¹ A Psalm by David. Unto Yah Veh is the earth and the fulness; the world and they who settle therein: ² for he founded it on the seas and established it on the rivers.

¹⁰ Yah Veh settles on the flood; yes, Yah Veh settles, Sovereign eternal!

¹³ Yah Veh sees from the heavens; he beholds all the sons of humanity: ¹⁴ from the establishment of his settlement he peers on all who settle on the earth:

⁶ their way is dark and slippery; and the angel of Yah Veh pursues them.

⁶ your justness is as the mountains of El; your judgments as a great abyss. O Yah Veh, you save human and animal.

²⁰ But the wicked destruct and the enemies of Yah Veh, as the esteem of rams, are finished off - into smoke are finished off.

³⁷ Regard the integrious and see the straight; for the finality of that man is shalom.

³ The rivers lift, O Yah Veh; the rivers lift their voice; the rivers lift their waves: ⁴ Yah Veh in the heights is mightier than the voice of many waters - than the mighty waves of the sea.

¹⁰ Forty long years I loathed this generation and said, A people who stray in their heart; who know not my ways:

²⁷ These all expect you to give them their food on time: ²⁸ You give them, they gleen: you open your hand, they satiate with good:

⁴⁵ and he remembers his covenant and sighs according to the abundance of his mercies:

³⁴ a fruitful land to salt for the evil of them who settle therein.

⁴ Yah Veh oaths and sighs not! You are a priest eternally after the word of Malki Sedeq.

¹⁵⁸ I see them who deal covertly, and I loathe; because they guard not your sayings.

²⁵ who gives bread to all flesh; for his mercy eternal:

¹¹ Establish no man of tongue in the earth; evil hunts the man of violence - to overthrow him.

¹⁶ you open your hand and satisfy the pleasure of all living.

²⁰ Yah Veh guards all who love him; and desolates all the wicked.

⁹ who gives his bread to the animal and to the sons of ravens who call.

⁴ thus you find charism and good comprehension in the eye of Elohim and humanity.

¹⁸ And the path of the just is as the brilliant light that goes and lights more and more to establish the day.

¹⁸ a heart inscribing mischievous fabrications; feet hastening to run to evil;

³⁵ For whoever finds me finds life and promotes the pleasure of Yah Veh:

²⁷ To awe Yah Veh adds days; and the years of the wicked curtail.

² The good produce the pleasure of Yah Veh; and the man of intrigue he judges wicked.

³ The eyes of Yah Veh are in every place, watching the evil and the good.

⁴ Yah Veh made all to answer to him; yes, even the wicked for the day of evil.

²⁰ for there is not a just human on earth, who works good and sins not.

²⁹ See, this only I found, that Elohim worked humanity straight; and they - they sought out many machinations.

³ This is an evil among all worked under the sun, one happening to all; and also, the heart of the sons of humanity is full of evil; and folly in their heart while they live: and after that - unto the dead.

⁴ What more work I to my vineyard that I worked not therein? Why, when I awaited it to work grapes, worked it stinkweeds?

²⁰ Come, my people, enter your chambers and shut your doors around you: hide yourself for a little blink until the rage passes over.

¹⁸ O had you hearkened to my misvoth then your shalom had become as a river, and your justness as the waves of the sea:

¹² I - I - he who sighs over you. Who are you to awe a man who dies? and, of the son of humanity, given as grass?

⁹ For this is as the waters of Noach to me: in that I oathed that the waters of Noach pass no more over the earth; thus I oathed that I neither enrage over you nor rebuke you.

¹⁸ Violence is heard no more in your land or ravage or breaking within your borders; and you call your walls, Salvation, and your portals, Halal.

¹⁰ And they rebelled and contorted his holy Spirit: and he turned to be their enemy - he fought against them:

¹⁶ Assuredly you are our father; though Abraham knew us not and Yisra El acknowledged us not: you, O Yah Veh, are our father, our redeemer; your name is from eternity.

¹⁴ O Yeru Shalem, launder your heart from evil, to be saved. Until when stay your fabrications of mischief overnight within you?

