As one mocks a man, mock you him? ¹⁰ In reproving, he reproves you, if you covertly lift faces. ¹¹ His exaltings, frighten they you not? - his dread falling on you? ¹² Your memorials are to ashes, as your backs to backs of clay. ¹³ Hush, leave me alone to word; and whatever passes over me. ¹⁴ Why lift I my flesh in my teeth? - set my soul in my palm? ¹⁵ Behold, he severs me, yet I await not; surely I reprove my own ways at his face. ¹⁶ Also he is my salvation; for no profaner comes at this face. ¹⁷ Hearken! Hear my utterances! - my utterance with your ears. ¹⁸ Behold, I beseech, I line up my judgment; I know I am justified. ¹⁹ Who contends with me? for now, if I hush, I expire. ²⁰ Only work not these two to me: that I not hide from your face; ²¹ remove your palm far from me and let not your terror frighten me. ²² And you call and I - I respond; or, I word and you answer me. ²³ How many are my perversities and sins? - have me know my rebellion and my sin? ²⁴ Why hide your face and fabricate me for your enemy? ²⁵ Terrify you a dispersed leaf? - pursue the dry stubble? ²⁶ For you inscribe bitternesses against me that I possess the perversities of my youth. ²⁷ You also set my feet in the stocks and guard all my paths; you engrave on the roots of my feet; ²⁸ and as rotteness he wears out as moth eaten clothing.

¹² And by stealth, a word is brought to me and my ear takes an inkling.

⁹ who works great - not to be probed; marvels without number; ¹⁰ who gives rain on the face of the earth and sends waters on the face of the outways; ¹¹ to set the lowly in the heights; to lift the darkened to salvation. ¹² He breaks down the fabrications of the subtle so that their hands not work their substance: ¹³ he captures the wise in their own craftiness; and hastens the counsel of the twisters. ¹⁴ They meet with darkness in the day and grope in the noonday as in the night. ¹⁵ And he saves the needy from the sword, from their mouth and from the hand of the strong. ¹⁶ And so be it, hope to the poor and wickedness shuts her mouth.

²⁷ Behold this, we probe, and so be it; hear and know for your own good.

⁸ I beseech you, enquire of the first age; prepare yourself to the probing of their fathers; ⁹ - for we are of yesterday and know naught, because our days on earth are a shadow. ¹⁰ Teach they not and say to you? - and utter utterances from their heart?

⁹ Who knows not that in all these the hand of Yah Veh worked this? ¹⁰ In whose hand is the soul of all living and the spirit of all flesh of man. ¹¹ Does not the ear proof utterances? - the palate taste food? ¹² With the aged is wisdom; and in length of days understanding; ¹³ with him, wisdom and might, to him, counsel and understanding. ¹⁴ Behold, he breaks down and no one builds; he shuts a man and no one opens. ¹⁵ Behold, he restrains the waters, and they dry; he sends them out and they overturn the earth. ¹⁶ With him is strength and substance; they who err inadvertently and they who cause to err inadvertently are his. ¹⁷ He walks counsellors away stripped and has the judges halal; ¹⁸ he loosens the bond of sovereigns and binds their loins with a girdle; ¹⁹ he walks priests away stripped and perverts the perennial; ²⁰ he turns aside the lip of the trustworthy and takes away the taste of the aged; ²¹ he pours disrespect on volunteers and loosens the girdle of the gatherers; ²² he exposes depths from darkness and brings the shadow of death to light. ²³ He increases the goyim and destroys them; he spreads the goyim and leads them; ²⁴ he turns aside the heart of the head of the people of the earth; and staggars them in a void where there is no way; ²⁵ they grope in the dark without light and he staggers them as intoxicated.

¹⁷ I show you, you hear me; what I see I scribe; ¹⁸ what, from their fathers, the wise have told, and not concealed;

³ Who is he who conceals counsel without knowledge? so I tell, and I discern not - too marvellous for me, and I know not. ⁴ Hear, I beseech you, and I word; I ask you; you have me know. ⁵ I hear you by the hearing of the ear; and now my eye sees you: ⁶ so I spurn and sigh in dust and ashes.

³ which we hear and know; which our fathers scribed unto us; ⁴ we conceal them not from their sons - scribing to the generation after the halals of Yah Veh: and his strength and his marvels he worked.

³ which we saw and heard: we evangelize to you, so that you also have communion with us: and truly our communion is with the Father and with his Son Yah Shua Messiah:

³ Yes, I have a heart as you; I fall not lower than you; yes, who knows not such as these?

⁸ Hear you the private counsel of Elohah? Diminish you wisdom to yourself? ⁹ What know you, that we know not? - what discern you, that is not in us?

² In hearing, hear the commotion of his voice and the meditation coming from his mouth;

⁴ Behold, I am abased; What respond I to you? I set my hand to my mouth. ⁵ I worded once; but I answer not: yes, twice; but not again.

IDOL SACRIFICES
And concerning idol sacrifices: We know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffs, but love edifies. ² And if anyone thinks he knows aught, still he knows naught, exactly as he needs to know.

⁴ For indeed if whoever comes preaches another Yah Shua whom we preach not, or if you take another spirit you had not taken, or another evangelism you had not received, you tolerate it well. ⁵ For I reckon that I failed in naught beyond the extremely superior apostles.

I word again that no one think I am thoughtless; and if otherwise, even receive me as thoughtless so that I also boast a little. ¹⁷ What I speak, I speak not after Adonay, but as in thoughtlessness, in this confidence of boasting, ¹⁸ since many boast after the flesh, I also boast.

¹¹ I become thoughtless in boasting; you compel me - for I am indebted: for I am behind in naught of the extremely superior apostles - though I am naught.

³ If he desires to contend with him, he cannot answer him one of a thousand.

¹⁴ How much less answer I him? - choose out my words with him? ¹⁵ Whom, though I am justified, yet I answer not; but seek charism from my judge.

⁵ But who gives that Elohah words and opens his lips against you;

¹⁵ Behold, he severs me, yet I await not; surely I reprove my own ways at his face.

²² And you call and I - I respond; or, I word and you answer me.

³ Who gives that I know - that I find him - that I come to his place! ⁴ O that I line up my judgment at his face and fill my mouth with reproofs. ⁵ O that I know the utterances he answers me and discern what he says to me. ⁶ Contends he against me with his abundant force? No; but he sets it in me. ⁷ There the straight reprove him; and in perpetuity, I slip away from my judge.

³⁵ Who gives that someone hear me! Behold, my mark! Shadday, answer me! Man of contention, scribe a scroll!

¹⁸ Come, I beseech, and we reason, says Yah Veh: though your sins be as scarlet, they whiten as snow; though they be reddened like crimson, they be as wool. ¹⁹ If you so will and hearken, you eat the good of the land: ²⁰ and if you refuse and rebel, you are consumed with the sword: for the mouth of Yah Veh words.

THE PRAYER OF YIRME YAH
You are just, O Yah Veh, O that I plead with you - word to you of judgments! Why prospers the way of the wicked? Why are all they serene - who in dealing covertly, deal covertly? ² You planted them; yes, they root: they grow; yes, they work fruit: you are near in their mouth and far from their reins.

² Hear the controversy of Yah Veh, O mountains, and you perennial foundations of the earth: for Yah Veh has a controversy with his people and he reproves Yisra El.

¹⁶ Answer not a false witness against your friend.

⁷ Remember, I pray you, whoever destructs, being innocent? or, Where are the straight cut off? ⁸ Even as I see, they who plow mischief and seed toil, harvest thus. ⁹ By the breath of Elohah, they destruct and by the spirit/wind of his nostrils, they finish off. ¹⁰ The roaring of the lion and the voice of the roaring lion and the teeth of the whelps - all are pulled. ¹¹ Without prey, the old lion destructs, and the whelps of the roaring lion separate.

¹ Call, I beseech, if there be any who answer you; and to which of the holy do you face? ² For vexation slaughters the foolish and envy deathifies the enticed. ³ I see the foolish taking root; but suddenly I curse his habitation of rest. ⁴ His children are far from salvation - crushed in the portal, none to rescue them; ⁵ whose harvest the famished eat and even take it through the thorns and the robber gulps their valuables.

