CLAY VESSELS
And we have this treasure in clay vessels; that the excellency of the dynamis be of Elohim and not of us.

² And Yah Veh says to Gidon, The people with you are too many for me to give the Midyaniy into their hands - lest Yisra El boast itself against me, saying, My own hand saves me!

¹³ And Gidon comes, and behold, a man scribing a dream to his friend; and says, Behold, I dreamed a dream, and behold, a cake of barley bread overturns in the camp of Midyaniy and comes to a tent and smites it so that it falls - overturns it upward, so that the tent falls. ¹⁴ And his friend answers and says, This is none other except the sword of Gidon the son of Yah Ash - a man of Yisra El: Elohim gives Midyaniy and all the camp into his hand.

¹⁶ and he divides the three hundred men into three heads; and he gives in the hand of every man shophars and empty pitchers and flambeaus within the pitchers. ¹⁷ And he says to them, See me; and work likewise: and behold, when I come to the edge of the camp, so be it, as I work, you work: ¹⁸ when I blast with a shophar, I - and all with me, then you blast the shophars all around all the camp and say, Of Yah Veh! and, Of Gidon! ¹⁹ So Gidon and the hundred men with him, come to the edge of the camp in the beginning of the middle watch; and in raising, they raise the guard: and they blast the shophars and shatter the pitchers in their hands: ²⁰ and the three heads blast the shophars and break the pitchers and hold the flambeaus in their left hands and the shophars in their right hands to blast: and they call out, A sword! Of Yah Veh! and, Of Gidon!

¹⁹ yes, they who tabernacle in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust crush at the face of the moth

⁹ Remember, I beseech you, that you worked me as the clay; and return me to dust.

² The esteemed sons of Siyon, balanced to pure gold, how they are reckoned as pottery bottles, the work of the hands of the former!

THE PARABLE OF THE SECRETED TREASURE
Again, the sovereigndom of the heavens is likened to treasure secreted in a field: which, when a human finds, he secretes; and for cheer thereof goes and sells all - as much as he has, and markets that field.

And he says to them, So every scribe discipled to the sovereigndom of the heavens is likened to a human housedespotes who ejects new and old from his treasure.

²⁸ and the ignoble of the cosmos and the belittled Elohim selects; yes, and those not being to inactivate those being:

³ And I became with you in frailty and in awe and in much trembling: ⁴ and my word and my preaching was not in persuasive words of human wisdom - but in manifestation of the Spirit and of dynamis: ⁵ that your trust not be in human wisdom but in the dynamis of Elohim.

⁹ For I think that Elohim manifests us the apostles last as doomed to death: for we become a spectacle to the cosmos and to angels and to humanity: ¹⁰ We are fools for sake of the Messiah - and you thoughtful in Messiah; we are frail - and you mighty; you glorious - and we dishonored. ¹¹ Even to this present hour we both famish and thirst - naked and punched and unsettled; ¹² and labor, working with our own hands: abused, we eulogize; persecuted, we tolerate; ¹³ blasphemed, we comfort; we become as the offscouring of the cosmos, the offscrapings of all until now.

⁵ not that we are adequate of ourselves to reckon somewhat as of ourselves; but our adequacy is of Elohim ⁶ who also enables us - ministers of the new covenant; not of scribing but of spirit: for the scribing slaughters, and the spirit enlivens.

THE LIGHT FROM THE DARK
So having this ministry, exactly as we are mercied, we weary not;

HOUSES, TENTS, AND EDIFICES
For we know that whenever our earthly house of this tabernacle disintegrates, we have an edifice of Elohim - a house not handmade - eternal in the heavens.

¹⁰ as sorrowed yet ever cheering, as poor yet enriching many, as having naught and holding all.

¹⁰ For his epistles indeed, they say, are burdenous and mighty; and his body appearance is frail and his word belittling.

THE THORN OF PAULOS
And lest I be superciliously exalted through the excellence of the apocalypses, I was given a thorn in the flesh - an angel of Satan to punch me, lest I be superciliously exalted. ^{Numbers 33:55, Joshua 23:13, Judges 2:3, Ezekiel El 28:24, Nahum 1:10 8} For this I besought Adonay thrice that it depart from me. ⁹ And he said to me, My charism is sufficient for you: for my dynamis is completed/shalamed in frailty. So rather, with pleasure I boast in my frailties, that the dynamis of the Messiah tabernacle upon me.

⁴ For indeed if he was staked by frailty, yet he lives by the dynamis of Elohim. For we also are frail in him, but we live with him by the dynamis of Elohim unto you.

¹³ You know how through frailty of the flesh I pre-evangelized to you: ¹⁴ and my testing in my flesh you neither belittled, nor spit out; but received me as an angel of Elohim - as Messiah Yah Shua.

¹⁹ and the exceeding magnitude of his dynamis to us who trust, according to the energizing of his mighty might, ²⁰ which he energized in the Messiah when he raised him from the dead and sat him at his right in the heavenlies,

⁵ even being dead in backslidings, co-enlivened us with the Messiah - by charism you are saved;

⁸ - for you are saved by the charism through the trust; and that not of yourselves: it is the oblation of Elohim: ⁹ not of works, lest anyone boast.

⁸ to me - less than the least of all the holy this charism is given - to evangelize among the goyim the untraceable riches of the Messiah;

²⁷ to whom Elohim wills to make known the riches of the glory of this mystery among the goyim - Messiah in you, the hope of glory:

³ in whom all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are secreted.

¹² co-buried in baptism, wherein you are also co-raised through the trust of the energizing of Elohim, who raised him from the dead.

⁵ For our evangelism to you is not only in word, but also in dynamis and in Holy Spirit and in much fullbearance; exactly as you know what manner of men we became among you for your sake:

²⁰ And in a mega house there are vessels - not only of gold and of silver but also of wood and of clay; and some indeed to honor and some to dishonor:
