³² He who adulterizes with a woman, lacks heart; he who thus works ruins his own soul:

⁹ no one in this house is greater than I; and he withholds naught from me except you, because you are his woman: how then work I this great evil and sin against Elohim? ¹⁰ And so be it, as she words to Yoseph day by day, he hearkens not to her, to lie beside her, or to be with her:

³⁹ And Paroh says to Yoseph, Since Elohim has you know all this, no one is as discerning and wise as you:

¹⁴ Adulterize not.

¹⁸ For her house sinks to death and her routes to ghosts. ¹⁹ Neither return they who go to her nor overtake they of the paths of life.

²² His own perversities capture the wicked - upheld by the cords of his own sins: ²³ he dies without discipline; and in the greatness of his folly he errs inadvertently.

⁷ and see among the gullible: I discern among the sons a lad lacking heart

²² suddenly he goes after her - as an ox going to the slaughter - as a fool to the discipline of tinklers: ²³ until an arrow strikes through his liver; as a bird hastens to the snare and knows not it is for his soul.

³⁶ and whoever sins against me violates his own soul; all who hate me love death.

⁴ Whoever is gullible, turn in here! Whoever lacks heart, she says to him,

¹⁶ Whoever is gullible, turn in here! - and to whoever lacks heart, she says, ¹⁷ Stolen waters sweeten and covert bread pleases! ¹⁸ - and he knows not that ghosts are there; and that her called ones are in the depths of sheol.

²⁵ I turned my heart around to know and to explore and to seek out wisdom and the machinations and to know the wickedness of folly - even of folly and madness; ²⁶ and I find more bitter than death the woman whose heart is lairs and devoted and her hands as bands; whoever is good at the face of Elohim escapes from her; and the sinner is captured by her.

⁸ they wander as nourished horses; every man sounds after the woman of his friend.

²¹ Hear this, I beseech, O foolish people, and without heart; having eyes, and seeing not; having ears, and hearing not:

³¹ Cast from you all the rebellions you rebelled; and work yourself a new heart and a new spirit: and why die, O house of Yisra El?

¹¹ Whoredom and wine and juice take away the heart: ¹² my people ask at their trees, and their staff tells them: for the spirit of whoredoms strays them and they whore from under their Elohim:

⁹ O Yisra El, you ruin yourself; but your help is in me.

²² professing themselves to be wise they became fools; ²³ and changed the glory of the uncorruptible Elohim into an icon likened to corruptible humanity and to flyers and quadrupeds and creepers. ²⁴ So Elohim also surrendered them to impurity in the pantings of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies among themselves:

⁴ Marriage is honorable in all and the coition unpolluted: but Elohim judges whoremongers and adulterers.
