2 I sink in deep mire, where there is no foothold; I come into depths of waters; the streams overflow me:
3 I belabored of my calling; my throat scorches; my eyes finish off as I await my Elohim.

5 O Elohim, you know my folly; and my guiltinesses are not concealed from you.

7 Because of you, I bear reproach; shame covers my face:

16 Answer, O Yah Veh; for your mercy is good; face me according to the abundance of your tender mercies:
17 hide not your face from your servant; for I tribulate: answer me hastily.
18 Draw near my soul; redeem - because of my enemies, redeem me.
19 You know my reproach and my shame and my dishonor; my tribulators are all in front of you.
20 Reproach breaks my heart; I am full of heaviness; I await someone to wag, and there is no one; and for sighers, and I find none.
21 They give me rosh to chew; and in my thirst, fermentation to drink.
22 Their table becomes a snare at their face - a snare for their shalom:

24 Pour your rage on them so that your fuming wrath overtakes them.
25 Desolate their walls so that no one settles in their tents.

27 Give perversity for their perversity; that they come not into your justness:
28 - wiped out of the scroll of the living - not scribed with the just.
29 And I humble myself and pain; your salvation, O Elohim, lofts me:
30 I halal the name of Elohim with a song and greaten him with spread hands:
31 And this well-pleases Yah Veh better than an ox or bullock - horned and hoofed.
32 The humble see, and cheer; your heart lives - you who seek Elohim.
33 For Yah Veh hears the needy and despises not his bound.
34 The heavens and earth halal him - the seas and every creeper.
35 For Elohim saves Siyon and builds the cities of Yah Hudah; for them to settle there and possess.
36 The seed also of his servants inherit; and they who love his name tabernacle therein.
Isaiah 53:1-12
1 Who trusts our report? and to whom is the arm of Yah Veh exposed?
2 For he ascends at his face as a sprout - as a root from parched earth: he has neither form nor majesty when we see him; nor visage when we desire him.
3 He is despised and abandoned of men; a man of sorrows, and knowing sickness: as one from whom we hide our face; he was despised, and we machinated him not.
4 Surely he bore our sicknesses and bore our sorrows: yet we machinated him plagued - smitten of Elohim and abased.
5 And he is pierced for our rebellions; crushed for our perversities: the chastisement of our shalom is on him; and with his lashes we are healed.
6 We all strayed as a flock; - every man faced to his own way; and on him, Yah Veh met all our perversity.
7 Of him they exact, and him they abase; yet he opens not his mouth: brought as a lamb to the slaughter and as an ewe at the face of her shearers: he is mute, and opens not his mouth:
8 taken by restraint and by judgment: and who meditates his generation? For he is cut off from the land of the living: - plagued for the rebellion of my people.
9 And he gives his tomb with the wicked and with the rich in his death; because he neither worked violence nor is deceit in his mouth.
10 Yet Yah Veh delights to crush him; he strokes him: when you set his soul for the guilt, he sees his seed; he prolongs his days: and the delight of Yah Veh prospers in his hand.
11 He sees the toil of his soul, and satisfies: by his knowledge my just servant justifies many; for he bears their perversities.
12 So I allot him with the great, and he allots the spoil with the mighty; because he pours his soul to death: numbered with the rebels; and he bears the sin of many, and intercedes for the rebels.
