¹¹ I become thoughtless in boasting; you compel me - for I am indebted: for I am behind in naught of the extremely superior apostles - though I am naught. ¹² Indeed the signs of an apostle were worked in you in all endurance - in signs and omens and dynamis. ¹³ For wherein were you belittled beyond the rest of the ecclesiae? - unless I myself was not insensitive to you? Grant me charism for this injustice. ¹⁴
PAULOS PREPARES A THIRD VISIT
Behold, I prepare to come to you a third time; and I am not insensitive to you; for I seek not yours - but you: for the children are not indebted to treasure for the parents, but the parents for the children. ¹⁵ And with pleasure I spend and expend for your souls; though the more superabundantly I love you, the less I am loved.
