And the sons of Yisra El say, Word, how becomes this evil? 4 And the Leviy, the man of the woman who is murdered, answers and says, I come to Gibah to Ben Yamin - I and my concubine, to stay overnight: 5 and the masters of Gibah rose against me and surrounded the house on me by night and considered slaughtering me: and abased my concubine that she died. 6 And I possessed my concubine and dismembered her; and send her throughout all the fields of the inheritance of Yisra El: for they work intrigue and folly in Yisra El. 7 Behold, you are all sons of Yisra El; give here your word and counsel. 8 And all the people rise as one man, saying, No man goes to his tent, and no man turns to his house: 9 and now, this is the word we work by pebble against Gibah; 10 we take ten men of a hundred throughout all the scions of Yisra El; and a hundred of a thousand and a thousand of a myriad to take hunt for the people, that when they come to Gibah of Ben Yamin, to work according to all the folly they worked in Yisra El. 11 And all the men of Yisra El gather against the city - companions as one man:
