And so be it, in the days of Amraphel sovereign of Shinar, Aryoch sovereign of Ellasar, Kedorlaomer sovereign of Elam and Tidal sovereign of goyim:

⁶ and he says, Hear I beseech, my words: If your prophet is of Yah Veh I make myself known to him in a vision and word to him in a dream.

NECHEM YAH WEEPS OVER THE SURVIVORS
Words of Nechem Yah the son of Hachal Yah. And so be it, in the month Kislav, in the twentieth year, I am in Shushan the palace, ² in those days, the sovereign Achash Rosh settles on the throne of his sovereigndom in Shushan palace;

ESTER WELL-PLEASES THE EYES OF THE SOVEREIGN
And so be it, the word and the edict of the sovereign is heard; and many lasses gather to Shushan palace to the hand of Hegai: and Ester is taken to the house of the sovereign to the hand of Hegai the guard of the women.

¹⁵ The runners go, hastened by the word of the sovereign and the edict is given in Shushan palace. And the sovereign and Haman sit to drink; and the city Shushan is perplexed.

⁶ And Ester says, The tribulator and enemy is this evil Haman. - and Haman is frightened at the face of the sovereign and the sovereigness.

¹⁵ And Mordekay goes from the face of the sovereign in a robe of the sovereigndom of blue and white and with a great crown of gold and with a robe of bleached cotton and purple; and the city of Shushan resounds and cheers.

¹¹ On that day, they bring the number of those slaughtered in Shushan palace at the face of the sovereign:

¹⁵ And the Yah Hudiym in Shushan also congregate on the fourteenth day of the month Adar and slaughter three hundred men at Shushan; and they spread not their hand on the plunder.

THE SURVIVORS RESTORED
And so be it, in that day, Adonay adds to set his hand secondly to chattel the survivors of his people who survive - from Ashshur and from Misrayim and from Pathros and from Kush and from Elam and from Shinar and from Hamath and from the islands of the sea:

² I am told a hard vision: the coverter coverts and the ravager ravages. Ascend, O Elam! Besiege, O Maday! I shabbathize all its sighing.

MESSAGE AGAINST ELAM
So be the word of Yah Veh to Yirme Yah the prophet against Elam in the beginning of the sovereigndom of Sidqi Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah, saying, ³⁵ Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: Behold, I break the bow of Elam, the beginning of their might: ³⁶ and on Elam I bring the four winds from the four ends of the heavens; and winnow them toward all those winds; so that no goyim becomes where the expelled of Elam enter not. ³⁷ For I dismay Elam at the face of their enemies and at the face of them who seek their soul: and I bring evil on them - my fuming wrath - an oracle of Yah Veh and I send the sword after them until I finish them off: ³⁸ and I set my throne in Elam, and destroy there the sovereign and the governors - an oracle of Yah Veh. ³⁹ And so be it, in the latter days, I restore the captivity of Elam - an oracle of Yah Veh.

²⁴ There is Elam with all her multitude: surrounded her tomb, all of the pierced; the fallen by the sword: who descend the uncircumcised into the nethermost of the earth; who give their terror in the land of the living; yet they bear their shame with them who descend to the well.

² Dani El answers and says, I see in my vision by night, and behold, the four winds of the heavens rush on the great sea:

¹⁵ I Dani El grieve in my spirit midst my sheath, and the visions of my head terrify me.

³ and I lift my eyes and see, and behold, there at the face of the river stands one ram with horns: and the horns are high; but one is higher than the second and the higher ascends last:
