¹⁸ But rejoice and twirl eternally in what I create: for behold, I create Yeru Shalem a twirling, and her people a joy:

³ The people spread hands to you, O Elohim; all the people spread hands to you: ⁴ the nations cheer and shout; for you judge the people straightly and lead the nations on earth. Selah. ⁵ The people spread hands to you, O Elohim; all the people spread hands to you:

¹⁰ Say among the goyim, Yah Veh reigns! The world is established; it totters not: he pleads the cause of the people in straightnesses. ¹¹ Cheer, O heavens; twirl, O earth; thunder, O sea and its fulness; ¹² jump for joy, O field and all therein; shout, all trees of the forest ¹³ at the face of Yah Veh: for he comes - for he comes to judge the earth - to judge the world in justness and the people in his trustworthiness.

¹ A Psalm. O sing to Yah Veh a new song; for he works marvels: his right and his holy arm saves. ² Yah Veh makes known his salvation - exposes his justness in the eyes of the goyim: ³ he remembers his mercy and his trustworthiness toward the house of Yisra El; all the finalities of the earth see the salvation of our Elohim. ⁴ Shout to Yah Veh, all the earth; break forth, and shout and psalm: ⁵ psalm to Yah Veh with the harp - with the harp and the voice of a psalm: ⁶ with trumpets and voice of shophar shout at the face of Yah Veh the Sovereign. ⁷ The sea thunders and its fulness; the world and they who settle therein: ⁸ the rivers clap their palms; the mountains shout together ⁹ at the face of Yah Veh: for he comes to judge the earth; with justness he judges the world and the people in straightnesses.

⁴ And in that day, you say, Spread hands to Yah Veh! Call on his name! Make known his exploits among the people! Remember - his name is exalted! ⁵ Psalm to Yah Veh for he worked pomp! - this is known in all the earth. ⁶ Resound and shout, you settlers of Siyon: for great is the Holy One of Yisra El in your midst.

⁹ And in that day, it is said, Behold, this our Elohim; we awaited him and he saves us: this is Yah Veh; we awaited him; we twirl and cheer in his salvation.

SING AND HALAL TO YAH VEH
Sing to Yah Veh a new song and his halal from the end of the earth; you who descend to the sea, and its fulness; the islands, and the settlers. ¹¹ The wilderness and the cities lift, Qedar settles the courts: the settlers of the rock shout; they shout from the top of the mountains: ¹² they set honor to Yah Veh and tell his halal in the islands:

²³ Shout, O you heavens; for Yah Veh worked it: shout, you nethermost earth: break forth into shouting, you mountains; O forest, and every tree therein: for Yah Veh redeems Yaaqov, and adorns himself in Yisra El.

¹³ Shout, O heavens! And twirl, O earth! And break forth into shouting, O mountains! For Yah Veh sighs over his people and mercies his humbled.

¹¹ And the redeemed of Yah Veh return and come with shouting to Siyon; with eternal cheerfulness on their head: they attain rejoicing and cheerfulness; grief and sighing flee away.

A MESSIANIC PROPHECY
How befitting on the mountains are the feet of him who evangelizes: who hearkens shalom; who evangelizes of good; who hearkens salvation; who says to Siyon, Your Elohim reigns! ⁸ Your watchers lift the voice; with the voice they shout together: for they see eye to eye when Yah Veh returns to Siyon. ⁹ Break forth in joy! Shout together, you parched areas of Yeru Shalem! For Yah Veh sighs over his people; he redeems Yeru Shalem: ¹⁰ Yah Veh strips his holy arm in the eyes of all the goyim; and all the finalities of the earth see the salvation of our Elohim.

¹⁰ You, rejoice with Yeru Shalem, and twirl with her, all you who love her: rejoice for joy with her, all you who mourn for her: ¹¹ that you suck and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations; that you suck out, and delight with the full breast of her honor. ¹² For thus says Yah Veh, Behold, I spread her shalom as a river, and the honor of the goyim as a flowing wadi: and you suck, borne on her sides, and stroked on her knees. ¹³ As man over whom his mother sighs, thus sigh I over you; yes, sigh over you in Yeru Shalem. ¹⁴ And when you see, your heart rejoices, and your bones blossom as a sprout: and the hand of Yah Veh is known toward his servants and his rage toward his enemies.

¹⁴ Sing, O daughter of Siyon! Shout, O Yisra El! Cheer and jump for joy with all the heart, O daughter of Yeru Shalem!

Twirl mightily, O daughter of Siyon! Shout, O daughter of Yeru Shalem! Behold, your Sovereign comes to you: he is just and saving; humble - and riding on a burro and on a colt the son of a she burro.
