¹⁹ From Yaaqov comes he who has dominion and destroys him who survives of the city.

¹⁰ Neither turns the scion aside from Yah Hudah nor a statute setter from between his feet until Shiloh come; and the obedience of the people is his:

¹ Why do the goyim conspire and the nations meditate vanity? ² The sovereigns of the earth station themselves and the potentates set counsel together against Yah Veh and against his anointed. ³ Tear their bands and cast their ropes from us. ⁴ He who settles in the heavens laughs; Adonay derides them; ⁵ then he words to them in his wrath and terrifies them in his fuming. ⁶ And I - I anointed my sovereign on my holy mount Siyon; ⁷ I scribe the statute! Yah Veh says to me, You are my Son/Ben ^{\super *}; this day I birthed you. ^{*Ben; cp 2:12 8} Ask of me; and I give you the goyim for your inheritance and the finalities of the earth for your possession. ⁹ You, shatter them with a scion of iron; splatter them as a formed instrument. ¹⁰ And now, O you sovereigns, comprehend; be disciplined, you judges of the earth. ¹¹ Serve Yah Veh with awe and twirl with trembling; ¹² kiss the Son/Bar ^{\super *}, lest he be angry and you destruct from the way - when his wrath burns but a little. ⁷ For the sovereign confides in Yah Veh and through the mercy of Elyon he totters not: ⁸ your hand finds all your enemies; your right finds them who hate you: ⁹ you set them as a fiery oven at the time of your face: Yah Veh swallows them in his wrath and the fire consumes them: ¹⁰ you destroy their fruit from the earth and their seed from the sons of humanity.

¹⁰ The sovereigns of Tarshish and of the islands return offerings; the sovereigns of Sheba and Seba oblate their hire; ¹¹ yes, all sovereigns prostrate ere in front of him; all goyim serve him.

¹⁰ And in that day, a Root of Yishay stands for an ensign of the people; to him the goyim seek: and his rest becomes honorable. cp Yesha Yah 11:1

² But you, Beth Lechem Ephrath, being little among the thousands of Yah Hudah, from you he comes to me to become sovereign in Yisra El; whose proceeds are from antiquity - from days eternal.

⁴ and he stands and tends in the strength of Yah Veh in the pomp of the name of Yah Veh his Elohim: and there they settle: for now he greatens to the finalities of the earth:

⁴⁶ and these go to eternal punishment: but the just to life eternal.

And Yah Shua comes and speaks to them, wording, All authority is given me in the heavens and in earth.

¹² So he says, A well birthed human goes to a far region to take a sovereigndom for himself and to return.

²⁷ but those, my enemies, who will that I not reign over them, bring them here and slaughter in front of me.

²⁵ For he must reign, until whenever he puts all enemies under his feet.

²⁰ which he energized in the Messiah when he raised him from the dead and sat him at his right in the heavenlies, ²¹ far above all hierarchies and authority and dynamis and lordship and every name that is named - not only in this eon but also in the coming: ²² and subjugated all under his feet and gave him head over all to the ecclesia

¹⁰ that in the name of Yah Shua every knee bows - of the heavenlies and earthly and subterranean; ¹¹ and that every tongue avow that Yah Shua Messiah is Adonay, to the glory of Elohim the Father. ^{Isaiah 45:22,23}

⁸ But to the Son, Your throne, O Elohim, is to the eons of the eons: a scion of straightness is the scion of your sovereigndom.

²² who went into the heavens - at the right of Elohim angels and authorities and dynamis being subjugated to him.

¹⁶ And on his garment and on his thigh he has a name scribed, SOVEREIGN OF SOVEREIGNS, AND ADONAY OF ADONIYM.