²² For my people are foolish, they know me not; foolish sons and they discern not: wise to vilify and to well-please they know not. ²³ I see the earth; and behold, waste and empty; and the heavens, and no light:

¹¹ So thus says Yah Veh, Behold, I bring evil on them, which they are not able to escape; and though they cry to me I hearken not to them:

³ And you, O Yah Veh, know me: you see me and proof my heart toward you: tear them as flock for the slaughter and hallow them for the day of slaughter. ⁴ How long mourns the land? And the herbs of every field wither for their evil who settle therein? The animals are scraped away, and the flyers; because, they say, He sees not our final end.

⁹ The heart is crooked above all and incurable: who knows it?

⁸ - if that goyim, against whom I word, turns from their evil, then I sigh of the evil I fabricate to work to them. ⁹ And at that blink, when I word concerning a goyim and concerning a kingdom - to build and to plant; ¹⁰ If it works evil in my eyes, that it hearkens not to my voice, then I sigh of the good wherewith I said I am well-pleased.

¹⁹ Yechizqi Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah - and all Yah Hudah in deathifying, deathified he him? Feared he not Yah Veh and stroked the face of Yah Veh - and Yah Veh sighed of the evil he worded against them? And we work great evil against our souls.

³ and say, Mountains of Yisra El, hear the word of Adonay Yah Veh; Thus says Adonay Yah Veh to the mountains and to the hills to the reservoirs and to the valleys: Behold, I - I bring a sword on you and I destroy your bamahs:

² And you son of humanity, thus says Adonay Yah Veh to the soil of Yisra El; An end - the end arrives on the four wings of the land: ³ now the end is on you; and I send my wrath on you and judge you according to your ways, and give all your abhorrences on you. ⁴ And neither my eye spares you nor I compassion: and I give your ways on you, for your abhorrences are midst you: and you know I - Yah Veh. ⁵ Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: An evil, one evil, behold, has arrived; ⁶ an end has arrived, the end arrives; it wakens for you; behold, it arrives:

⁹ And he says to me, Enter, and see the evil abhorrences they work here.

¹² And says he to me, Son of humanity, you see what the elders of the house of Yisra El work in the dark - every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, Yah Veh sees us not; Yah Veh forsook the earth.

¹⁷ And he says to me, See you, O son of humanity? Is it trifling to the house of Yah Hudah to work the abhorrences they work here? For they fill the land with violence and return to vex me: and behold, they spread the twig to their nostrils.

¹⁴ and there are three men in the midst, - Noach, Dani El, and Iyob who rescued their own souls by their justness - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh.

¹⁶ By the abundance of your merchandise they filled your midst with violence, and you sinned. So I cast you as profane from the mountain of Elohim: and I destroy you, O covering cherub, from midst the stones of fire:

¹¹ Say to them, I live - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh, I delight not in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn - turn from your evil ways; for why die, O house of Yisra El?

THE TENDER OF YISRA EL
For thus says Adonay Yah Veh; Behold, I - I both search my flock and search them out

²⁰ So thus says Adonay Yah Veh to them; Behold, I - I judge between the fat lambs and between the emaciated lambs:

¹⁶ the thresholds, and the shuttered windows, and the galleries all around and all around, three, over against the threshold, with shingles of timber all around and all around and from the earth up to the windows; and the covered windows;

³ Over against the twenty for the inner court, and over against the pavement for the outer court, the gallery at the face of gallery, in tiers.

THE CONTROVERSY OF YAH VEH
Hear the word of Yah Veh, you sons of Yisra El: because of a controversy of Yah Veh with the settlers of the land; because there is neither truth nor mercy nor knowledge of Elohim in the land: ² oathing and lying and murder and stealing and adulterizing separate; and blood touches blood. ³ So the land mourns and every one settling therein languishes with the live beings of the field and with the flyers of the heavens; yes, the fishes of the sea are gathered:

¹⁴ For I am to Ephrayim as a roaring lion and as a whelp to the house of Yah Hudah: I - I tear and go away; I bear away; and no one rescues:

⁸ How give I you up, Ephrayim? How buckler I you, Yisra El? How give I you as Admah? How set I you as Seboim? My heart turns within me; my solaces yearn together.

¹³ and rip your heart and not your clothes; and turn to Yah Veh your Elohim: for he is charismatic and merciful slow to wrath and of great mercy; and he sighs concerning the evil.

² and he says, Amos, what see you? And I say, A basket of summer fruit. And Yah Veh says to me, The end comes on my people of Yisra El; I add not to pass by them any more.

⁶ He who builds his steps in the heavens and founds his band in the earth; he who calls for the waters of the sea and pours them on the face of the earth; Yah Veh is his name.

¹⁰ And Elohim sees their works - that they turn from their evil way; and Elohim sighs of the evil he worded to work to them; and he works it not.

² O Yah Veh, how long cry I, and you hear not! - even cry out to you of violence, and you save not?

⁴ Behold, one swells up! his soul within is not straight: and the just lives by his trustworthiness.

⁸ Because you spoil many goyim all the remnant of the people spoil you - because of human blood and for the violence of the land; of the city and all who settle therein.

¹⁷ For the violence of Lebanon covers you, and the ravage of animals terrifies them because of human blood; and for the violence of the land, of the city, and of all who dwell therein.

³ I gather humanity and animal; I gather the flyers of the heavens and the fishes of the sea, and the stumblingblocks with the wicked: and I cut off humanity from the face of the soil - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹¹ Yah Hudah deals covertly, and works an abhorrence in Yisra El and in Yeru Shalem; for Yah Hudah profanes the holiness of Yah Veh which he loved, and married the daughter of a strange el.

¹⁵ And worked he not one? Yet he has the spirit of survival. And why one? To seek a seed of Elohim. Guard your spirit that no one deal covertly against the woman of his youth.

⁶ For I - Yah Veh; I change not: so you sons of Yaaqov are not finished off.

²⁶ Look at the flyers of the heavens: for they neither spore nor harvest nor gather together into granaries; yet your Father of the heavenlies nourishes them. Surpass you not them?

BUILDING
So everyone - whoever hears my words and does them, I liken to a thoughtful man, who builds his house on a rock: ²⁵ and the rain descends and the streams come and the winds puff and beat on that house; and it falls not: for it is founded on a rock. ²⁶ And whoever hears these sayings of mine and does them not, is likened to a foolish man who builds his house on sand: ²⁷ and the rains descend and the streams come and the winds puff and dash on that house; and it falls: and mega is the downfall.

FROM THE HEART VS FROM THE MOUTH
For from the heart proceed evil reasonings, murders, adulteries, whoredoms, thefts, pseudo witnesses, blasphemies:

³⁸ For exactly as in the days preceding the cataclysm - eating and drinking, marrying and marrying off, until the day Noach entered the ark; ³⁹ and knew not until the cataclysm came and took them all; thus also becomes the parousia of the Son of humanity.

²¹ For from within, from the heart of humanity, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, whoredoms, murders, ²² thefts, avarices, evils, deceit, lasciviousness, maliciousness, blasphemy, pride, thoughtlessness: ²³ all these maliciousnesses proceed from within and profane the human.

⁶ and both are just in the sight of Elohim, and walk blameless in all the misvoth and judgments of Yah Veh:

³⁰ And the angel says to her, Awe not, Miryam: for you find charism with Elohim.

²⁵ And behold, in Yeru Shalem, a human whose name is Shimon; and this human is just and well-received, awaiting the consolation of Yisra El: and the Holy Spirit is upon him.

⁶ and all flesh sees the salvation of Elohim. ^{Isaiah 40:3-5}

And behold, a man named Yoseph, being a counsellor; a good man and just:

⁵ His mother words to the ministers, Whatever he words to you, do.

⁶ that birthed of the flesh is flesh; and that birthed of the Spirit is spirit:

⁴⁰ And you will to not come to me, to have life.

⁴¹ you do the works of your father. So they say to him, We are not birthed of whoredom; we have one Father - even Elohim. ⁴² Yah Shua says to them, If Elohim were your Father, you had loved me: for I proceeded and came from Elohim; I came not from myself, but he apostolized me.

¹¹ and he observes the heavens open; and a vessel descends on him as a mega linen bound at the four beginnings, and lowers to the earth: } ¹² wherein are all quadrepeds of the earth and beasts and creepers and flyers of the heavens:

²² And they say, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one who awes Elohim, and well-witnessed by all the goyim of the Yah Hudiym, was oracled by a holy angel to summon you to his house, and to hear rhema of you.

²⁸ And exactly as they approve to not regard Elohim in knowledge, Elohim surrenders them to a disapproved mind, to do what is not becoming; ²⁹ being filled with all injustice, whoredom, evil, avarice, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, contention, deceit, mischievousness, whisperers, ³⁰ slanderers, Elohim-haters, insulters, proud, braggarts, inventors of evil, distrusting to parents, ³¹ uncomprehending, uncovenanted, selfish, disagreeable, unmercied:

¹³ for not the hearers of the torah are just with Elohim, but the doers of the torah are justified.

⁹ So what? Excel we? No, most certainly not: for we previously accused both Yah Hudiym and Hellenes, that they are all under sin; ¹⁰ Exactly as scribed, None is just - not even one: ¹¹ none comprehend - none seek after Elohim. ¹² They all deviate - simultaneously useless; none doing kindness - not even one. ^{Psalm 14:1-3 13} Their larynx is an open tomb; they deceive with their tongues; the venom of asps is under their lips; ¹⁴ whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness; ¹⁵ whose feet are sharp to pour blood; ¹⁶ crushing and misery are in their ways; ¹⁷ and the way of shalom they have not known; ¹⁸ there is no awe of Elohim in front of their eyes. ^{Psalms 5:9, 10:7, 36:1, 140:3, Isaiah 59:7,8 19} Now we know, as much as the torah words, it speaks to those in the torah: that every mouth be sealed and all the cosmos become under judgment in front of Elohim.

JUSTNESS THROUGH TRUST
But now the justness of Elohim manifests apart from the torah, being witnessed by the torah and the prophets; ²² even the justness of Elohim through trust of Yah Shua Messiah to all and on all who trust - for there is no distinction:

⁴ And to him who works, the reward is not reckoned as to charism, but as to debt:

¹² THE ORIGIN OF SIN So, exactly as through one human, sin entered into the cosmos, and death through sin, and thus death passed to all humanity - for all sinned: ¹³ for until the torah, sin was in the cosmos: but there being no torah, sin reckoned not. ¹⁴ Rather death reigned from Adam to Mosheh, even over them who sinned not after the likeness of the transgression of Adam - who is the type of the one about to be.

²¹ so that exactly as sin reigned in death, even thus charism reigns through justness unto eternal life through Yah Shua Messiah our Adonay.

²³ For the wages of the sin is death; but the charisma of Elohim is eternal life in Yah Shua Messiah our Adonay.

THE TORAH OF THE SPIRIT; LIFE IN THE MESSIAH
So there is now no condemnation to them who are in Messiah Yah Shua. ^{*not in mss; but see 8:4 2} For the torah of the Spirit of life in Messiah Yah Shua liberates me from the torah of sin and death. ³ For the torah, being incapable, - frail through the flesh, Elohim sending his own Son in the likeness of the flesh of sin; and for sin, condemned the sin in the flesh: ⁴ to fulfill/shalam the judgment of the torah in us, who walk not after flesh, but after Spirit. ⁵
IN FLESH VS IN SPIRIT
For they being after flesh, think of the flesh; and they after Spirit, of the Spirit. ⁶ For the thought of the flesh, is death; but the thought of the spirit, life and shalom. ⁷ Because the thought of the flesh is enmity to Elohim: for it neither subjugates to the torah of Elohim nor indeed can. ⁸ So they who are in flesh, cannot please Elohim. ⁹ And you are not in flesh, but in Spirit whenever the Spirit of Elohim dwell in you. and if one has not the Spirit of Messiah, he is none of his. ¹⁰ And if Messiah is in you, the body is indeed dead because of sin; and the Spirit is life because of justness. ¹¹ But if the Spirit of him who raised Yah Shua from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Messiah from the dead also enlivens your mortal bodies through his Spirit dwelling in you. ¹² So then brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh - to live after the flesh. ¹³ For if you live after flesh, you are about to die: but if you, through Spirit, deathify the functions of the body, you live.

²⁰ For the creature subjugated to vanity - not voluntarily but through him who subjugated in hope, ²¹ so that the creature itself also liberates from the servitude of corruption into the liberty of the glory of the children of Elohim. ²² For we know that all creation co-sighs and co-travails in pain until now:

⁷ nor because they are the sperma of Abraham, all children: but, In Yischaq is your sperma called. ^{Genesis 21:12 8} That is, the children of the flesh, are not the children of Elohim: but the children of the pre-evangelism are reckoned to the sperma.

⁶ and if by charism, it is not still by works: otherwise charism is not still by charism: and if by works, it is not still by charism: otherwise work is not still by work.

²⁹ For the charismata and calling of Elohim are irrevocable.