⁵ Yes, the light of the wicked extinguishes and the flame of his fire illuminates not; ⁶ the light darkens in his tent and his lamp extinguishes with him; ⁷ the paces of his strength constrict and his own counsel casts him down. ⁸ For he is sent into a net by his own feet and he walks on a netting; ⁹ the snare holds him by the heel and the robber prevails against him; ¹⁰ his cord is hidden in the earth - his trap in the path. ¹¹ Terrors frighten him all around and scatter him to his feet; ¹² his strength famishes and calamity prepares at his side. ¹³ It devours the strength of his veins - the firstbirthed of death devours his veins. ¹⁴ His confidence is torn from his tent and paces him to the sovereign of terrors. ¹⁵ It tabernacles in his tent without him; sulphur is winnowed on his habitation of rest. ¹⁶ His roots wither below and above his harvest is clipped: ¹⁷ his memorial destructs from the earth and he has no name at the face of the outways: ¹⁸ he is exiled from light into darkness and chased from the world. ¹⁹ He has neither son nor posterity among his people, nor survivors in his sojournings. ²⁰ They who come after him astonish at his day as the ancients whirl away. ²¹ Surely such are the tabernacles of the wicked and this is the place of him who knows not El.

²⁷ Behold, I know the fabrications and intrigues you violate against me: ²⁸ for you say, Where is the house of the volunteer? and where are the tents - the tabernacles of the wicked? ²⁹ Ask you not of them who pass by the way? Recognize you not their signs ³⁰ - that the evil are spared to the day of calamity? - to be brought forth to the day of fury? ³¹ Who tells his way to his face? Who shalams him for what he works? ³² Yet he - he is brought to the tomb and watches in the heap: ³³ the clods of the wadi sweeten to him and he draws all humanity after him - innumerable at his face. ³⁴ How then sigh you over me in vain, seeing that treason survives in your responses?

⁶ Gratuitously you take a pledge from your brother and strip the naked of their clothing: ⁷ you give the languid no water to drink; you withhold bread from the famished. ⁸ The man of arm has the earth and the exalted face settles therein: ⁹ you send widows away empty and crush the arms of the orphan. ¹⁰ So snares surround you and sudden dread terrifies you: ¹¹ or darkness, you see not; and abundance of waters cover you. ¹² Is not Elohah in the height of the heavens? See the head of the stars - how high! ¹³ And you say, El knows what? Judges he through the dripping darkness? ¹⁴ Thick clouds are his covering that he not be seen; and he walks in the circle of the heavens. ¹⁵ Regard you the eternal way which mischievous men have trodden? ¹⁶ - who were plucked from time? - whose foundation was poured with a flood? ¹⁷ Who says to El, Turn from us? ⁶⁹ the arrogant patch falsehood against me; I guard your precepts with my whole heart:

¹⁴ and they heal the breeching of my people slightly, saying, Shalom! Shalom! when there is no shalom.

²² Is there no balm in Gilad? Is there no healer there? Why ascends not the health of the daughter of my people?

³² Behold, I am against them who prophesy false dreams - an oracle of Yah Veh and scribe them; and stray my people by their falsehoods and by their frothiness; and I - I neither sent them nor misvahed them: in benefitting, they benefit this people not - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹³ - no one pleads your cause - bandages you, no bandage healers.

¹¹ Ascend into Gilad, and take balm, O virgin, the daughter of Misrayim: you abound your healers in vain for they bandage you not.

⁴ you neither strengthen the worn nor heal the sick; nor bind the broken nor restore the expelled; nor seek you the lost: and with severity and with tyranny you subjugate them.

¹³ And Ephrayim sees his sickness and Yah Hudah sees his sore; and Ephrayim goes to the Ashshuri and sends to sovereign Yareb to plead: yet he can neither heal you nor cure you of your sore.

¹⁷ And Yah Shua hears, and he words to them, The able need no healer, but they who are ill: I come not to call the just, but sinners to repentance.

²⁶ who suffered much by many healers and spent all she had and benefited naught; and rather grew worse:

³ - that your lies hush men? - and when you deride, that no one shames you?

¹³ Hush, leave me alone to word; and whatever passes over me.

²⁸ Even a fool, when he hushes, is fabricated wise; he who shuts his lips is a discerner.

³ The dream comes by the abundance of drudgery; and the voice of a fool by the abundance of words.

¹³ So, in that time, the comprehending keep still; for it is an evil time.

¹⁹ So then, my beloved brothers, thus be every human: quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:

⁷ And when they tell Yah Tham, he goes and stands in the top of mount Gerizim and lifts his voice and calls out and says to them, Hearken to me, you masters of Shechem, and Elohim hearkens to you!

¹ And yet, I beseech you, Iyob, hear my utterances and hearken to all my words: ² behold, I beseech, I open my mouth; my tongue words in my palate; ³ my sayings are of the straightness of my heart; and my lips utter knowledge purely.

