³⁸ And Bilam says to Balaq, behold, I come to you: in being able, am I able to word aught? The word Elohim puts in my mouth, I word.

²⁰ Behold, I take to bless: and he blesses and I cannot turn it.

² The Spirit of Yah Veh words by me and his utterance is in my tongue.

¹⁸ for I am full of utterances, the spirit of my belly distresses me. ¹⁹ Behold, my belly - as unopened wine - to split as new skins. ²⁰ I word, and I respire; I open my lips, and answer.

⁷ And Yah Veh says to me, Say not, I am a lad: go to all to whom I send you, and word whatever I misvah you:

¹⁷ So you, gird your loins and rise; word to them all that I misvah you: dismay not at their faces, lest I break you at their face. ¹⁸ For, behold, I give you this day, a fortified city and an iron pillar and copper walls against the whole land - against the sovereigns of Yah Hudah, against the governors, against the priests, and against the people of the land: ¹⁹ and they fight against you; but they prevail not against you; for I am with you - an oracle of Yah Veh to rescue you.

¹⁹ My inwards! My inwards! I writhe at the walls of my heart; my heart roars within me; I cannot hush, because you hear, O my soul, the voice of the shophar - the blast of war.

¹¹ and I am filled with the fury of Yah Veh; I am weary of containing: I pour it out on the suckling in the outways and on the private counsel of youths together: for they even capture the man with the woman - the elder with him who is full of days:

⁹ Then I say, I neither mention him, nor word any more in his name: and it is in my heart as a burning fire restrained in my bones: and I am weary with containing and I am not able:

¹¹ and go, get to them of the exile - to the sons of your people and word to them, and say to them, Thus says Adonay Yah Veh! - whether they hear, or whether they desist.

¹⁴ And the spirit lifts me, and takes me away; and I go in bitterness, in the fury of my spirit; and the hand of Yah Veh strengthens me. ¹⁵ And I come to them of the exile at Tel Aviv, who settle by the river of Kebar, and where they settle, I settle; and settle there astonished among them seven days. ¹⁶
THE WARNING OF YAH VEH CONCERNING NOT WARNING
And so be it, at the end of seven days, so be the word of Yah Veh to me, saying, ¹⁷ Son of humanity, I give you, a watcher to the house of Yisra El: so hear the word at my mouth, and enlighten them from me. ¹⁸ In my saying to the wicked, In dying, you die; and you neither enlighten him, nor word to enlighten the wicked from the wicked way he lives; the same wicked dies in his perversity; and I seek his blood at your hand: ¹⁹ and if you enlighten the wicked and he neither turns from his wickedness nor from his wicked way, he dies in his perversity; and you rescue your soul. ²⁰ And when the just turns from his justness and works wickedness, and I give a stumblingblock at his face, he dies: because you enlighten him not, he dies in his sin; and the justness he worked is not remembered; and I seek his blood at your hand. ²¹ And if you enlighten the just, that the just sin not, and he sins not, in living, he lives - because he enlightened; and you rescue your soul.

⁸ And I am filled of force by the spirit of Yah Veh; and of judgment and of might to declare to Yaaqov his rebellion and to Yisra El his sin.

² - even as they delivered to us; who from the beginning saw for ourselves and became attendants of the word;

⁸ but you take dynamis, at the coming of the Holy Spirit upon you; and you become my witnesses - both in Yeru Shalem and in all Yah Hudah and in Shomeron and to the finality of the earth.

²² beginning from the baptism of Yahn, to that same day he taken from us, one must, with us, become a witness of his resurrection.

⁴ and they all fill full with the Holy Spirit and begin to speak with other tongues - exactly as the Spirit gives them utterance.

³² this Yah Shua Elohim raised whereof we all are witnesses.

¹⁵ and slaughtered the Hierarch of life whom Elohim raised from the dead - whereof we are witnesses.

³² and we are his witnesses of these rhema; and so also the Holy Spirit, whom Elohim gave to them who first obeyed him.

³⁹ And we are witnesses of all he did both in the region of the Yah Hudiym and in Yeru Shalem; whom they took out and hanged on a staff: ⁴⁰ whom Elohim raised the third day and gave him to become manifest ⁴¹ - not to all the people, but to witnesses preselected by Elohim - to us who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead:

¹⁶ But Paulos awaits them at Athens; and his spirit agitates within him when he observes the city being downright idolatrous: ¹⁷ so indeed he reasons in the synagogue with the Yah Hudiym and with the venerating persons and daily in the market with those meeting with him.

⁵ And when both Silas and Timo Theos come down from Macedonia, Paulos is held in the spirit, and witnesses to the Yah Hudiym that Yah Shua is the Messiah.

¹⁵ because you become his witness to all humanity of what you saw and heard.

¹⁶ For whenever I evangelize, I have naught to boast: for necessity is laid upon me; yes, woe to me, whenever I evangelize not! ¹⁷ For if I transact this voluntarily, I have a reward: but if involuntarily, an administration is entrusted to me.

³ how escape we, neglecting such a vast salvation; which in the beginning was taken and told through Adonay and established to us by them who heard; ⁴ Elohim also co-witnessing, both with signs and omens and with divers dynamis and impartations of the Holy Spirit according to his own will?

THE WORD OF LIFE
That which was from the beginning, which we heard, which our eyes saw, which we observed and our hands touched concerning the Word of life; ² for the life manifested and we saw and witness and evangelize to you the eternal life; being with the Father and manifest to us ³ which we saw and heard: we evangelize to you, so that you also have communion with us: and truly our communion is with the Father and with his Son Yah Shua Messiah:
