⁹ Until when lie you down, O sloth? When rise you from your sleep? ¹⁰ A little sleep; a little drowsiness; a little clasping of the hands to lie down: ¹¹ thus comes your poverty - as one who walks and your lack - as a man with buckler.

¹⁵ Sloth falls into a deep sleep; and a deceitful soul famishs.

HO TO EPHRAYIM
Ho, to the crown of pomp - to the intoxicated of Ephrayim whose adornment of splendor is a withering blossom on the head of the valleys of ointment of them who are hammered with wine! ² Behold, might and strength to Adonay - as a tempest of hail and a ruinous whirling; as a flood of many waters overflowing set to the earth with the hand. ³ The crown of pomp - the intoxicated of Ephrayim are trampled under foot:

¹⁹ whose completion/shalom is destruction, whose elohim is their belly, whose glory is in their shame, who think earthly.