² Hear my utterances, O you wise; and hearken to me, you who know:

⁶ hear; for I speak of eminence; and the opening of my lips of straightnesses: ⁷ for my palate meditates truth; and wickedness is an abhorrence to my lips:

⁷ Remember, I pray you, whoever destructs, being innocent? or, Where are the straight cut off?

² Answer we not this abundance of words? - justify a man full of lips? ³ - that your lies hush men? - and when you deride, that no one shames you? ⁴ And you say, My doctrine is pure! and, I am pure in your eyes!

⁵ He who tells his friends - smoothing it over, even the eyes of his children are finished off.

⁴ neither my lips word wickedness nor my tongue mutters deceit.

²¹ I beseech you, that I neither lift the face of humanity, nor give honorary degrees to humanity: ²² for I know not to give honorary degrees; in so doing my Worker shortly lifts me away.

⁴ For truly my utterances are not false; the integrious in knowledge is with you.

OUR UNJUSTNESS
But if our unjustness commends the justness of Elohim, what say we? Is Elohim, who brings wrath, unjust? I word as a human. ⁶ So be it not: otherwise how judges Elohim the cosmos? ⁷ For if the truth of Elohim superabounds to his glory in my lie; why am I yet also judged as a sinner? ⁸ And not, exactly as we are blasphemed, and exactly as some say that we word, Do evil, so that good comes? - whose judgment is just.

² but disown the secrets of shame; neither walking in cunningness nor handling the word of Elohim deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to the conscience of every human in the sight of Elohim.

² Neither follow many to evil; nor witness in a dispute to deviate many to pervert. ³ Esteem not the poor in his dispute.

¹⁵ Neither work wickedness in judgment nor exalt the face of the poor nor esteem the face of the greater: but judge your friend in justness:

²¹ I beseech you, that I neither lift the face of humanity, nor give honorary degrees to humanity:

¹⁹ - of him who neither accepts faces of governors nor recognize the opulent more than the face of the poor? - they all are the work of his hands.

²³ These also to the wise: It is not good to recognize faces in judgment.

⁹ So I also give you despised and lowly in front of all the people because according to your mouth you guard not my ways, and lift faces against the torah.

¹⁶ With him is strength and substance; they who err inadvertently and they who cause to err inadvertently are his.

² If not, mockeries are with me and my eye is stayed in their rebelling?

³⁶ I yearn that Iyob be proofed in perpetuity because of his responses for men of mischief:

²¹ is this not probed by Elohim? - for he knows the concealments of the heart.

²³ Probe me, O El, and know my heart; proof me and know my thoughts:

²² So now be not translators, lest your bonds be strengthened: for from Adonay Yah Veh Sabaoth I heard the final finish appointed on the whole earth.

¹⁰ I Yah Veh probe the heart; proof the reins; even to give every man according to his ways and according to the fruit of his exploitations.

⁷ be not seduced: Elohim is not snubbed: for whatever a human spores he also harvests; ⁸ because whoever spores to his flesh of the flesh harvests corruption; and whoever spores to the Spirit of the Spirit harvests life eternal.

⁹ But if you are partial, you work sin; and the torah reproves you as transgressors.

¹⁶ Terror and fear fall on them; by the greatness of your arm they become as still as a stone; until your people pass over, O Yah Veh, until the people you chattel pass over.

²¹ remove your palm far from me and let not your terror frighten me.

²³ for calamity from El is a dread to me and by reason of his exalting I am not able.

¹²⁰ My flesh stands on end for dread of you; and I awe your judgments.

¹³ Hallow Yah Veh Sabaoth himself to be your awe and to be your dread.

²² Awe you not me? - an oracle of Yah Veh: Writhe you not at my face - who set the sand for the border of the sea by an eternal statute, that it not pass? And though the waves agitate, yet they prevail not? And though they roar, yet they pass not over it?

¹⁰ And Yah Veh is the Elohim of truth; he is the living Elohim and eternal sovereign: the earth quakes at his rage and the goyim contain not his rage.

²⁸ And awe not them who slaughter the body, but are not able to slaughter the soul: but rather awe him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gay Hinnom/the Valley of Burning.

³ And they sing the ode of Mosheh the servant of Elohim and the ode of the Lamb; wording, Mega and marvellous are your works, Yah Veh El Sabaoth; just and true are your ways, Sovereign of the holy: ⁴ Who never no way awes you, O Yah Veh, and glorifies your name? Because you only are merciful; because all goyim come and worship in your sight; because your judgments are manifested.

THE GARDEN OF EDEN

²⁷ And Abraham answers and says, Behold, I beseech, I will to word to Adonay, I - dust and ashes:

¹⁶ The face of Yah Veh is against all who work evil, to cut off their memorial from the earth.

¹² And you, O Yah Veh, settle eternal; and your memorial generation to generation:

¹⁵ they become in front of Yah Veh continually to cut off their memorial from the earth:

⁷ The memorial of the just is for blessings; and the name of the wicked rots.

¹⁴ Dead - they live not; ghosts - they rise not: so you, visit and desolate them and destroy all their memorial.

HOUSES, TENTS, AND EDIFICES
For we know that whenever our earthly house of this tabernacle disintegrates, we have an edifice of Elohim - a house not handmade - eternal in the heavens.

⁹ O that Elohah wills to crush me - to loose his hand and cut me off! ¹⁰ And yet it is my sighing; I jump with pangs; he spares not: for I conceal not the sayings of the Holy One.

¹¹ Also I - I spare not my mouth; I word in the tribulation of my spirit; I meditate in the bitterness of my soul.

¹⁵ so that my soul chooses strangling and death rather than my bones. ¹⁶ I spurn; I live not eternally; let me decease; for my days are vanity.

¹ My soul loathes life; I forsake my self-meditation; I word in the bitterness of my soul.

⁵ Who gives, that in hushing, you hush; that it be your wisdom.

³ Allow me to word; and after I word, deride.

³ and when I saw you saved me not, I set my soul in my palms and passed over against the sons of Ammon; and Yah Veh gives them into my hand. Why then ascend you to me this day, to fight me?

⁵ for he set his soul in his palm and smote the Peleshethiy; and Yah Veh worked a great salvation for all Yisra El: you saw and cheered: so why sin against innocent blood, to deathify David gratuitously?

⁴ He tears his soul in his wrath. Is the earth forsaken for your sake? Is the rock removed from its place?

¹⁰⁹ My soul is continually in my palm; yet I forget not your torah:

⁵ The fool embraces his hands and eats his own flesh;

²⁰ And on the right, he cuts and famishes; and on the left, he eats and satiates not: every man eats the flesh of his own arm

⁶ my days are swifter than a weaver - finished off without hope.

⁷ You know I am not wicked; and there is no escape from your hand.

¹⁸ Behold, I beseech, I line up my judgment; I know I am justified.

¹⁷ no violence is in my palms; and my prayer is pure.

²¹ O that one reprove for the mighty with Elohah as a son of humanity for his friend!

²⁵ I know that my redeemer lives and rises at the latter on the dust; ²⁶ and after my skin becomes stricken, yet in my flesh I see Elohah ²⁷ - see for myself - my eyes see and not a stranger; though my reins finish off within my bosom. ²⁸ But you say, Why pursue we him seeing the root of the word is found in me?

¹⁰ For he knows my way; he proofs me; I come forth as gold.

⁵ Far be it that I justify you; until I expire I turn not aside from my integrity.

⁸ Break you my judgment? Judge you me wicked to justify yourself?

⁴ Yes, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I awe no evil; for you are with me; your scion and your crutch sigh over me:

³² The wicked is overthrown in his evil; and the just seek refuge in his death.

³⁸ For I am convinced that neither death nor life nor angels nor hierarchies nor dynamis nor the present nor the about to be ³⁹ nor height nor depth nor any other creation can separate us from the love of Elohim in Messiah Yah Shua our Adonay.

²⁰ Because whenever our heart condemns us, Elohim is greater than our heart and knows all.

A PSALM OF SPREAD HANDS
And in that day you say, O Yah Veh, I spread hands to you: though you were angry with me, you turn away your wrath and you sigh over me. ² Behold, El is my salvation; I confide, and fear not: for Yah Yah Veh is my strength and psalm; and he is my salvation.

¹⁴ The sinners in Siyon fear; trembling holds the profaners. Who among us sojourns with the consuming fire? Who among us sojourns with eternal burnings?

²³ Surely in falsehood from the hills and from the multitude of mountains: surely in Yah Veh our Elohim is the salvation of Yisra El.

⁶ I beseech, hear my reproof and hearken to the defence of my lips.

² In hearing, hear my utterances - this your consolation.

And Satan goes from the face of Yah Veh and smites Iyob with evil ulcers from the sole of his foot to his scalp.

⁶ that you seek after my perversity and search after my sin?

¹⁶ But now you scribe my paces; You guard not over my sin:

¹¹ he sets my feet in the stocks; he guards all my paths.
