⁴ who consoles us in all our tribulation; so that we can console those in any tribulation; through the consolation whereby we ourselves are consoled of Elohim.

⁵ My sin, you know; and my perversity, I covered not: I say, I spread hands for my rebellions to Yah Veh; and you lift the perversity of my sin. Selah.

⁷ You are my covert; you guard me from tribulation: you surround me with shouts of escape. Selah.

² my soul halals in Yah Veh; the humble hear and cheer: ³ O greaten Yah Veh with me and exalt his name together. ⁴ I seek Yah Veh and he hears me - rescues me from all my terrors. ⁵ They look to him and sparkle; and their faces blushed not. ⁶ This humble one calls and Yah Veh hears and saves him from all his tribulations.

¹⁶ Come and hear, all you who awe Elohim; and I scribe what he works for my soul.

A PSALM OF SPREAD HANDS
And in that day you say, O Yah Veh, I spread hands to you: though you were angry with me, you turn away your wrath and you sigh over me.

THE SIGH OF ELOHIM
You, sigh - sigh over my people, says your Elohim.

¹⁰ they neither famish nor thirst; neither glare nor sun smites them: for he who mercies them, drives them; and by the springs of water he guides them.

³ For Yah Veh sighs over Siyon: he sighs over all her parched areas; and he sets her wilderness as Eden and her plain as the garden of Yah Veh; rejoicing, yes, and cheerfulness are found therein - spread hands and the voice of psalm.

¹² I - I - he who sighs over you. Who are you to awe a man who dies? and, of the son of humanity, given as grass?

⁹ Break forth in joy! Shout together, you parched areas of Yeru Shalem! For Yah Veh sighs over his people; he redeems Yeru Shalem:

¹² For thus says Yah Veh, Behold, I spread her shalom as a river, and the honor of the goyim as a flowing wadi: and you suck, borne on her sides, and stroked on her knees. ¹³ As man over whom his mother sighs, thus sigh I over you; yes, sigh over you in Yeru Shalem. ¹⁴ And when you see, your heart rejoices, and your bones blossom as a sprout: and the hand of Yah Veh is known toward his servants and his rage toward his enemies.

YAH SHUA PROMISES THE PARACLETE
I ask the Father; and he gives you another Paraclete to abide with you to the eons;

¹⁸ I forsake you not orphaned; I come to you:

²⁶ And the Paraclete - the Holy Spirit whom the Father sends in my name, he doctrinates you all; and reminds you of whatever I said to you.

⁵ For exactly as the sufferings of the Messiah superabound in us, thus our consolation also superabounds through Messiah. ⁶ And whether we be tribulated, it is for your consolation and salvation, which energizes in the enduring of the same sufferings we also suffer: whether we are consoled, it is for your consolation and salvation.

⁶ Yet Elohim who consoles the humbled consoled us in the appearing of Titus; ⁷ and not only in his appearing; but in the consolation wherewith he was consoled in you - when he evangelized us of your yearning, your grieving, your zeal toward me; so that I cheered the more.

¹³ So we consoled in your consolation: yes and the more superabundantly we cheered for the cheer of Titus because you all refreshed his spirit.

¹⁴ and many of the brothers in Adonay convinced by my bonds are superabundantly bold to speak the word fearlessly.

¹¹ So console one another and edify one another, even as also you do.

¹⁶ And our Adonay Yah Shua Messiah himself and Elohim our Father who loved us and gave us eternal consolation and good hope in charism, ¹⁷ consoles your hearts and establishes you in every good word and work.
