JUDGMENT AND MERCY
Neither bear a vain report: nor put your hand with the wicked to become a witness of violence.

¹⁶ When a witness of violence rises against any man to answer against him what is revolting; ¹⁷ then the two men, between whom the dispute is, stand at the face of Yah Veh - at the face of the priests and the judges, being in those days; ¹⁸ and the judges inquire well: and behold, if the witness is a false witness and witnesses falsely against his brother; ¹⁹ then work to him as he intrigued to work to his brother: thus you burn the evil from among you. ²⁰ And they who survive, hear and awe, and add not to work such word of evil among you.

¹² Give me not to the soul of my tribulators; for false witnesses rise against me - such as exhale violence.

¹¹ Witnesses of violence rise; they ask me what I know not:

¹⁴ perversion is in his heart; he inscribes evil at all times; he sends contention:

¹⁷ He who breathes trustworthily, tells justness; and a false witness, deceit.

²⁸ a man of perversions sends strife; and a whisperer separates chiliarchs:

⁵ Neither is a false witness exonerated nor escapes he who breathes lies.

⁹ A false witness is not exonerated and he who breathes lies destructs.

¹⁰ Exile the scorner and contention goes out; yes, pleading and abasement shabbathize.

¹⁸ A man who answers false witness against his friend is a mallet and a sword and a pointened arrow.

²⁰ Where the final timber is, the fire goes out; thus where no whisperer is, the strife subsides.

FROM THE HEART VS FROM THE MOUTH
For from the heart proceed evil reasonings, murders, adulteries, whoredoms, thefts, pseudo witnesses, blasphemies:

⁵⁹ And the archpriests and elders and all the sanhedrim seek pseudo witnesses against Yah Shua to deathify him;

¹³ and set pseudo witnesses, who word, This human pauses not to speak blasphemous rhema against this holy place and the torah:

²³ And shun foolish and undisciplined questions, knowing that they birth strifes:

¹⁴ But if you have bitter zeal and strife in your hearts, neither exult nor lie against the truth. ¹⁵ - this wisdom descends not from above but is earthly, soulical, demonic. ¹⁶ For where there are zeal and strife, there are instability and every evil matter.

¹⁸ and the fruit of justness spores in shalom by them who make shalom.

⁹ I scribed to the ecclesia: but Diotrephes, who befriends preeminence among them, receives us not. ¹⁰ So, whenever I come, I remember the works he does, babbling against us with evil words: and not satisfied by these he himself receives not the brothers and forbids them who so will - and casts them from the ecclesia.
