⁹ Call this out among the goyim! Hallow war! Waken the mighty! Draw all the men of war near! Ascend them!

¹⁰ Say among the goyim, Yah Veh reigns! The world is established; it totters not: he pleads the cause of the people in straightnesses.

⁹ Be broken, O you people - be broken; and hearken, all you of lands afar: gird, and be broken; gird, and be broken: ¹⁰ in counselling, counsel; and it breaks; word the word, and it rises not: for El is with us.

YAH VEH JUDGES THE GOYIM
Approach, you goyim, to hear; and hearken, you nations: hear, O earth, and all its fulness; the world, and all its offspring:

¹⁰ Hear the word of Yah Veh, O you goyim! And tell it in the islands afar off, and say, He who winnows Yisra El gathers him and guards him as a tender to his drove.

³ Line up your buckler and shield and draw near to war: ⁴ hitch the horses and ascend, you cavalry and stand with helmets: polish the javelins; enrobe the brigandines.

² Tell you among the goyim and have them hear; and lift an ensign: have them hear; and conceal not: say, Babel is captured, Bel is shamed, Merodach is broken: her idols are shamed; her idols are broken.

²¹ For the sovereign of Babel stands at the mother of the way - at the head of the two ways, to divine divination: he sharpens his arrows; he asks of teraphim: he sees in the liver: ²² at his right is the divination for Yeru Shalem: to set rams, to open the mouth in the murder, to lift the voice with shouting, to set rams against the portals, to pour a mound and to build a battering tower.

⁷ Prepare - prepare for yourself - you and all your congregation who congregate to you, and become their guard.

⁵ Thus says Yah Veh concerning the prophets who stray my people - who bite with their teeth and call out, Shalom; who give not into their mouths, and hallow war against him.
