³⁶ take no usury of him, or bounty: but awe your Elohim; that your brother live with you: ³⁷ neither give him your silver on usury, nor give him your food for increase:

THE TORAH ON USURY Usure not your brother - usury of silver, usury of food, usury of any word of a usurer: ²⁰ usure a stranger; but your brother, usure not: so that Yah Veh your Elohim blesses you in every spreading of your hand in the land you go to possess.

¹⁴ Also, all the governors of the priests and the people, in treasoning, abound to treason after all the abhorrences of the goyim; and foul the house of Yah Veh which he hallowed in Yeru Shalem. ¹⁵
THE FURY OF YAH VEH AGAINST HIS PEOPLE
And Yah Veh Elohim of their fathers sends to them by the hand of his angels - starting early and sending; because he has compassion on his people and on his habitation: ¹⁶ and they deride the angels of Elohim and despise his words and deceive his prophets until the fury of Yah Veh ascends against his people - until there is no healing. ¹⁷ And he ascends the sovereign of the Kasdiy on them who slaughters their youths with the sword in the house of their holies: and has no compassion on youth or virgin; old man or aged: he gives them all into his hand:

²⁰ and he exiles them who survive the sword to Babel; where they are servants to him and his sons until the reign of the sovereigndom of Persia:

⁹ and humanity prostrates; and man abases: and you, lift them not.

² the mighty and the man of war, the judge and the prophet, and the diviner and the aged, ³ the governor of fifty, and the lifted face and the counsellor, and the wise engraver and the discerning orator: ⁴ and I give lads for governors and freaks reign over them. ⁵ And the people exact, man upon man; even man upon his friend: the lads abuse against the aged and the base against the honorable. ⁶ When man apprehends his brother of the house of his father by the clothing, and says, Be our commander; and this stumblingblock is under your hand: ⁷ in that day he lifts his hand, saying, I am not a binder; and in my house is neither bread nor clothing: set me not a commander of the people. ⁸ For Yeru Shalem falters and Yah Hudah falls: because of their tongue and their exploitations against Yah Veh - to rebel against the eyes of his honor:

¹⁵ and humanity prostrates and man abases; and the eyes of the lofty abase.

¹⁴ and Yah Veh cuts off from Yisra El head and tail, palm leaf and rush, in one day. ¹⁵ The elder and lifted face, he is the head; and the prophet teaching falsehood, he is the tail. ¹⁶ For this people who blithe them cause them to stray; and the blithed are swallowed. ¹⁷ So Adonay neither cheers in their youths, nor mercies their orphans and widows: for every one is a profaner and a vilifier and every mouth words folly. For all this he turns not away his wrath and still spreads his hand.

³ O Yah Veh, are not your eyes on trustworthiness? you smite them, and they writhe not; you finish them off, and they refuse to take correction: they toughen their faces as a rock; they refuse to return. ⁴ And I - I say, Surely these are poor; they folly: for they know neither the way of Yah Veh nor the judgment of their Elohim. ⁵ I go to the great and word to them - for they know the way of Yah Veh and the judgment of their Elohim: surely these altogether broke the yoke; they tore the bonds. ⁶ So a lion from the forest smites them; a wolf from the plains ravages them; a leopard watches over their cities; every one who comes out thence is torn - because their rebellions abound by the myriads and their apostasies are mighty.

¹¹ For both prophet and priest profane; yes, in my house I found their evil - an oracle of Yah Veh. ¹² So their way is to them as slippery in the darkness: they are overthrown and fall therein: for I bring evil on them - the year of their visitation - an oracle of Yah Veh. ¹³ And I see frivolity in the prophets of Shomeron; they prophesy in Baal, and stray my people Yisra El:

² And Yishma El the son of Nethan Yah with the ten men rise and smite Gedal Yah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan with the sword; and execute him whom the sovereign of Babel made overseer over the land.

¹⁸ For thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth Elohim of Yisra El: As my wrath and my fury pours on the settlers of Yeru Shalem; thus my fury pours on you when you enter Misrayim: and you become an oath and a desolation and an abasement and a reproach; and you see this place no more.

¹¹ So thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth Elohim of Yisra El: Behold, I set my face against you for evil, and cut off all Yah Hudah: ¹² and I take the survivors of Yah Hudah, who set their faces to enter the land of Misrayim to sojourn there: and they all are consumed, and fall in the land of Misrayim; - consumed by the sword and by the famine: they die, from the least even to the greatest, by the sword and by the famine: and they become an oath and a desolation and an abasement and a reproach: ¹³ and I visit on them who settle in the land of Misrayim, as I visited on Yeru Shalem - by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence:

²⁴ And the rabbi slaughterer takes Sera Yah the chief priest and Sephan Yah the second priest and the three guards of the threshold: ²⁵ and he also takes one eunuch of the city - an overseer of the men of war; and seven of their men who see the face of the sovereign whom they find in the city; and the scribe of the governor of the host who hosts the people of the land; and sixty men of the people of the land whom they find midst the city. ²⁶ And Nebu Zaradan the rabbi slaughterer takes them and carries them to the sovereign of Babel to Riblah: ²⁷ and the sovereign of Babel smites them and deathifies them in Riblah in the land of Hamath. Thus they exile Yah Hudah from his own soil. ²⁸ This is the people Nebukadnets Tsar exiles: in the seventh year three thousand and twenty-three Yah Hudiym: ²⁹ in the eighteenth year of Nebukadnets Tsar he exiles eight hundred and thirty-two souls from Yeru Shalem: ³⁰ In the twenty-third year of Nebukadnets Tsar, Nebu Zaradan the rabbi slaughterer exiles seven hundred and forty-five souls of the Yah Hudiym: all the souls are four thousand and six hundred.

¹³ Because of the sins of her prophets and the perversities of her priests, who pour the blood of the just in her midst,

¹² governors are hanged by their hand; the faces of elders are not esteemed: ¹³ they lift the young men to grind and the lads stumble under the timber: ¹⁴ the elders shabbathize from the portal - the young men from their strumming:

¹² The time arrives; the day touches; neither the chatteler cheers nor the seller mourn: for fuming is on all the multitude. ¹³ For the seller returns not to what is sold although their life is among the living: for the vision touches the whole multitude; not to return; and man strengthens not himself by the perversity of his life.

⁸ and I give my face against that man and desolate him - a sign and a proverb and I cut him off from midst my people; and you know I - Yah Veh. ⁹ And if the prophet, when he is deluded, and words a word, I Yah Veh delude that prophet, and I spread my hand on him, and desolate him from midst my people Yisra El. ¹⁰ And they bear their perversity: the perversity of the prophet even as the perversity of him who inquires;

⁵ we sinned and perverted and did wickedly and rebelled - by turning aside from your misvoth and from your judgments: ⁶ we hearkened not to your servants the prophets, who worded in your name to our sovereigns, our governors and our fathers and to all the people of the land. ⁷ O Adonay, justness to you; and shame of faces to us, as this day; to the men of Yah Hudah and to the settlers of Yeru Shalem and to all Yisra El, near and far, through all the lands you drove them, because of the treason they treasoned against you. ⁸ Adonay, shame of face to us - to our sovereigns, to our governors and to our fathers, because we sinned against you.

⁹ and so be it, as people, as priest: and I visit on them for their ways, and return their exploits.

⁸ knowing that whatever good each does, he receives the same of Adonay - whether servant, whether liberated. ⁹ And you, adoniym, do the same to them, leaving off threatening: knowing also that your Adonay is in the heavens; and there is no partiality with him.
