JUDGMENTS FOR SERVANTS
Now set these judgments at their face: ² When you chattelize a Hebrew servant, he serves six years: and in the seventh he goes out gratuitously liberated. ³ If he comes in with his body, he goes out with his body: if he was master of a woman, then his woman goes out with him. ⁴ If his adoni gives him a woman and she births him sons or daughters; the woman and her children are to her adoni and he goes out with his body. ⁵ And if in saying, the servant says, I love my adoni, my woman and my sons; I go not out liberated: ⁶ then his adoni brings him to Elohim; he also brings him to the door or to the door post; and his adoni bores through his ear with an aul; and he serves him eternally. ⁷
JUDGMENTS FOR MAIDS
And when a man sells his daughter for a maid, she goes not out as the servants. ⁸ If she is evil in the eyes of her adoni, who betrothed her to himself, then he redeems her - sells her to a strange people; he has no reign: seeing he deals covertly with her. ⁹ And if he betroths her to his son, he deals with her after the judgment of daughters. ¹⁰ If he takes another to himself; her flesh, her covering and her cohabitation, he diminishes not: ¹¹ and if he works not these three to her, then she goes out gratuitously without silver. ¹²
JUDGMENTS FOR INJURIES
He who smites a man, thus he dies: in deathifying, deathify him. ¹³ And if a man lurks not, but Elohim happens him into his hand; then I set you a place for him to flee. ¹⁴ And if a man seethes against his friend, to slaughter him with strategy, take him from my sacrifice altar to die. ¹⁵ And he who smites his father, or his mother, in deathifying, deathify him. ¹⁶ And he who steals a man and sells him, or if they find him in his hand, in deathifying, deathify him. ¹⁷ And he who abases his father, or his mother, in deathifying, deathify him. ¹⁸ And if men strive together and man smites friend with a stone or with his fist, and he die not, but falls on his bed: ¹⁹ if he rises and walks out on his crutch, then exonerate him who smote him: only he gives for his shabbathism and has him thoroughly healed. ²⁰ And if a man smites his servant, or his maid, with a scion, and he dies under his hand, in avenging, avenge him. ²¹ Only, if he stays two days, he is not avenged: for he is his silver. ²² If men strive, and smite a woman that she conceives, so that her fruit departs from her and yet no mischief follows, in penalizing, penalize him, according as the master of the woman sets on him; and he gives according to the judges. ²³ And if any mischief follows, then you give soul for soul, ²⁴ eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, ²⁵ blister for blister, wound for wound, lash for lash. ²⁶ And if a man smites the eye of his servant, or the eye of his maid, that it ruins; he sends him away liberated because of his eye. ²⁷ And if he fells the tooth of his servant or the tooth of his maid, he sends him away liberated because of his tooth. ²⁸ If an ox butt a man or a woman so that they die, then in stoning, stone the ox and eat not his flesh; but exonerate the master of the ox. ²⁹ But if the ox butted with his horn three yesters ago and it was witnessed to his master and he guards him not, and deathifies a man or a woman, stone the ox and deathify his master also. ³⁰ If a koper/an atonement is set on him, then he gives whatever is set on him to redeem his soul. ³¹ If he butts a son or butts a daughter, work to him according to this judgment. ³² If the ox butts a servant or a maid; he gives their adoni thirty shekels of silver and stones the ox. ³³ And if a man opens a well, or if a man digs a well and covers not, and an ox or a he burro falls therein; ³⁴ the master of the well shalams and returns silver to their master; and what died is his. ³⁵ And if an ox of one man butts an ox of his friend so that he dies; then they sell the live ox and halve the silver; and they also halve what died. ³⁶ Or if it be known that the ox butted three yesters ago and his master guarded him not; in shalaming, he shalams ox for ox; and that which died is his own.

⁷ And Mosheh comes and calls for the elders of the people and in front of their faces sets all these words Yah Veh misvahed him.

³ And Mosheh comes and describes to the people all the words of Yah Veh and all the judgments. And all the people answer with one voice, and say, All the words Yah Veh words, we work. ⁴ And Mosheh inscribes all the words of Yah Veh and starts early in the morning and builds a sacrifice altar under the mountain and twelve monoliths for the twelve scions of Yisra El:

⁵ Guard my statutes and my judgments: which if a human works, he lives therein. I - Yah Veh.

²⁶ Guard my statutes and my judgments and work not any of these abhorrences - native and sojourner sojourning among you:

³⁷ Guard all my statutes and all my judgments and work them: I - Yah Veh.

²² Guard all my statutes and all my judgments and work them: that the land where I bring you to settle not vomit you.

²⁴ then the witness judge between him who smites and between the redeemer of blood according to these judgments:

¹³ These are the misvoth and the judgments, Yah Veh misvahed by the hand of Mosheh to the sons of Yisra El in the plains of Moab by Yarden near Yericho.

⁵ See, I taught you statutes and judgments, even as Yah Veh my Elohim misvahed me, to work thus midst the land you go to possess.

⁸ And what goyim, so great, whose statutes and judgments as just as all this torah, which I set at your face this day?

¹⁴ And at that time, Yah Veh misvahed me to teach you statutes and judgments - to work them in the land you pass over to possess.

⁴⁵ these are the witnesses and the statutes and the judgments, Mosheh worded to the sons of Yisra El, after they came from Misrayim.

RESUME' OF STATUTES AND JUDGMENTS And Mosheh calls all Yisra El, and says to them, Hear, O Yisra El, the statutes and judgments I word in your ears this day - to learn them and guard and work them.

³¹ But as for you, you stand here by me and I word to you all the misvoth and the statutes and the judgments to teach them - to work them in the land I give them to possess it.

¹ Now these are the misvoth the statutes and the judgments Yah Veh your Elohim misvahed to teach you - to work in the land you pass over to possess:

²⁰ And when your son asks you on the morrow, saying, What mean the witnesses and the statutes and the judgments Yah Veh our Elohim misvahed you?

¹² This house you build, if you walk in my statutes and work my judgments and guard all my misvoth to walk in them; then I raise with you the word I worded to David your father:

¹⁰ and whatever strife comes to you - of your brothers who settle in your cities; between blood and blood; between torah and misvah; statutes and judgments; enlighten them not to guilt against Yah Veh and thus rage come on you and on your brothers: work thus and guilt not.

¹³ and you descended on mount Sinay and worded with them from the heavens and gave them straight judgments and true torahs, good statutes and misvoth: ¹⁴ and had them know your holy shabbath; and misvahed them your misvoth, statutes and torah, by the hand of Mosheh your servant:

²⁹ hold on to their brothers - their mighty and oath an oath to walk in the torah of Elohim given by the hand of Mosheh the servant of Elohim; and to guard and work all the misvoth of Yah Veh our Adonay and his judgments and his statutes;

¹⁹ he tells his word to Yaaqov - his words and his judgments to Yisra El.

¹¹ and I give them my statutes so that they know my judgments - which, if a human works, he lives in them:

²⁵ And I also - I give them statutes - not good and judgments whereby they live not;

⁴ Remember the torah of Mosheh my servant, that I misvahed to him in Horeb for all Yisra El, the statutes and judgments.

HOLINESS OVER IMMORALITY
So finally we beseech you brothers - beseech you in Adonay Yah Shua, that exactly as you took from us, how you must walk and to please Elohim - to superabound more and more:

²⁸ and Elohim gives you of the dew of the heavens and the fatness of the earth and an abundance of crop and juice:

³⁶ And he says, His name is called Yaaqov; for he has tripped my heel these two times: he took away my firstrights; and behold, now he takes away my blessing. And he says, Set you not aside a blessing for me?

⁴⁴ and every servant of a man who is a chattel of silver, when you circumcise him, then he eats thereof:

³ If the sun rises on him, pour his blood; in shalaming, he shalams: if he has naught, sell him for his theft.

³⁹ And if your brother by you impoverishes and is sold to you; he serves not the service of a servant: ⁴⁰ but he becomes with you as a hireling and as a settler; and serves you to the year of jubilee: ⁴¹ and then he departs from you - both he and his sons with him and returns to his own family and returns to the possession of his fathers. ⁴² For they are my servants, whom I brought from the land of Misrayim: to not be sold as the sale of a servant. ⁴³ Subjugate him not with tyranny; but awe your Elohim. ⁴⁴ Both your servants and your maids, which you have of the goyim all around you - of them you chattelize servants and maids. ⁴⁵ And also of the sons of the settlers who sojourn among you - chattelize of them and of their families with you, which they birth in your land: and they become your possession:

THE TORAH ON DEBT RELEASE At the end of seven years, work a release

¹² And if your brother, a Hebrew, or a Hebrewess, is sold to you; and serves you six years; then in the seventh year send him liberated from you. ¹³ And when you send him from you, liberated, send him not empty: ¹⁴ in adorning, adorn him from your flock and from your threshing floor and from your trough: of whatever Yah Veh your Elohim blessed you, you give him: ¹⁵ and remember that you were a servant in the land of Misrayim; and Yah Veh your Elohim redeemed you: so I misvah you this word today.

¹⁸ And be not hard in your eyes, to send him away from you liberated; for he has been a double hire of a hireling to you, in serving you six years: and Yah Veh your Elohim blesses you in all you work.

¹⁰ And Mosheh misvahs them, saying, At the end of seven years in the season of the year of release in the celebration of Sukkoth/Brush Arbors

And one woman of the women of the sons of the prophets cries to Eli Shua, saying, Your servant my man died; and you know your servant awed Yah Veh: and the exactor comes to take my two children for servants.

THE YAH HUDIYM ARE REGRETFUL
And so be it, a great cry of the people and of their women against their brothers the Yah Hudiym. ² Yes, they who say, We, our sons and our daughters, are many; and we take crop to eat and live. ³ And they who say, We pledge our fields, vineyards and houses, to take crop for the famine. ⁴ And they who say, We borrowed silver on our fields and vineyards for the measure of the sovereign: ⁵ and now, our flesh is as the flesh of our brothers - our sons as their sons: and, behold, we subdue our sons and our daughters to be servants and some of our daughters are subdued: and El is not in our hands: for other men have our fields and vineyards.

⁸ And I say to them, With our ability we chatteled our brothers the Yah Hudiym who were sold to the goyim; And you, sell your brothers? - sell to us? - and they hush and find no word.

⁸ So be the word to Yirme Yah from Yah Veh, after the sovereign Sidqi Yah cuts a covenant with all the people at Yeru Shalem - to call out liberty to them; ⁹ that every man send away his servant and every man his maid - Hebrew or Hebrewess: - liberated, that they serve no one - a Yah Hudahiy by his brother. ¹⁰ And all the governors and all the people who entered into the covenant hear that every man liberated his servant and every man his maid so that no one be served by them any more; and they hearken and send them away: ¹¹ and afterward they turn, and return the servants and the maids, whom they sent away liberated; and bring them into subjection for servants and for maids. ¹² And so be the word of Yah Veh to Yirme Yah from Yah Veh, saying, ¹³ Thus says Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El: I cut a covenant with your fathers in the day I brought them from the land of Misrayim - from the house of servants, saying, ¹⁴ At the end of seven years every man sends away his brother - a Hebrew sold to you - who serves you six years: send him away liberated from you: and your fathers neither hearkened to me, nor spread their ear. ¹⁵ And today you turn and work straight in my eyes in calling out liberty - every man to his friend; and you cut a covenant at my face in the house on which my name is called: ¹⁶ and you turn and profane my name: and every man has his servant and every man his maid to whom he spread liberty at their soul, to return, and bring them into subjection being for servants and for maids. ¹⁷ So thus says Yah Veh: You hearken not to me, in calling out liberty - every man to his brother and every man to his friend: behold, I proclaim a liberty for you - an oracle of Yah Veh to the sword, to the pestilence and to the famine; and I give you for an agitation into all the kingdoms of the earth:

²⁵ and having naught to give, his adoni summons to sell him and his woman and children, and all - as much as he has and to give back.

²⁰ For you are bought with a price: so glorify Elohim in your body and in your spirit, which are of Elohim.

¹² And if your brother, a Hebrew, or a Hebrewess, is sold to you; and serves you six years; then in the seventh year send him liberated from you. ¹³ And when you send him from you, liberated, send him not empty: ¹⁴ in adorning, adorn him from your flock and from your threshing floor and from your trough: of whatever Yah Veh your Elohim blessed you, you give him:

¹⁶ And so be it, if he says to you, I go not from you! - because he loves you and your house, because he is good with you; ¹⁷ then take an aul and give it through his ear to the door and he becomes your servant eternally: and also work likewise to your maid.

¹³ O Yah Veh our Elohim, adonim beside you mastered us: but only by you, we memorialize your name.

¹⁴ For the love of the Messiah holds us together; because we judge thus: that if one died for all, thus all are dead: ¹⁵ and he died for all, that whoever lives, lives no longer to themselves, but to him who died for them and rose.

¹² For I pass through the land of Misrayim this night and smite all the firstbirth in the land of Misrayim - both human and animal; and I work judgment against all the elohim of Misrayim: I - Yah Veh.

