⁵ Rise! We ascend by night and ruin her citadels.

¹⁹ and they burn the house of Elohim and pull down the wall of Yeru Shalem and burn all the citadels thereof with fire and ruin all the instruments of desire thereof:

³ Elohim is in her citadels - known for a secure loft.

¹⁴ surely the citadels are abandoned and the multitude of the city forsaken; the mounds and lookout towers become caves eternally - a joy of wild runners - a pasture of droves;

²¹ For death ascends into our windows; it enters into our palaces to cut off the sucklings from the outways, and the youths from the broadways.

²⁷ And if you hearken not to me to hallow the shabbath day, and to not bear a burden, even entering at the portals of Yeru Shalem on the shabbath day; then I kindle a fire in the portals; and it consumes the citadels of Yeru Shalem, and quenches not.

¹³ and burns the house of Yah Veh and the house of the sovereign and all the houses of Yeru Shalem: and all the houses of the great he burns with fire:

¹⁴ And Yisra El forgets his Worker and builds manses and Yah Hudah abounds fortified cities: and I send a fire on his cities and it consumes the citadels.

⁵ and I send a fire on Yah Hudah, to consume the citadels of Yeru Shalem.

¹⁰ For they know not to work straightforwardness - an oracle of Yah Veh who treasure violence and ravage in their citadels. ¹¹ So thus says Adonay Yah Veh: A tribulator surrounds the land and he brings down your strength and plunders your citadels.
