And one woman of the women of the sons of the prophets cries to Eli Shua, saying, Your servant my man died; and you know your servant awed Yah Veh: and the exactor comes to take my two children for servants.

⁴ And they who say, We borrowed silver on our fields and vineyards for the measure of the sovereign: ⁵ and now, our flesh is as the flesh of our brothers - our sons as their sons: and, behold, we subdue our sons and our daughters to be servants and some of our daughters are subdued: and El is not in our hands: for other men have our fields and vineyards.

³¹ He who oppresses the poor reproaches his Worker; and he who honors him grants charism on the needy.

²³ The impoverished word supplications; and the rich answer strongly.

¹⁶ He oppresses the poor to abound and he gives to the rich only to lack.

²² Neither strip the poor, because he is poor; nor crush the humble in the portal;

YISRA EL UNREPENTANT
Hear this word, you heifers of Bashan in the mountain of Shomeron - who oppress the poor; who crush the needy; who say to their adonim, Bring, and we drink.

¹¹ so because you trample on the poor and take his burdens of grain; you build houses of hewn stone, and you settle not therein; you plant vineyards of desire, and you drink not their wine. ¹² For I know your great rebellions and your mighty sins: they tribulate the just; they take a koper/atonement; and they pervert the needy in the portal.

⁴ Hear this, O you who gulp the needy, who shabbathize the humble of the land,

⁶ - to chattel the poor for silver and the needy for a pair of shoes? - to market kernels, the chaff of the grain?

²⁵ and having naught to give, his adoni summons to sell him and his woman and children, and all - as much as he has and to give back.

⁶ But you dishonor the poor. Is it not the rich who overpower you? And drag you to the judgment?
