⁹ By the breath of Elohah, they destruct and by the spirit/wind of his nostrils, they finish off.

⁴ Where were you when I founded the earth? Tell, if you know discernment, ⁵ who set the measurements, if you know? Who stretched the line thereon? ⁶ Whereon are the foundations sunk? Who poured the corner stone

¹⁵ you split the fountain and the wadi; you dried up perennial rivers.

⁶ At your rebuke, O Elohim of Yaaqov, both the chariot and horse sleep soundly.

⁹ he rebuked the Reed sea and it parched; thus he walked them through the abysses as through the wilderness:

⁴ and with justness he judges the poor, and reproves with straightness for the humble of the earth: and he smites the earth with the scion of his mouth and with the spirit of his lips he executes the wicked:

²⁷ Behold, the name of Yah Veh comes from far burning with his wrath; and the burden is heavy: his lips fill with rage: and his tongue, as a consuming fire ²⁸ and his spirit, as an overflowing wadi halve the neck, to sift the goyim with the sieve of vanity: and a bridle in the jaws of the people to stray them.

³³ For Topheth lined up since yesterday; yes, prepared for the sovereign; he deepens and enlarges: the fuel pile is fire and abounding timber; the breath of Yah Veh, as a wadi of sulphur, burns it.

³⁷ Thus says Yah Veh: If you measure the heavens above, and probe the foundations of the earth below, I also spurn all the seed of Yisra El for all they worked - an oracle of Yah Veh.

⁶ I descend to the bases of the mountains; the earth with her bars around me eternally: yet you ascend my life from the pit of ruin, O Yah Veh my Elohim.

² Hear the controversy of Yah Veh, O mountains, and you perennial foundations of the earth: for Yah Veh has a controversy with his people and he reproves Yisra El.
