¹⁶ Yah Veh built Siyon; he appears in his honor:

¹⁸ Well-please in your good pleasure to Siyon; build the walls of Yeru Shalem:

³⁵ For Elohim saves Siyon and builds the cities of Yah Hudah; for them to settle there and possess.

⁶ the heavens tell his justness and all the people see his honor.

² Yah Veh builds Yeru Shalem; he gathers the overthrown of Yisra El;

² and so be it, in the last days, the mountain of the house of Yah Veh is established in the top of the mountains, and lifted above the hills; and all goyim flow to it. ³ And many people go and say, Come, and we ascend to the mountain of Yah Veh - to the house of Elohim of Yaaqov: and he teaches us of his ways, and we walk in his paths: for from Siyon the torah goes forth, and the word of Yah Veh from Yeru Shalem.

²⁶ This is the counsel counselled upon the whole earth: and this is the hand spread upon all the goyim.

THE HONOR OF SIYON
Rise! Enlighten! For your light comes and the honor of Yah Veh rises on you: ² for behold, the darkness covers the earth and dripping darkness the nation: and Yah Veh rises on you and his honor is seen on you.

⁷ all the flocks of Qedar gather to you; the rams of Nebayoth minister to you: they ascend with pleasure on my sacrifice altar and I adorn the house of my adornment.

³ to set to them who mourn in Siyon; to give to them adornment for ashes; the oil of rejoicing for mourning; the mantle of halal for the spirit of heaviness; and he calls them, Mighty Oaks of Justness - the planting of Yah Veh to adorn.

¹⁸ And I - their works and their fabrications I come to gather all goyim and tongues; and they come, and see my honor:

⁴ in building, I build you again, O virgin of Yisra El: adorn you again with your tambourines and you come forth in the round dancing of entertainers:

⁷ and I restore the captivity of Yah Hudah and the captivity of Yisra El; and build them as at the first:

⁹ you expel the women of my people from their houses of delights; from their sucklings you take away my majesty eternally.

⁶ Ho, ho, and flee from the land of the north - an oracle of Yah Veh for I spread you as the four winds of the heavens - an oracle of Yah Veh. ⁷ Rescue yourself, Ho, Siyon, who settles with the daughter of Babel. ⁸ For thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: After the honor he sends me to the goyim who spoiled you: for he who touches you touches the pupil of his eye. ⁹ For, behold, I shake my hand on them, and they become a spoil to their servants: and you know that Yah Veh Sabaoth sent me. ¹⁰ Shout and cheer, O daughter of Siyon: for behold, I come and I tabernacle among you - an oracle of Yah Veh. ¹¹ And many goyim join Yah Veh in that day, and become my people: and I dwell midst you; and you know that Yah Veh Sabaoth sent me to you: ¹² And Yah Veh inherits Yah Hudah, his allotment on the holy soil, and again chooses Yeru Shalem. ¹³ Hush, O all flesh, at the face of Yah Veh: for he wakens from his holy habitation.