²¹ and you - seek valiant men from all the people such as awe Elohim, men of truth, hating greed; and over them set governors of thousands, governors of hundreds, governors of fifties and governors of tens: ²² and have them judge the people at all times: and so be it, that they bring you every great word; but every small word they judge: and thus lightens yourself and they bear with you. ²³ If you work this word and Elohim misvah you so, then you become able to stand and all this people also go to their place in shalom. ²⁴ And Mosheh hearkens to the voice of his in law and works all he says: ²⁵ and Mosheh chooses valiant men from all Yisra El and gives them heads over the people - governors of thousands, governors of hundreds, governors of fifties and governors of tens: ²⁶ and they judge the people at all times: they bring the hard words to Mosheh; but every small word they judge themselves.

²² If men strive, and smite a woman that she conceives, so that her fruit departs from her and yet no mischief follows, in penalizing, penalize him, according as the master of the woman sets on him; and he gives according to the judges.

⁸ if the thief is not found, then the master of the house approaches Elohim, to see if he had not put his hand to the work of his friend. ⁹ For every word of rebellion - for ox, for he burro, for lamb, for clothes, or for any lost, which another says is his, the word of the two parties comes in front of Elohim: and whomever Elohim declares wicked, shalams twofold to his friend.

²⁸ Neither abase Elohim nor curse the hierarch of your people.

²³ Sell not the land ad infinitum: for the land is mine, for you are sojourners and settlers with me:

⁴⁰ but he becomes with you as a hireling and as a settler; and serves you to the year of jubilee:

⁵ And Mosheh says to the judges of Yisra El, Men, slaughter your men who joined Baal Peor. ⁶ And behold, a man of the sons of Yisra El comes and approaches his brothers with a Midyaniy woman in the eyes of Mosheh and in the eyes of all the witness of the sons of Yisra El weeping at the opening of the tent of the congregation. ⁷ And when Phinechas the son of El Azar the son of Aharon the priest, sees it, he rises from among the witness and takes a javelin in his hand; ⁸ and he goes after the man of Yisra El into the belly and stabs the two of them through - the man of Yisra El and the woman into her belly: thus the plague restrains from the sons of Yisra El.

¹⁶ And I misvahed your judges at that time, saying, Hearken between your brothers and judge justness between every man and his brother and the sojourner with him:

¹⁷ then take an aul and give it through his ear to the door and he becomes your servant eternally: and also work likewise to your maid.

THE TORAH ON SETTING JUDGES AND OFFICERS Give yourselves judges and officers in all your portals, which Yah Veh your Elohim gives you throughout your scions: to judge the people with judgment of justness.

¹⁷ then the two men, between whom the dispute is, stand at the face of Yah Veh - at the face of the priests and the judges, being in those days; ¹⁸ and the judges inquire well: and behold, if the witness is a false witness and witnesses falsely against his brother;

²² And Hannah ascends not; for she says to her man, When the lad weans then I bring him to be seen at the face of Yah Veh and settle there eternally.

THE DISHONEST SONS OF SHEMU EL
And so be it, Shemu El ages; and he sets his sons judges over Yisra El: ² and the name of his firstbirthed son is Yah El and the name of his second, Abi Yah - judges in Beer Sheba:

¹² And Achish trusts David, saying, In stinking, he stinks among his people Yisra El; so he becomes my servant eternally.

² And David says to Achish, Thus you know what your servant works. And Achish says to David, So I set you guard of my head all days.

⁷ And they word to him, saying, If you are a servant to this people this day and serve them and answer them and word good words to them, then they become your servants all days.

⁶ Sacrifice and offering you desire not; you pierce my ears; holocaust and for sin you ask not. ⁷ Then I say, Behold, I come; in the roll of the scroll it is inscribed of me, ⁸ I delight to work your pleasure, O my Elohim; yes, your torah is within my inwards.

²⁶ and I restore your judges as at the first and your counsellors as at the beginning: and afterward call you, The City of Justness; The City Trustworthy.

³ Her governors within her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they craunch not until morning:

²⁹ And Mosheh says, Behold, I go from you and I intreat Yah Veh to turn aside the swarmers from Paroh, from his servants and from his people tomorrow: only that Paroh not add to mock again in not sending the people away to sacrifice to Yah Veh.

⁷ And what man has betrothed a woman and not taken her? Have him go and return to his house, lest he die in the war and another man take her.

¹¹ and among the captives, see a woman fair in form and are attached to her, and you take her as your woman; ¹² bring her midst your house: and she shaves her head and works her nails ¹³ and she turns aside the clothes of her captivity and settles in your house; and weeps over her father and her mother a moon of days: and after that you go in to her and marry her and she becomes your woman. ¹⁴ And so be it, if you delight not in her, send her away as her soul desires; but in selling, you neither sell her for silver, nor tyrranize her, because you humbled her.

¹⁹ if you then work truly and integriously with Yerub Baal and with his house this day, then cheer in Abi Melech and he cheers in you:

³ And his father and his mother say to him, Is there not a woman among the daughters of your brothers or among all my people - that you go to take a woman of the uncircumcised Peleshethiy? And Shimshon says to his father, Take her for me; for she is straight in my eyes.

⁸ And Shaul inflames mightily and the word is evil in his eyes; and he says, To David they give myriads and to me they give thousands: and what more, except the sovereigndom?

¹⁵ My brothers cover up as a wadi and as the reservoir of wadies, they pass away;

¹¹ Yah Hudah deals covertly, and works an abhorrence in Yisra El and in Yeru Shalem; for Yah Hudah profanes the holiness of Yah Veh which he loved, and married the daughter of a strange el. ¹² Yah Veh cuts off the man who works this - he who wakens and he who answers from the tents of Yaaqov; and he who brings near an offering to Yah Veh Sabaoth. ¹³ And secondly, you do this: you cover the sacrifice altar of Yah Veh with tears, with weeping and with shrieking; because there is no more facing the offering or taking it with pleasure at your hand. ¹⁴ And you say, Why? Because Yah Veh witnesses between you and between the woman of your youth against whom you dealt covertly: yet is she your companion and the woman of your covenant. ¹⁵ And worked he not one? Yet he has the spirit of survival. And why one? To seek a seed of Elohim. Guard your spirit that no one deal covertly against the woman of his youth.

INTIMATE RELATIONSHIPS
Now concerning those about which you scribed me: It is good for a human to not touch a woman. ² And because of whoredom each is to hold his own woman and each her own man. ³ The man is indebted to give well-mindedness to the woman: and likewise also the woman to the man. ⁴ The woman has not authority of her own body - but the man: and likewise also the man has not authority of his own body - but the woman. ⁵ Cheat not one another, except somehow ever by symphonizing for a season, that you have leisure for fasting and prayer; and come together again - lest Satan test you for your restraint. ⁶ - and I word this by experience and not by order.

⁶ Whoever pours human blood, thus be his blood poured by humanity: for he worked humanity in the image of Elohim.

¹³ Murder not.

¹⁷ And a man who smites a human soul, in deathifying, deathify him:

¹⁶ And if he smites him with an instrument of iron, so that he dies, he is a murderer: in deathifying, deathify the murderer. ¹⁷ And if by handling a stone, wherewith he dies, and he dies, he is a murderer: in deathifying, deathify the murderer. ¹⁸ Or if a hand instrument of timber, wherewith he dies, and he dies, he is a murderer: in deathifying, deathify the murderer. ¹⁹ The redeemer of blood himself deathifies the murderer: when he encounters him, he deathifies him. ²⁰ And if in hatred, he shoves him, or hurls at him by lurking, that he die; ²¹ or in enmity smites him with his hand, that he die: in deathifying, deathify him who smites him; for he is a murderer: the redeemer of blood deathifies the murderer, when he encounters him. ²² And if, in a blink, without enmity, he shoves him, or casts on him any instrument, without lurking, ²³ or with any stone, whereby a man dies, not seeing him, and it befalls him, that he dies and was neither his enemy, nor sought his evil: ²⁴ then the witness judge between him who smites and between the redeemer of blood according to these judgments:

³⁰ Whoever smites a soul, murder the murderer by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness answers not against a soul as to his death. ³¹ And take no koper/atonement for the soul of a murderer who is wicked unto death: and in deathifying, deathify him.

¹¹ And when a man hates his friend and lurks for him and rises against him and smites his soul that he dies, and flees to one of these cities: ¹² then the elders of his city send and take him and give him to the hand of the redeemer of blood, that he dies. ¹³ Your eye spares him not, and you burn the innocent blood from Yisra El, that it be good with you.

¹³ And David says to Nathan, I sinned against Yah Veh. And Nathan says to David, Yah Veh also passes over your sin that you not die.

⁵² Then Yah Shua words to him, Return your sword to its place: for all who take the sword destruct in the sword.

