⁵ neither prostrate yourself to them, nor serve them: for I Yah Veh your Elohim am a jealous El, visiting the perversity of the fathers on the sons to the third and fourth of them who hate me;

²⁴ Neither prostrate to their elohim, nor serve them, nor work after their works: but in demolishing, demolish them and in breaking, break their monoliths;

¹⁶ and you take of their daughters to your sons and their daughters whore after their elohim and make your sons whore after their elohim.

³⁸ who ate the fat of their sacrifices and drank the wine of their libation? Raise them to help you and be your covert.

¹⁷ Is the perversity of Peor too little for us from which we are not purified until this day - a plague in the witness of Yah Veh

⁷ that you not go among these goyim who survive among you; neither memorialize the name of their elohim nor oath by them nor serve them nor prostrate to them:

¹⁶ in trespassing the covenant of Yah Veh your Elohim which he misvahed you; and go and serve other elohim and bow yourselves to them; then Yah Veh kindles his wrath against you and you destruct quickly from off the good land he has given to you.

THE WOMEN OF SHELOMOH
And sovereign Shelomoh loves many strange women together with the daughter of Paroh: women of the Moabiy, Ammoniy, Edomiy, Sidoniy and Hethiy, ² of the goyim - of which Yah Veh says to the sons of Yisra El, Neither go in to them, nor them come in to you: for surely they pervert your heart after their elohim - Shelomoh adheres to these in love: ³ and he has seven hundred women governesses and three hundred concubines: and his women pervert his heart. ⁴ And so be it, at the time Shelomoh ages, his women pervert his heart after other elohim: and his heart is not at shalom with Yah Veh his Elohim as the heart of David his father: ⁵ and Shelomoh goes after Ashtoreth the elohim of the Sidoniy; and after Milchom the abomination of the Ammoniy: ⁶ and Shelomoh works evil in the eyes of Yah Veh and fulfills not after Yah Veh as David his father. ⁷ Then Shelomoh builds a bamah for Kemosh the abomination of Moab in the mountain at the face of Yeru Shalem; and for Molech the abomination of the sons of Ammon: ⁸ and thus he works for all his strange women who incense and sacrifice to their elohim:

¹⁸ and I survive seven thousand in Yisra El - all the knees who bowed not to Baal and every mouth who kissed him not.

²⁸ They joined Baal Peor and ate the sacrifices of the dead:

¹⁰ I find Yisra El as grapes in the wilderness; I see your fathers as the firstripe in the fig tree at her beginning: they - they go to Baal Peor, and separate themselves to shame - their abominations are as their love.

THE CALL TO SET APART
So come out from among them, and be set apart, words Yah Veh, and touch not the impure; and I also receive you,

¹⁴ But I have a few against you, because you have them who empower the doctrine of Bilam, who doctrinated in Balaq to cast a scandal in the sight of the sons of Yisra El; to eat idol sacrifices and to whore.
