31 Send to all the exiles, saying, Thus says Yah Veh concerning Shema Yah the Nechlamiy: Because Shema Yah prophesied to you and I sent him not; and he had you confide in a falsehood:
32 so thus says Yah Veh: Behold, I visit on Shema Yah the Nechlamiy and his seed: he neither has a man to settle among this people nor sees the good I work for my people - an oracle of Yah Veh because he words revolt against Yah Veh.
