. ¹²
THE SIXTH PLAGUE
And the sixth angel pours his phial on the mega stream Euphrates; and the water thereof dries to prepare the way of the sovereigns of the rising of the sun. ¹³ And I see three impure spirits like frogs from the mouth of the dragon and from the mouth of the beast and from the mouth of the pseudoprophet: ¹⁴ for they are spirits of demons doing signs who proceed to the sovereigns of the earth and of the whole world - to gather them to the war of that mega day of El Sabaoth. ¹⁵
