²² I beseech you, receive the torah from his mouth and set his sayings in your heart.

MOSHEH LAYS OUT THE TORAH And now hearken, O Yisra El, to the statutes and to the judgments I teach you - to work them - to live and go in and possess the land Yah Veh Elohim of your fathers gives you: ² neither add to the word I misvah you, nor diminish from it - to guard the misvoth of Yah Veh your Elohim that I misvah you.

⁶ And these words, I misvah you this day, become in your heart: ⁷ and point them out to your sons and word of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up: ⁸ and bind them for a sign on your hand and to become phylacteries between your eyes: ⁹ and inscribe them on the posts of your house and on your portals.

¹² nor go back from the misvah of his lips: I treasure the sayings of his mouth more than my statutes.

¹¹ I treasure your sayings in my heart that I not sin against you.

⁴ and teaches me and says to me, O that your heart uphold my words; guard my misvoth and live.

²¹ pervert them not from your eyes; guard them midst your heart:

¹⁶ I found your words and I consume them; and your word to me is the rejoicing and cheerfulness of my heart: for your name is called on me, O Yah Veh Elohim Sabaoth.

³⁵ a good human from the good treasure of the heart ejects good: and an evil human from the evil treasure ejects evil.