³⁹ The woman is bound by the torah as long time as her man lives; but whenever her man sleeps, she is liberated to marry whom she so wills - only in Adonay.

¹⁰ And by the charism of Elohim, I am what I am: and his charism to me became not in vain; but I labored more superabundantly than they all: yet not I - but the charism of Elohim within me.

UNEQUAL YOKES
Yoke not unequally with the trustless! For what partaking has justness with torah violations? And what communion has light with darkness? ¹⁵ And what symphony has Messiah with Beli Yaal? Or what part has the trusting with the trustless? ¹⁶ And what togetherness has the nave of Elohim with idols? For you are the nave of the living Elohim; exactly as Elohim says, I indwell them and walk among them; and I become their Elohim; and they become my people. ^{Leviticus 26:12, Jeremiah 31:33, Ezekiel El 36:28, Zechariah 13:9}

¹⁸ and become to you, Father and you become to me, sons and daughters, words Yah Veh Sabaoth. ^{Isaiah 52:11, Jeremiah 31:9}

¹⁵ And when Elohim well-approved - who set me apart from the womb of my mother and through his charism, called me

¹¹ And it is evident that no one is justified by Elohim in the torah: for, The just live by trust.

THE IN SPIRIT WALK
So I word this, Walk in Spirit and you never no way complete/shalam the panting of the flesh. ¹⁷ For the flesh pants against the Spirit and the Spirit against the flesh - and these are contrary to one another: so that you cannot ever do those that you ever will. ¹⁸ But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the torah. ¹⁹
THE MANY WORKS OF THE FLESH
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are: Adultery, whoredom, impurity, lechery, ²⁰ idolatry, pharmacy, enmity, contention, zeals, fury, rivalry, divisions, heresies, ²¹ envyings, murders, intoxication, carousings and such like: of which I forespeak exactly as I also foretold, that whoever transacts such inherit not the sovereigndom of Elohim. ²²
THE SINGULAR FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT
And the fruit of the Spirit: love, cheer, shalom, patience, kindness, goodness, trust, ²³ meekness, self-control: against such there is no torah. ²⁴ And whoever are of the Messiah stake the flesh with the passions and pantings.

SALVATION BY CHARISM THROUGH THE TRUST
And you - being dead in backslidings and sins ² wherein you formerly walked according to the eon of this cosmos, according to the arch of the authority of the air, the spirit that now energizes in the sons of distrust: ³ among whom also we all had our behavior ever in the pantings of our flesh, doing the will of the flesh and of the mind; and by nature being the children of wrath even as the rest:

³⁰ And sorrow not the holy Spirit of Elohim, in whom you are sealed to the day of redemption.

⁹ and to be found in him - not having my own justness, of the torah, but through trust of Messiah, the justness of Elohim on the trust: ¹⁰ to know him and the dynamis of his resurrection and the communion of his sufferings - being conformed to his death; ¹¹ if somehow I attain to the resurrection of the dead. ¹² Not that I had already taken, or were already completed/shalamed: but I pursue, that if also I apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of the Messiah Yah Shua. ¹³ Brothers, I reckon not myself to have apprehended: but this one: indeed forgetting those behind and reaching to those ahead ¹⁴ I pursue toward the scope to the umpirage of the upper calling of Elohim in Messiah Yah Shua. ¹⁵ So, as many as are complete/at shalom, think thus: and if in aught you think otherwise, Elohim even unveils this to you.

¹⁹ Neither quench the Spirit

¹⁸ Adonay give him to find mercy from Yah Veh in that day: and as much as he ministered to me at Ephesus, you know much better.

THE SALVATIONAL CHARISM
For the salvational charism of Elohim appeared to all humanity,

³ For we ourselves sometimes also are: mindless, distrusting, seduced, - serving divers pantings and pleasures, passing through in malice and envy, - hateful - hating one another.

THE DAY OF YAH VEH
But the day of Yah Veh comes as a thief in the night; in which the heavens pass with a whir and the elements, being causticized, let loose; also the earth and the works therein burn. ¹¹ So all these, having let loose, what manner must you be in holy behavior and reverence; ¹² awaiting and hastening to the parousia of the day of Elohim, through which the heavens being on fire, are loosed; and the elements being causticized, melt down?

¹⁶ Because all that is in the cosmos - the panting of the flesh, and the panting of the eyes, and the pride of existence is not of the Father, but is of the cosmos.
