² As the bird by wandering; as the swallow by flying; thus abasing comes not gratuitously.

⁸ How pierce I whom El curses not? Or how enrage I whom Yah Veh enrages not?

⁴ for word that they anticipated you not with bread and with water in the way, when you came from Misrayim; and because they hired Bilam the son of Beor of Pethor of Aram Naharaim against you to abase you: ⁵ and Yah Veh your Elohim willed to not hearken to Bilam; but Yah Veh your Elohim turned the abasement to a blessing to you, because Yah Veh your Elohim loved you:

²⁸ Then a man of the people answers, and says, In oathing, your father oathed the people with an oath, saying, Cursed is the man who eats food this day: and the people flutter. ²⁹ Then Yah Nathan says, My father troubles the land: see, I beseech you, how my eyes enlighten, because I tasted a little of this honey.

⁴³ And the Peleshethiy says to David, Am I a dog, that you come to me with staves? - and the Peleshethiy belittles David by his elohim.

¹² Perhaps Yah Veh sees my humiliation and Yah Veh returns me good for his abasing this day.
