³¹ Then you remember your own evil ways and your no good exploits; and loathe at your face for your perversities and for your abhorrences.

³⁹ and those of you who survive pine away in their perversity in the lands of your enemies; and also in the perversities of their fathers they pine away with them.

⁶ and say, O my Elohim, I shame and blush to lift my face to thee, my Elohim: for our perversities abound over our head, and our guilt grows to the heavens: ⁷ since the days of our fathers we are in a great guilt - unto this day: and for our perversities, our sovereigns and our priests, are given into the hand of the sovereigns of the lands - to the sword, to captivity, and to a plunder, and to shamed face, as this day. ⁸ And now for a little blink, supplication becomes from Yah Veh our Elohim - to allow escapees to survive, and to give us a stake in his holies, so that our Elohim lighten our eyes, and give us a little invigoration in our servitude. ⁹ For we are servants; yet our Elohim forsakes us not in our servitude; but spreads us mercy at the face of the sovereigns of Persia - to give us an invigoration - to lift the house of our Elohim and to stand the parched areas thereof and to give us a wall in Yah Hudah and in Yeru Shalem. ¹⁰ And now, O our Elohim, what say we? For we forsook your misvoth ¹¹ which you misvahed by the hand of your servants the prophets, saying, The land you go to possess, is a land of exclusion of the people of the lands with their abhorrences who filled it from mouth to mouth with their foulness. ¹² And now, neither give your daughters to their sons, nor bear their daughters to your sons, nor seek their shalom or their goodness eternally: that you strengthen and eat the good of the land for your sons to possess eternally. ¹³ And after all that comes upon us for our evil works and for our great guilt - seeing that you our Elohim; spare us from our downward perversities, and give us such an escape as this ¹⁴ - return we to break your misvoth and intermarry with the people of these abhorrences? Are you not angry with us - to finish us off so that there is neither survivor nor escapee? ¹⁵ O Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El, you are just: for we survive yet escaped as it is this day: behold, we are at your face in our guilt: for no one stands at your face because of this.

²⁶ and they were rebellious and rebelled against you and cast your torah behind their backs and slaughtered your prophets who witnessed against them to turn them to you: and they worked great scornings: ²⁷ and you gave them into the hand of their tribulators who tribulated them: and in the time of their tribulation they cried to you; and you heard from the heavens; and according to your abundant mercies you gave them saviours to save them from the hand of their tribulators: ²⁸ and they rested; and returned to work evil at your face: and you left them in the hand of their enemies to subjugate them: and they returned and cried to you and you heard from the heavens; and many times you rescued them according to your mercies: ²⁹ and witnessed against them to return them to your torah: and they seethe and hearken not to your misvoth; but sin against your judgments - which if a human work, he lives in them; and they gave a revolting shoulder and hardened their neck and hearkened not: ³⁰ and for many years you draw them and witness against them by your Spirit in the hand of your prophets; and they hearkened not: so you gave them into the hand of the people of the lands. ³¹ and for sake of your great mercies you neither fully worked them over, nor forsook them; for you are a charismatic and merciful El. ³² And now, our Elohim El - the great, the mighty and the awesome - who guards covenant and mercy, diminish not from your face all the travail that found us - on our sovereigns, on our governors and on our priests and on our prophets and on our fathers and on all your people since the day of the sovereigns of Ashshur to this day. ³³ And you are just in all you bring on us; for you work true but we have done wickedly: ³⁴ and our sovereigns, our governors, our priests, or our fathers, neither work your torah, nor hearken to your misvoth and your witnesses which you witness against them: ³⁵ for they neither serve you in their sovereigndom and in your great goodness that you give them; and in the large and fat land you give at their face, nor turn they from their evil exploits.

⁶ so I spurn and sigh in dust and ashes.

⁵ Then I say, Woe is me! for I am mute; because I am a man of foul lips and I settle midst a people of fouled lips: for my eyes see the Sovereign, Yah Veh Sabaoth.

⁶ And we are all as foul - all of us and all our justnesses as menstrual clothes: and we wither as a leaf - all of us and our perversities, as the wind, bear us away:

¹⁸ In hearing, I hear Ephrayim wagging over himself; You disciplined me - disciplined me as a calf not trained: return me, and I return; for you are Yah Veh my Elohim. ¹⁹ Surely after I returned, I sighed; and after I was instructed, I slapped my flank: I shamed, yes, even confounded, because I bore the reproach of my youth. ²⁰ Is Ephrayim my esteemed son? A child of delights? For since I worded sufficient against him, in remembering, I remember him still: so my inwards trouble for him; In mercying, I mercy him - an oracle of Yah Veh.

⁹ and the escapees among the goyim remember me where they are captured, because I am broken with their whorish heart who turn aside from me; and with their eyes which whore after their idols: and they loathe at the face of the evils they worked in all their abhorrences;

⁶¹ Then you remember your ways and shame - when you take your sisters - your greater and your younger: and I give them to you for daughters, - and not by your covenant: ⁶² and I raise my covenant with you; and you know, I - Yah Veh: ⁶³ so that you remember, and shame; that you not open your mouth any more at the face of your shame, when I kapar/atone for you for all you work - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh.

⁴³ and there you remember your ways and all your exploits wherein you fouled; and you loathe yourselves in your own face for all the evils you worked:

⁴ And I pray to Yah Veh my Elohim, and spread my hands, and say, I beseech, O Adonay, great and awesome El, who guards the covenant and mercy to them who love him and to them who guard his misvoth; ⁵ we sinned and perverted and did wickedly and rebelled - by turning aside from your misvoth and from your judgments: ⁶ we hearkened not to your servants the prophets, who worded in your name to our sovereigns, our governors and our fathers and to all the people of the land. ⁷ O Adonay, justness to you; and shame of faces to us, as this day; to the men of Yah Hudah and to the settlers of Yeru Shalem and to all Yisra El, near and far, through all the lands you drove them, because of the treason they treasoned against you. ⁸ Adonay, shame of face to us - to our sovereigns, to our governors and to our fathers, because we sinned against you. ⁹ To Adonay our Elohim, mercies and forgivenesses though we rebelled against him; ¹⁰ we hearkened not to the voice of Yah Veh our Elohim - to walk in the torah he gave at our face by the hand of his servants the prophets. ¹¹ Yes, all Yisra El trespassed your torah, even by turning aside to not hearken to your voice; so the oath pours on us - the oath inscribed in the torah of Mosheh the servant of Elohim, because we sinned against him. ¹² And he raises the words he worded against us and against our judges who judge us, by bringing a great evil on us - as never worked under the whole heavens as he works on Yeru Shalem: ¹³ as inscribed in the torah of Mosheh, all this evil comes on us: yet we stroke not the face of Yah Veh our Elohim to turn from our perversities and comprehend your truth: ¹⁴ and Yah Veh watches on the evil, and brings it on us: for Yah Veh our Elohim is just in all the works he works: for we hearken not to his voice. ¹⁵ And now, Adonay our Elohim, who brought your people from the land of Misrayim with a strong hand, and worked yourself a name, as this day; we sin; we do wickedly. ¹⁶ Adonay, according to all your justness, I beseech you, turn away your wrath and your fury from your city Yeru Shalem - your holy mountain: because, for our sins and for the perversities of our fathers Yeru Shalem and your people are a reproach to all, all around us: ¹⁷ and now, O our Elohim, hear the prayer of your servant and his supplications; and lighten your face on your holies that are desolate for sake of Adonay. ¹⁸ O my Elohim, spread your ear and hear; open your eyes and see our desolated; and the city on whom your name is called: for we fell not our supplications at your face because of our our justnesses - but because of your great mercies. ¹⁹ Adonay, hear; Adonay, forgive; Adonay, hearken and work; delay not, for your own sake, my Elohim: for your city and your people on whom your name is called. ²⁰ And as I speak and pray and spread my hands for my sin and for the sin of my people Yisra El; and fell my supplication at the face of Yah Veh my Elohim for the holy mountain of my Elohim;

THE SPIRIT OF CHARISM
And I pour on the house of David, and on the settlers of Yeru Shalem, the spirit of charism and of supplications: and they look on me whom they pierced, and they chop for him as one chops for his only, and embitter over him as one embitters for his firstbirthed. ¹¹
THE CHOPPING IN YERU SHALEM
In that day, a chopping greatens in Yeru Shalem, as the chopping of Hadad Rimmon in Gay Megiddo/Valley of Troops:

¹³ And the customs agent, stands afar off, and wills not even so much as to lift his eyes to the heavens; but strikes on his chest, wording, Elohim, kapur/atone for me a sinner.

²¹ So what fruit had you in those whereof you are now ashamed? For the completion/shalom of those is death.

¹⁰ For sorrow toward Elohim works repentance to salvation - unrequitable: but the sorrow of the cosmos works death. ¹¹ For behold this, that you sorrowed toward Elohim, how much diligence it worked in you rather, pleading; yes, rather indignation; yes, rather awe; yes, rather yearning; yes, rather zeal; yes, rather vengeance. In all these you commend yourselves to be hallowed in this matter.
