PAULOS PLEADS TO PHELIX
And after the governor nods to him to word, Paulos answers, I understand that for many years you have been a judge to this goyim, I plead the more cheerfully concerning myself:

²⁵ When one man sins against man, Elohim prays for him: but when a man sins against Yah Veh, who prays for him? And they hearken not to the voice of their father, because Yah Veh desires to deathify them.

¹⁴ And he says to him, human, who seated me a judge or a divider over you?

Paulos stands on the stairs, and signals with the hand to the people: and there becomes a vast hush; he addresses them in the Hebrew dialect, wording,

So Agrippa says to Paulos, You are allowed to word for yourself. So Paulos spreads the hand and pleads for himself:
