³¹ And the house of Yisra El calls its name Manna: and it is as coriander seed, white; and its taste, as wafers with honey.

⁷ - and the manna is as coriander seed and the eye thereof as the eye of bdellium. ⁸ And the people flit and glean it and grind it in millstones, and beat it in a mortar and stew it in skillets and work ashcakes thereof: and the taste thereof is as the taste of juicy oil. ⁹ And as the dew descends on the camp at night the manna descends thereon.

³ and he humbled you and famished you and fed you with manna, which neither you knew, nor your fathers knew; to make known to you that humanity lives not by bread only: but that humanity lives by all that proceeds from the mouth of Yah Veh.

¹⁵ and gave them bread from the heavens for their famine; and brought them water from the rock for their thirst; and said to them to go in to possess the land which you lifted your hand to give them.

²⁴ - he rains manna on them to eat and gives them the crop of the heavens:
