⁸ Who takes this counsel against Sor, the crown - whose merchants are governors? - Whose merchants are the honorable of the earth?

²⁴ - even all goyim say, Why works Yah Veh thus to this land? - this great fuming wrath? ²⁵ Then men say, Because they forsake the covenant of Yah Veh Elohim of their fathers, which he cut with them when he brought them from the land of Misrayim: ²⁶ and they go and serve other elohim and prostrate to them - elohim they never knew and whom he never allotted to them: ²⁷ and Yah Veh kindles his wrath against this land to bring thereon all the abasements inscribed in this scroll: ²⁸ and Yah Veh uproots them from their soil in wrath - in wrath and in great rage and casts them to another land, as this day.

⁸ - for he says, Are not my governors altogether sovereigns?

⁹ And how turn you away the face of one governor of the lesser of the servants of my adoni, and confide on Misrayim for chariots and for cavalry?

⁴⁴ Behold, he ascends as a lion from the pomp of Yarden to the habitation of rest of the perennial: but I, in a blink, run them away from her. And who is chosen? I appoint over her! For who is like me? And who congregates with me? And who is that tender who stands at my face? ⁴⁵ So hear the counsel Yah Veh counsels against Babel; and the fabrications he fabricates against the land of the Kesediym: surely the lesser of the flock drag them out: surely he desolates their habitation of rest with them.

² Son of humanity, say to the eminent of Sor, Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Because your heart is haughty, and you say, I - El; I sit in the seat of Elohim, in the heart of the seas. - yet you are human, and not El, though you give your heart as the heart of Elohim: ³ behold, you are wiser than Dani El; naught shut up is shaded from you: ⁴ with your wisdom and with your discernment you work valuables for yourself; and work gold and silver into your treasures: ⁵ by your great wisdom and by your merchandise you abound your valuables; and you lift your heart because of your valuables. ⁶ So thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Because you give your heart as the heart of Elohim;

¹² Son of humanity, lift a lamentation on the sovereign of Sor, and say to him, Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: You seal the gauge - full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. ¹³ You, were in Eden the garden of Elohim; every esteemed stone, your covering - the sardius, topaz, and the diamond; the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper; the sapphire, the emerald and the carbuncle and gold: the workmanship of your tambourines and of your pipes was prepared in you in the day that you were created. ¹⁴ You, the overspreading cherub who covers; and I gave you on the holy mountain of Elohim; to walk up and down midst the stones of fire. ¹⁵ You, integrious in your ways from the day of your creating, until wickedness was found in you. ¹⁶ By the abundance of your merchandise they filled your midst with violence, and you sinned. So I cast you as profane from the mountain of Elohim: and I destroy you, O covering cherub, from midst the stones of fire: ¹⁷ your heart is haughty because of your beauty; you ruin your wisdom because of your splendor: I cast you to the earth; I give you at the face of sovereigns so that they see you: ¹⁸ you profaned your holies by the abundance of your perversities - by the wickedness of your merchandise; and I bring a fire from your midst to consume you: and I give you to ashes on the earth in the eyes of all who see you.

⁸ For this her plagues come in one day - death and mourning and famine; and she utterly burns in fire: because mighty is Yah Veh Elohim who judges her.
