¹⁹ For the people settle in Siyon at Yeru Shalem: in weeping, weep not: in granting charism, he grants you charism at the voice of your cry; when he hears, he answers you.

²⁴ So Adonay Yah Veh Sabaoth says thus: O my people settling in Siyon, awe not the Ashshuri: he smites you with a scion and lifts his rod against you after the way of Misrayim:

³ and with rejoicing you bail water from the fountains of salvation. ⁴ And in that day, you say, Spread hands to Yah Veh! Call on his name! Make known his exploits among the people! Remember - his name is exalted! ⁵ Psalm to Yah Veh for he worked pomp! - this is known in all the earth. ⁶ Resound and shout, you settlers of Siyon: for great is the Holy One of Yisra El in your midst.

⁸ He swallows death in perpetuity; and Adonay Yah Veh wipes away tears from off all faces; and turns aside the rebuke of his people from off all the earth - for Yah Veh has worded.

¹⁰ and the redeemed of Yah Veh return and come to Siyon with shouting and eternal cheerfulness on their heads: they attain rejoicing and cheerfulness, and grief and sighing flee away.

THE SIGH OF ELOHIM
You, sigh - sigh over my people, says your Elohim. ² Word to the heart of Yeru Shalem and call out to her that her hostility is fulfilled - that her perversity is satisfied: for she takes double of the hand of Yah Veh for all her sins.

¹³ I bring my justness near; it is not far removed; and delay not my salvation: and I place salvation in Siyon for Yisra El my adornment.

⁶ For Yah Veh called you as a woman forsaken and contorted in spirit, and a woman of youth when she is refused, says your Elohim. ⁷ For a small blink I forsook you; but with great mercies I gather you: ⁸ in an outburst of rage I hid my face from you for a blink; and in eternal mercy I mercy you, says Yah Veh your Redeemer. ⁹ For this is as the waters of Noach to me: in that I oathed that the waters of Noach pass no more over the earth; thus I oathed that I neither enrage over you nor rebuke you. ¹⁰ For the mountains depart and the hills topple; but neither my mercy departs from you, nor the covenant of my shalom topple, says Yah Veh who mercies you. ¹¹ O you humbled; stormtossed; not sighed over: behold, I crouch your stones with stribium, and lay your foundations with sapphires: ¹² and I set your sun of rubies, and your portals of carbuncle stones, and all your borders of stones of delight: ¹³ and disciple all your sons by Yah Veh; and great is the shalom of your sons. ¹⁴ Establish yourself in justness - far removed from oppression for you awe not: and from ruin; for it approaches you not.

⁹ Then you call and Yah Veh answers; you cry and he says, Behold - I. If you turn aside the yoke pole from your midst - the spreading of the finger and wording mischief;

²⁰ Neither your sun goes down any more; nor is your moon gathered: for Yah Veh becomes your eternal light; and the days of your mourning shalam;

¹ A MESSIANIC PROPHECY The Spirit of Adonay Yah Veh is on me; because Yah Veh anointed me to evangelize to the humble: he sent me to bind the brokenhearted; to call out liberty to the captives; and in opening, an opening to the bound: ² to call out the year of pleasure of Yah Veh and the day of avengement of our Elohim: to sigh over all who mourn; ³ to set to them who mourn in Siyon; to give to them adornment for ashes; the oil of rejoicing for mourning; the mantle of halal for the spirit of heaviness; and he calls them, Mighty Oaks of Justness - the planting of Yah Veh to adorn.

⁹ and I bring forth a seed from Yaaqov and from Yah Hudah a possessor of my mountains: and my chosen are the successors and my servants tabernacle there:

¹⁸ But rejoice and twirl eternally in what I create: for behold, I create Yeru Shalem a twirling, and her people a joy:

²⁴ And so be it, ere they call, I answer; and while they yet speak, I hear:

¹¹ For I know the fabrications I fabricate toward you - an oracle of Yah Veh: fabrications of shalom and not of evil, to give you a posterity and hope. ¹² And you, call on me; and come and pray to me; and I hearken to you: ¹³ and you, seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart:

¹² For thus says Yah Veh: Your breech is incurable and your wound is worn:

⁶ For there is a day, that the guards call out on the mount Ephrayim, Rise, and we ascend to Siyon to Yah Veh our Elohim.

⁹ they come with weeping; and with supplications I lead them: I walk them by the wadies of waters in a straight way wherein they falter not: for I am a father to Yisra El and Ephrayim is my firstbirthed.

¹² and they come and shout in the height of Siyon; and flow together to the goodness of Yah Veh for crop and for juice and for oil and for the sons of the flock and of the herd: and their soul becomes as a saturated garden; and they add not to languish.

³ Call to me, and I answer you and tell you great and fortified which you know not.

⁴ In those days, and in that time, - an oracle of Yah Veh the sons of Yisra El come - they and the sons of Yah Hudah together coming and weeping: they come and seek Yah Veh their Elohim: ⁵ they ask the way to Siyon with their faces toward, Come; we join ourselves to Yah Veh in an eternal covenant, not forgotten.

²⁸ The voice of them who flee and escape from the land of Babel, to tell in Siyon the avengement of Yah Veh our Elohim - the avengement of his manse.

¹⁰ Yah Veh brings forth our justness: come, and scribe in Siyon the work of Yah Veh our Elohim:

⁴⁰ for in my holy mountain - in the mountain of the height of Yisra El - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh there all the house of Yisra El - all of them in the land, serve me: there I am pleased with them, and there I require your exaltments, and the firstlings of your loads/burdens, with all your holies.

³⁷ Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Yet for this I am enquired of by the house of Yisra El to work it for them; I abound them with humanity as a flock

²⁵ and they dwell in the land I gave to Yaaqov my servant, wherein your fathers settled: and they settle therein - they and their sons, and the sons of their sons eternally: and my servant David is their hierarch eternally. ²⁶
THE ETERNAL COVENANT OF YAH VEH
And I cut a covenant of shalom with them - so be it, an eternal covenant with them: and I give them and abound them; and give my holies among them eternally. ²⁷ My tabernacle also is with them: yes, I am their Elohim and they become my people: ²⁸ and the goyim know that I Yah Veh hallow Yisra El, when my holies is among them eternally.

⁹ Now, why shout you a shout? Is there no sovereign in you? Is your counsellor destroyed? For pangs hold you as a woman birthing.

¹⁴ Sing, O daughter of Siyon! Shout, O Yisra El! Cheer and jump for joy with all the heart, O daughter of Yeru Shalem! ¹⁵ Yah Veh turns aside your judgments; he faces your enemy: the sovereign of Yisra El, Yah Veh, is midst you: you see no evil any more. ¹⁶ In that day they say to Yeru Shalem, Awe not! Siyon, slacken not your hands! ¹⁷ Yah Veh your Elohim midst you is mighty; he saves; he rejoices over you with cheerfulness; he hushes in his love; he twirls over you with shouting. ¹⁸ I gather the grieved from the congregation who became from you; whose reproach was a burden. ¹⁹ Behold, at that time, I work all who humble you: and I save her who limps, and gather her who was expelled; and I set them for a halal and a name in every land of their shame. ²⁰ At that time, I bring you, even in the time I gather you: for I give you a name and a halal among all people of the earth, when I restore your captivity in front of your eyes, says Yah Veh.

¹⁶ So thus says Yah Veh: I return to Yeru Shalem with mercies: build my house therein - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth and spread a line on Yeru Shalem: ¹⁷ call out, saying, Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: My cities scatter through good; and Yah Veh still sighs over Siyon, and still chooses Yeru Shalem.

⁴ and says to him, Run! Word to yonder lad, saying, Yeru Shalem settles the suburbs because of the abundance of humanity and animals midst her: ⁵ and I - an oracle of Yah Veh - I am to her a wall of fire all around, and I am for honor midst her. ⁶ Ho, ho, and flee from the land of the north - an oracle of Yah Veh for I spread you as the four winds of the heavens - an oracle of Yah Veh. ⁷ Rescue yourself, Ho, Siyon, who settles with the daughter of Babel.

³ Thus says Yah Veh: I return to Siyon, and tabernacle midst Yeru Shalem: and call Yeru Shalem, The City of Truth; and the mountain of Yah Veh Sabaoth, The Holy Mountain. ⁴ Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: and eldermen and elderwomen still settle there in the broadways of Yeru Shalem; and every man with his crutch in his hand because of abundance of days: ⁵ and the broadways of the city fill with boys and girls playing in the broadways. ⁶ Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: If it is marvellous in the eyes of the survivors of this people in these days, is it not also marvellous in my eyes? - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth. ⁷ Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: Behold, I am the saviour of my people from the land of the rising and from the land of the entrance of the sun: ⁸ and I bring them, and they tabernacle midst Yeru Shalem: and they become my people, and I am their Elohim in truth and in justness.

⁷ Ask, and you are given; seek, and you find; knock, and it opens to you: ⁸ for everyone who asks, takes; and whoever seeks, finds; and whoever knocks, it opens. ⁹ Or what human of you, whenever his son asks bread, gives him a stone? ¹⁰ Or whenever he asks a fish, gives him a serpent? ¹¹ So if you, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more your Father in the heavens gives good to them who ask him?

²¹ Blessed - who now famish: for you fill. Blessed - who now weep: for you laugh.

²⁶ And thus all Yisra El is saved! Exactly as scribed, The Rescuer comes from Siyon and turns irreverence from Yaaqov:

DOXOLOGY
And to him who is able to do superabundantly above all we ask or comprehend, according to the dynamis energizing in us,

¹⁴ And this is the boldness we have toward him that if - whatever we ask according to his will, he hears us: ¹⁵ and whenever we know that he hears us - whatever we ask we know we have the requests we ask of him.

⁴ And I weep much, because no one is found worthy to open and to read the scroll nor to look thereon.

¹⁷ because the Lamb midst the throne shepherds them, and guides them to living fountains of waters: and Elohim wipes all tears from their eyes.