¹⁰ Word to the sons of Yisra El, and say to them, When you pass over Yarden to the land of Kenaan; ¹¹ and happen on cities - your cities of refuge for the murderer to flee to - who smites a soul by inadvertent error; ¹² and they are your cities of refuge from the redeemer - that the murderer not die until he stands in judgment at the face of the witness. ¹³ And of these cities you give - your six cities of refuge: ¹⁴ give three cities on this side Yarden and give three cities in the land of Kenaan for cities of refuge. ¹⁵ These six cities are a refuge for the sons of Yisra El and for the sojourner and for the settler in their midst: for every one who smites a soul by inadvertent error to flee there. ¹⁶ And if he smites him with an instrument of iron, so that he dies, he is a murderer: in deathifying, deathify the murderer. ¹⁷ And if by handling a stone, wherewith he dies, and he dies, he is a murderer: in deathifying, deathify the murderer. ¹⁸ Or if a hand instrument of timber, wherewith he dies, and he dies, he is a murderer: in deathifying, deathify the murderer. ¹⁹ The redeemer of blood himself deathifies the murderer: when he encounters him, he deathifies him. ²⁰ And if in hatred, he shoves him, or hurls at him by lurking, that he die; ²¹ or in enmity smites him with his hand, that he die: in deathifying, deathify him who smites him; for he is a murderer: the redeemer of blood deathifies the murderer, when he encounters him. ²² And if, in a blink, without enmity, he shoves him, or casts on him any instrument, without lurking, ²³ or with any stone, whereby a man dies, not seeing him, and it befalls him, that he dies and was neither his enemy, nor sought his evil: ²⁴ then the witness judge between him who smites and between the redeemer of blood according to these judgments: ²⁵ and the witness rescues the murderer from the hand of the redeemer of blood and the witness restores him to the city of his refuge, from which he fled: and he settles there until the death of the great priest who was anointed with the holy oil. ²⁶ But if, at any time, the murderer comes outside the border of the city of his refuge, where he flees; ²⁷ and the redeemer of blood finds him outside the borders of the city of his refuge and the redeemer of blood murders the murderer; he is not guilty of blood: ²⁸ because he was to settle in the city of his refuge until the death of the great priest: but after the death of the great priest the murderer returns to the land of his possession. ²⁹ And these become your statute of judgment throughout your generations, in all your settlements. ³⁰ Whoever smites a soul, murder the murderer by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness answers not against a soul as to his death. ³¹ And take no koper/atonement for the soul of a murderer who is wicked unto death: and in deathifying, deathify him. ³² And take no koper/atonement for him who flees to the city of his refuge, to return to settle in the land until the death of the priest. ³³ And profane not the land wherein you are; for blood profanes the land: and you cannot kapar/atone the land for the blood poured therein, except by the blood of him who poured it. ³⁴ Foul not the land wherein you settle in whose midst I tabernacle: I -Yah Veh tabernacle among the sons of Yisra El.

THE TORAH ON CITIES OF REFUGE When Yah Veh your Elohim cuts off the goyim whose land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you; and you possess them and settle in their cities and in their houses; ² separate three cities for you midst the land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you to possess. ³ Prepare a way and divide the borders of the land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you to inherit into thirds, to become for every murderer to flee to. ⁴ And this is the word of the murderer, who flees there, and lives: Whoever smites his friend unknowingly, whom he hated not three yesters ago; ⁵ as when a man goes to the forest with his friend to chop timber and his hand drives the axe to cut down the tree and the iron slips from the timber and finds his friend, that he dies; he flees to one of those cities and lives: ⁶ lest the redeemer of the blood pursue the murderer while his heart is hot and overtakes him because the way abounds and he smites the soul of him who has no judgment of death - because he hated him not three yesters ago: ⁷ so I misvah you, saying, Separate three cities for yourselves. ⁸ And if Yah Veh your Elohim widens your border as he oathed to your fathers; and gives you all the land he worded to give your fathers; ⁹ when you guard all these misvoth, to work them, which I misvah you this day - to love Yah Veh your Elohim and to walk all days in his ways; then add three cities more for you besides these three: ¹⁰ so that innocent blood is not poured in the land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you - an inheritance and blood becomes on you.

¹² And the man who works arrogance, and hearkens not to the priest who stands to minister there at the face of Yah Veh your Elohim, or to the judge, even that man dies: and you burn away the evil from Yisra El. ¹³ - and all the people hear and awe and not seethe.

²² When a prophet words in the name of Yah Veh, if the word neither becomes, nor arrives, that is the word Yah Veh has not worded, that prophet worded arrogance: fear him not.

²⁴ Cursed he who covertly smites his friend. - and all the people say, Amen.

²⁷ And Abi Ner returns to Hebron and Yah Ab turns him aside midst the portal to word with him serenely; and smites him under the fifth, so that he dies for the blood of Asa El his brother.

And reports come to Yah Ab: for Yah Ab spread after Adoni Yah though he spread not after Abi Shalom: and Yah Ab flees to the tent of Yah Veh and holds on the horns of the sacrifice altar. ²⁹ And they tell sovereign Shelomoh, Yah Ab flees to the tent of Yah Veh; and behold, beside the sacrifice altar. Then Shelomoh sends Bena Yah the son of Yah Yada saying, Go, encounter him. ³⁰ And Bena Yah comes to the tent of Yah Veh and says to him, Thus says the sovereign, Go. And he says, No; but here I die. For if we sin voluntarily after we take the knowledge of the truth, there remains not still sacrifice for sins;

¹⁰ and especially those walking after flesh in the panting of defilement, who disesteem lordship, audacious, selfpleasing, who tremble not to blaspheme glories.

THE TORAH ON A REVOLTING AND REBELLIOUS SON When a man has a revolting and rebellious son, who hearkens not to the voice of his father or the voice of his mother and that, when they discipline him, he hearkens not to them: ¹⁹ then his father and his mother capture him and bring him to the elders of his city and to the portal of his place; ²⁰ and they say to the elders of his city, This our son is revolting and rebellious, he hearkens not to our voice; he is a glutton and a carouser. ²¹ And all the men of his city stone him with stones and he dies: thus you burn evil from among you. - and all Yisra El hears and awes.

¹¹ There is a generation who abases their father and blesses not their mother:

¹⁷ The eye that derides father and disrespects to obey mother; the ravens of the wadi bore through and the sons of eagles eat.

⁹ knowing this, that the torah is not set for the just - but for the torah violator and insubordinate, for the irreverent and for sinners, for unmercied and profane, for patriciders and matriciders, for manslayers,

¹⁶ Cursed he who is abased by his father or his mother. - and all the people say, Amen.

²⁰ Whoever abases his father or his mother, extinguishes his lamp in mid darkness.

³ And he answers them, saying, Why transgress you also the misvah of Elohim for your tradition? ⁴ For Elohim misvahed, wording, Honor your father and mother: and, Whoever vilifies father or mother, deathify him to death. ⁵ But you word, Whoever says to his father or his mother, An oblation - by whatever you benefit by me; ⁶ and in no way honors his father or his mother. - thus you invalidate the misvah of Elohim for your tradition. ^{Exodus 20:12, 21:17}

¹⁰ for Mosheh said, Honor your father and your mother; and, Whoever vilifies father or mother, dies the death. ^{Exodus 20:12, 21:17, Leviticus 20:9 11} But you word, Whenever a human says to his father or mother, Qurban! which is, Oblation, by whatever you benefit;

¹³ And he goes out the second day, and behold, two men of the Hebrews striving together: and he says to the wicked, Why smite your friend?

²⁰ And if a man smites his servant, or his maid, with a scion, and he dies under his hand, in avenging, avenge him.

THE TORAH ON SUNDRY MATTERS When men strive together one with another and the woman of the one approaches to rescue her man from the hand of him who smites him, and spreads her hand and lays hold on his pudenda;

⁶ and your maid has two sons and the two strive in the field and there is no rescuer between them, and the one smites the first and deathifies him:

²⁹ it awaits on the head of Yah Ab and on all the house of his father; that there not be cut off from the house of Yah Ab one who flows or is a leper or who holds a crutch or who falls on the sword or who lacks bread.

⁴ Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: and eldermen and elderwomen still settle there in the broadways of Yeru Shalem; and every man with his crutch in his hand because of abundance of days:

¹⁵ And Yah Veh says to him, Thus whoever slaughters Qayin is avenged sevenfold. - and Yah Veh sets a sign on Qayin, lest any finding him smite him.

BIRTH OF SHETH

²⁶ And if a man smites the eye of his servant, or the eye of his maid, that it ruins; he sends him away liberated because of his eye. ²⁷ And if he fells the tooth of his servant or the tooth of his maid, he sends him away liberated because of his tooth.

¹⁹ The redeemer of blood himself deathifies the murderer: when he encounters him, he deathifies him.

