¹³ Shout, O heavens! And twirl, O earth! And break forth into shouting, O mountains! For Yah Veh sighs over his people and mercies his humbled.

¹¹ Cheer, O heavens; twirl, O earth; thunder, O sea and its fulness; ¹² jump for joy, O field and all therein; shout, all trees of the forest ¹³ at the face of Yah Veh: for he comes - for he comes to judge the earth - to judge the world in justness and the people in his trustworthiness.

⁴ Shout to Yah Veh, all the earth; break forth, and shout and psalm: ⁵ psalm to Yah Veh with the harp - with the harp and the voice of a psalm: ⁶ with trumpets and voice of shophar shout at the face of Yah Veh the Sovereign. ⁷ The sea thunders and its fulness; the world and they who settle therein: ⁸ the rivers clap their palms; the mountains shout together ⁹ at the face of Yah Veh: for he comes to judge the earth; with justness he judges the world and the people in straightnesses.

A PSALM OF SPREAD HANDS
And in that day you say, O Yah Veh, I spread hands to you: though you were angry with me, you turn away your wrath and you sigh over me.

THE SIGH OF ELOHIM
You, sigh - sigh over my people, says your Elohim. ² Word to the heart of Yeru Shalem and call out to her that her hostility is fulfilled - that her perversity is satisfied: for she takes double of the hand of Yah Veh for all her sins.

SING AND HALAL TO YAH VEH
Sing to Yah Veh a new song and his halal from the end of the earth; you who descend to the sea, and its fulness; the islands, and the settlers. ¹¹ The wilderness and the cities lift, Qedar settles the courts: the settlers of the rock shout; they shout from the top of the mountains:

²³ Shout, O you heavens; for Yah Veh worked it: shout, you nethermost earth: break forth into shouting, you mountains; O forest, and every tree therein: for Yah Veh redeems Yaaqov, and adorns himself in Yisra El.

³ For Yah Veh sighs over Siyon: he sighs over all her parched areas; and he sets her wilderness as Eden and her plain as the garden of Yah Veh; rejoicing, yes, and cheerfulness are found therein - spread hands and the voice of psalm.

⁹ Break forth in joy! Shout together, you parched areas of Yeru Shalem! For Yah Veh sighs over his people; he redeems Yeru Shalem:

¹² For you go forth with cheerfulness and lead forth with shalom: the mountains and the hills break forth into shouting at your face; and all the trees of the field clap their palms.

² to call out the year of pleasure of Yah Veh and the day of avengement of our Elohim: to sigh over all who mourn; ³ to set to them who mourn in Siyon; to give to them adornment for ashes; the oil of rejoicing for mourning; the mantle of halal for the spirit of heaviness; and he calls them, Mighty Oaks of Justness - the planting of Yah Veh to adorn.

¹³ As man over whom his mother sighs, thus sigh I over you; yes, sigh over you in Yeru Shalem. ¹⁴ And when you see, your heart rejoices, and your bones blossom as a sprout: and the hand of Yah Veh is known toward his servants and his rage toward his enemies.

¹³ Then the virgin cheers in the round dancing - both youths and elders together for I turn their mourning into rejoicing, and sigh over them and cheer them from their grief:

¹³ And suddenly with the angel there becomes a multitude of the heavenly host halaling Elohim, and wording, ¹⁴ Glory to Elohim in the highests and on earth shalom and well-approval toward humanity.

¹⁰ Likewise, I word to you, cheer becomes in the sight of the angels of Elohim over one sinner who repents.

⁶ Yet Elohim who consoles the humbled consoled us in the appearing of Titus;

¹⁶ And our Adonay Yah Shua Messiah himself and Elohim our Father who loved us and gave us eternal consolation and good hope in charism, ¹⁷ consoles your hearts and establishes you in every good word and work.

⁸ And when he takes the scroll, the four live beings and twenty-four elders fall in sight of the Lamb, each of them having cithers and golden phials full of incense which are the prayers of the holy; ⁹ and they sing a new ode, wording, You are worthy to take the scroll and to open the seals thereof: because you were slaughtered and marketed us to Elohim by your blood from every scion and tongue and people and goyim; ¹⁰ and made us sovereigns and priests to our Elohim to reign on the earth. ¹¹ And I perceive and I hear the voice of many angels surrounding the throne and the live beings and the elders: and their number is myriads times myriads and thousands of thousands; ¹² wording with a mega voice, Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered to take dynamis and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and eulogy. ¹³ And I hear every creature in the heavens and in the earth and under the earth and on the sea and all therein, wording, Eulogy and honor and glory and power, to him sitting upon the throne and to the Lamb to the eons of the eons.

THE MULTITUDE FROM MEGA TRIBULATION
After these I perceive, and behold, a vast multitude, which no one could number, of all goyim and scions and peoples and tongues, standing in sight of the throne and in sight of the Lamb arrayed with white stoles and phoinix in their hands; ¹⁰ and crying with a mega voice, wording, Salvation to our Elohim sitting upon the throne and to the Lamb. ¹¹ And all the angels and the elders and the four live beings stand surrounding the throne and fall on their faces in sight of the throne and worship Elohim, ¹² wording, Amen: Eulogy and glory and wisdom and eucharist and honor and dynamis and might to our Elohim to the eons of the eons. Amen.
