¹² For he rescues the needy who cries - the humble and he who has no helper;

¹² because I rescued them who cried - the humble and the orphan and whoever had no helper.

¹⁷ O Yah Veh, you hear the desire of the humble; you prepare their heart; you hearken your ear;

⁴ He judges the humble of the people; he saves the sons of the needy and crushes the oppressor.

³ Judge the poor and orphan; justify the humble and impoverished; ⁴ slip away the poor and needy; rescue them from the hand of the wicked.

¹⁷ he faces the prayer of the naked and despises not their prayer:

²⁰ - to hear the shrieking of the bound; to loose the sons of death;

¹ And I return and see all the oppressions worked under the sun; and behold, the tears of the oppressed who have no one to sigh; and the force of the hand of their oppressors who have no one to sigh.

¹⁷ The humble and needy seek water and there is none; and their tongue dries for thirst and I Yah Veh answer them; I Elohim of Yisra El forsake them not.

⁴ For the day of avengement is in my heart, and the year of my redeemed is come. ⁵ And I look, and there is no one to help; and I astonish that there is no one to uphold: and my own arm saves me; and my fury upholds me:

¹⁸ Spirit of Yah Veh is upon me, because he anoints me to evangelize the poor; he apostolizes me to heal the crushed in heart; to preach forgiveness to the captives and sight to the blind; to apostolize the crushed in forgiveness;

²² And Yah Shua answers them, saying, Go, and evangelize Yahn what you see and hear: the blind see; the lame walk; the lepers purify; the mute hear; the dead rise; and the poor are evangelized.

⁹ For you know the charism of our Adonay Yah Shua Messiah: that, being rich, for your sakes he impoverished: that through his poverty, you enrich.

²⁵ So he is also able to save them to completion/shalom who come to Elohim through him - ever living to intercede for them.

¹⁷ because you word, Because I am rich and enriched and need naught! - and know not that you are miserable and least mercied and poor and blind and naked: ¹⁸ I counsel you to market of me gold fired by the fire to enrich you: and white garments to array you so that you not manifest the shame of your nakedness: and anoint your eyes with poultice so that you see.
