² And the twelve call the multitude of the disciples to them, and say, It is not pleasing to leave the word of Elohim, and minister tables:

¹⁷ And the in law of Mosheh says to him, The word you work is not good: ¹⁸ in wilting, you wilt - both you and this people with you; for this word is too heavy for you: you are not able to work it yourself alone. ¹⁹ Hearken now to my voice, I counsel you: and Elohim is with you: you become for the people in front of Elohim, to bring the words to Elohim: ²⁰ and enlighten them statutes and torahs and have them know the way to walk and the work to work: ²¹ and you - seek valiant men from all the people such as awe Elohim, men of truth, hating greed; and over them set governors of thousands, governors of hundreds, governors of fifties and governors of tens: ²² and have them judge the people at all times: and so be it, that they bring you every great word; but every small word they judge: and thus lightens yourself and they bear with you. ²³ If you work this word and Elohim misvah you so, then you become able to stand and all this people also go to their place in shalom. ²⁴ And Mosheh hearkens to the voice of his in law and works all he says: ²⁵ and Mosheh chooses valiant men from all Yisra El and gives them heads over the people - governors of thousands, governors of hundreds, governors of fifties and governors of tens: ²⁶ and they judge the people at all times: they bring the hard words to Mosheh; but every small word they judge themselves.

¹¹ And Mosheh says to Yah Veh, Why vilify your servant? And why find I not charism in your eyes - setting the burden of all this people on me? ¹² Conceived I all this people? Birthed I them - that you say to me, Bear them in your bosom, as a fosterer the suckling, to the soil you oathed to their fathers? ¹³ Whence have I flesh to give to all this people? For they weep to me, saying, Give us flesh to eat!

⁹ And I said to you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone: ¹⁰
RESUME' ON DELEGATING JUDGMENT
Yah Veh your Elohim abounded you, and behold, you are this day as the stars of the heavens for abundance. ¹¹ Yah Veh Elohim of your fathers added to you a thousand times as many as you are, and blessed you, as he worded you! ¹² How can I myself alone bear your pressure and your burden and your disputes? ¹³ Give wise and discerning men, known among your scions; and I set them heads over you. ¹⁴ And you answered me and said, The word you speak is good to work.

³ And I send angels to them, saying, I work a great work, that I cannot descend: why cease the work - slacken it to descend to you?

¹⁹ But Petros and Yahn answer them, saying, Whether it be just in the sight of Elohim to hearken to you rather than to Elohim, you judge.

²² So what is it? The multitude must most certainly come together: for they hear that you have come.

²⁷ For I thought it irrational to send a prisoner, and not to signify the accusations laid against him.

⁴ No one who wars entangles himself with the transactions of existence; so as to please him who enlisted him.
