ORACLE OF BILAM TO THE SON OF BEOR
And he lifts his proverb and says, - an oracle of Bilam the son of Beor - an oracle of the master whose eyes were shut but now unveiled:

⁷ and he lifts his proverb, and says, Balaq the sovereign of Moab leads me from Aram - from the mountains of the east, Go, curse Yaaqov for me! And go, enrage Yisra El!