Behold, in the day of your fast you find delight, and exact all your contortions. ⁴ Behold, you fast for strife and strive and to smite with the fist of wickedness: you fast not as this day, so that your voice is heard on high.

⁴ for he is your minister of Elohim for good. But whenever you do evil, awe; for he bears not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of Elohim - the avenger to wrath upon whoever transacts evil.

You heard it rhetorized, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth: ^{Exodus 21:22-27, Leviticus 24:19, 20, Deuteronomy 19:21 39} But I word to you, Resist not evil: but whoever slaps you on your right cheek, also turn the other to him: ⁴⁰ and to whoever wills to have you judged to take away your tunic, release your garment also:

² For in what judgment you judge, you are judged: and in what measure you measure, is remeasured to you.

³⁸ give; and be given: good measure, packed and shaken, and overflowing, men give into your bosom: for the measure you measure is remeasured to you.

⁶ Because they poured the blood of the holy and prophets; and you give them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

¹⁹ Neither deviate judgment nor recognize faces nor take a bribe: for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the just.

¹³ If I spurn the judgment of my servant or of my maid when they contend with me ¹⁴ What then work I when El rises? When he visits, what respond I? ¹⁵ He who worked me in the belly worked he not also him? - that one who prepared us in the womb?

¹² he remembers them who search for blood; he forgets not the cry of the humble.

¹⁴ You see; for you scan toil and vexation, they give into your hand; they leave the unfortunate to you you - the helper of the orphan.

¹⁸ to judge the orphan and the oppressed that the man of the earth not terrify again.

¹² For he rescues the needy who cries - the humble and he who has no helper; ¹³ he spares the poor and needy and saves the souls of the needy: ¹⁴ he redeems their soul from fraud and violence; and esteems their blood in his eyes:

⁵ And surely I require the blood of your souls; at the hand of every live being I require and at the hand of humanity; at the hand of the brother of every man I require the soul of humanity. ⁶ Whoever pours human blood, thus be his blood poured by humanity: for he worked humanity in the image of Elohim.

THE TORAH ON UNKNOWN ASSASSINS When you find someone pierced on the soil Yah Veh your Elohim gives you to possess - fallen in the field and know not who pierced him: ² then your elders and your judges come and measure to the cities all around the pierced: ³ and so be it, the city nearest to the pierced, even the elders of that city take a heifer of the oxen which neither served nor drawn in the yoke; ⁴ and the elders of that city descend the heifer to a perennial wadi, - neither served nor seeded and break the neck of the heifer there in the wadi: ⁵ and the priests the sons of Levi come near; for Yah Veh your Elohim chooses them to minister to him and to bless in the name of Yah Veh; and by their mouth is every dispute and every plague: ⁶ and all the elders of the city near the pierced, baptize their hands over the heifer whose neck they broke in the wadi: ⁷ and they answer and say, Neither our hands poured this blood, nor our eyes seen. ⁸ Kapar/Atone, O Yah Veh, to your people Yisra El whom you redeemed; and give not innocent blood midst your people Yisra El. - and the blood kapars/atones. ⁹ Thus you burn the innocent blood from among you, when you work straight in the eyes of Yah Veh.

¹² When you bear the heads of the sons of Yisra El who are mustered, then every man gives a koper/an atonement for his soul to Yah Veh when you muster them: that no plague becomes among them, when you muster them.

⁸ The koper/atonement of the soul of a man are his riches; and the impoverished hear not rebuke.

²⁸ If an ox butt a man or a woman so that they die, then in stoning, stone the ox and eat not his flesh; but exonerate the master of the ox. ²⁹ But if the ox butted with his horn three yesters ago and it was witnessed to his master and he guards him not, and deathifies a man or a woman, stone the ox and deathify his master also.

¹² And I say to them, If good in your eyes, give me my hire; and if not, cease. - and they weigh for my hire thirty silver. ¹³ And Yah Veh says to me, Cast it to the former: - a mighty appraisal I am appraised by them. - and I take the thirty silver and cast them to the former in the house of Yah Veh.

¹⁵ and says to them, What will you to give me to deliver him to you? - and they covenant with him for thirty silver

THE REGRET OF YAH HUDAH
Then Yah Hudah, who betrayed him, seeing he is condemned, regrets, and brings again the thirty silvers to the archpriests and elders; ⁴ wording, I sinned in betraying guiltless blood. And they say, What is that to us? ⁷ but voided himself and took the form of a servant and became in the likeness of humanity:
